We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, the city centre was extremely conveniently located from the flat and everything we wanted for a ‘touristy’ trip to Brighton was within walking distance. We had great food options and were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort, we really enjoyed our stay and would visit again!😃

Had a problem with the hot water in the room but she communicated very clearly with us about it and gave us a fair discount because if this can’t rate her higher enough great host!

This is a great place to stay, clean, well equipped and comfortable. I was even able to do some remote work thanks to a good and fast internet connection. Nick was a great host and I was greeted with fresh milk, bread and pastries from the local bakery (located just next to the AirBnB).

Very characterful place to stay right in the best bit of Hastings Old Town. All amenities worked well, comfort in abundance, all in all a delightful stay.

Richard is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and going above and beyond that of a host. We asked for an early checkin which he was happy to accommodate, even offered to pick up my partner from the bus station, very sweet. The ‘savants quarters’ as he calls it were delightful, the view was amazing and we had a really comfortable stay. As Richard and his wife were away for the week we also had access to the kitchen which was lovely. We would recommend Richards place to anyone. Thanks again, Danielle

I loved the apartment. 2 minutes from the marina, with a breakfast cafe beneath, and loads of eateries close by. the flat was clean, tastefully decorated, with all necessary creature comforts, including a king-size bed with quality mattress. I highly recommend a visit

Had a wonderful stay! The studio apartment was spacious, with a great layout that made it feel very comfortable. It was just a 5 minute walk from the station. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process smooth, and i was able to extend my stay easily. The only downside was that the apartment got quite warm during the day, even with the blinds down, so a fan would have been a nice addition. Overall, a great experience!

L’appartamento è molto accogliente, spazioso, pulito e comodo. La posizione, alla Marina di Brighton, è molto tranquilla ma comunque ben servita: c’è un grande supermercato e molti negozi e ristoranti. A pochi passi da casa partono gli autobus per tutte le destinazioni, sia per il centro città che per raggiungere punti di interesse lungo la costa. Kamila è stata gentile ed è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze.

Lovely lower ground floor apartment, everything was very clean and tidy, as listing mentioned the parking space is narrow but our Yaris for fine. There's a coop on the next street and it's about 3 minutes walk to the pier and sea life centre (we didn't use the car at all during our stay). Jenny sent real clear instructions to access the parking space and apartment which took the stress out of arriving.

Lovely clean and tidy, would be a squeeze for 4 people but was comfortable for 3 of us for the one night. Great little kitchen and bathroom. Loved the private parking area although getting round the back of the building there was a giant tree stump that has created a large dip in the path which made the car hit the deck very hard and scratched the under carriage of the car. Not bad damage but be warned!

A lovely spacious bedroom with attractive decor and comfortable bed. Francesca was a warm and friendly host.

This accommodation was perfect for our long stay in Brighton. It was in a central area close to lots of cute pubs and also only a less than 10 minute walk to the seafront. It had all the facilities we needed like a washing machine and dishwasher. The host was extremely helpful and offered lots of advice. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Barn. The setting is tranquil and idyllic, and the children, in particular, enjoyed walking through the woods, picking blackberries and spotting deer. The house was immaculately presented and the set up suited our party of four adults and three children perfectly. The amenities were superb and we did not want for anything for the duration of our trip. Jamie gave us a warm welcome and was on hand to assist if needed throughout our stay. We enjoyed a trip to Leonardslee Gardens and some lovely local pubs and farm shops. Recommended for anyone looking to “get away from it all” and enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting. Beautiful house in stunning gardens. Very private and secluded. For a multi generational family trip I couldn’t think of somewhere better suited. The gardens are divided into different areas, lawn for relaxing, tennis courts and grassy field for sports, etc. The house has several spaces in which you can relax as a large group, or separate snugs to go to if you need to take young children for a time out! Sophie was extremely responsive when we had an issue and took time to quickly resolve it. Highly recommend and would be glad to stay again.

The place was lovely. Nice and clean and fresh. Plenty of equipment for the kitchen. Clean bathrooms with clean towels. Bed linen was clean and fresh. Parking was good and it was quiet and peaceful. Thank you to Emma for the daffodils and to Angela for the started pack, it was so nice we wish we had stayed longer. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Franceska’s home in Forest Row! We were holidaying with our young children and my parents and all three generations loved the facilities and found the house very comfortable. The garden is lovely and enclosed so fab for the kids to play in and adults to sit in. The house was beautiful but also set up for family life which suited us perfectly. The playroom had loads of toys which our 2 and 4 year olds really enjoyed. The very easy access to the Forest Way right from the house made walking or cycling into Forest Row very safe and quick with the kids. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment for cooking at home which was what we did most nights. The beds were comfortable and the living area downstairs was more spacious than we expected from the photos. Forest Row is a good base for exploring locally with small food shops, pubs, and a playground. We easily visited Wakehust Place, the Bluebell Railway, and Ashdown Forest. We would definitely stay again!

A lovely spacious space to enjoy a peaceful weekend with friends/family. Everything was really clean and Barry was extremely helpful. He allowed us for an early check in and late checkout. In a walking distance from bus stops and main road. Loved our stay here and definitely plan to be back!

Jason was the perfect host and the house and gardens were beautiful. We were lucky with the April weather and it was warm enough to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous views and even venture into the pool, but only for a quick dip as the water was quite cold this early in the year! We walked into the old town, which was easy to find with clear directions from Jason, but got taxis back as it's quite steep and some of us weren't quite up to it! The whole house is spacious and tastefully furnished with a really well equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms being en suite was a great bonus. We enjoyed the cinema room several evenings and the complimentary bar was a very nice surprise. There was also plenty of parking at the property. We would all love to stay there again and would highly recommend it anyone wanting a break in Hastings.
