Fabulous house in a great location around 5 minutes walk from the beach. Remarkably peaceful & quiet location with private parking immediately adjacent the house & a sunny private south facing terrace/garden with a sea view. Good selection of restaurants & bars within walkable distance & only a few minutes drive to the centre of the city of Lagos. The house has everything you could possibly want for an extended stay & we can highly recommend. Thank you Ursula.

Dom położony tuż przy malowniczej plaży, wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Spacery poranne i wieczorne z naszymi psami były spektakularne - wschody i zachody słońca nad oceanem. Komunikacja z gospodarzami była bardzo dobra. Gdy pojawiła się drobna usterka w kuchni, gospodarze następnego dnia przysłali hydraulika. Byli bardzo pomocni. Mam nadzieję, że kiedyś tu wrócimy. Plaże Algarvy są uzależniające 🫠

Location is walking distance to everything like backery, supermarket, restaurants, Fischmarket, etc. Bed & Bed sofa were comfortable. Apartment is well equipped from kitchen utensils to washing machine & dishwasher detergent. Salt, pepper, vinegar & Olive Oil we're also provided. Balkon is the Highlight with the seview😊 Host Jose was quick to response & generous allowed us to check out in the afternoon coz no guest is booked on that day & our flight back home is in the evening.

Logement impeccable correspondant en tout point à la description et calme. Le balcon avec vue mer est un vrai plus. L'accès à la plage et aux restaurants se font à pied. Aucun soucis pour se garer gratuitement à proximité (pour le mois d'avril). Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Carlos is the perfect host, and his cottage is just the perfect getaway. The rooftop terrace is the perfect place for breakfast and lunch and those moments you want to just sit and listen. We are looking forward to our next stay already. Perfect in everyway. Thank you Carlos x

The house was very nice, with a beautiful view from the hill to the ocean. We appreciated that there were toys for our 1.5 year old as well as plastic plates and glasses. It is a very calm place but still reasonably close to the beach and stores/restaurants. Better have a car as the road does not have side walk. You should not be scared of (friendly) dogs as they run around on the property.

Teníamos ganas de volver a casa de Mónica. La casa es cómoda, muy limpia y cuidada y con una excelente ubicación frente al mar. Mónica sigue tan encantadora como siempre. Muy amable, accesible y hospitalaria. Somos usuarios frecuentes de Airbnb y es nuestro destino favorito. Creemos que no hay que decir más. Muy recomendable

Wir bedanken uns von ganzem Herzen für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Wir Erwachsenen und Kinder haben uns alle mehr als wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war schnell, freundlich und auf den Punkt gebracht. Die Strandnähe ist unschlagbar, die Lage zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, praktisch und toll ausgestattet. Auf Anfrage wurde uns sogar noch ein Sonderwunsch für die Ausstattung gebracht. Wir hätten uns nichts besseres vorstellen können! The apartment was beautifully furnished and decorated, and was immaculate. It was extremely well equipped. The roof terrace was great and it was amazing to have the use of the pool area - we had it to ourselves all week! It was even closer to the beach and town than we had expected - we ate out every lunchtime and dinnertime and it was good to be able to walk everywhere. Would highly recommend.

Vi var her 12 stk. med storfamilien frå Norge og Tyskland og koste oss veldig. Vi hadde god plass fordelt på 3 etasjer. Det meste var på plass. Det var fint å bu så sentralt, men likevel så roleg. Det hadde vore bra om ein kunne ha skaffa noen fleire stolar og solskjerming. Tusen takk, vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Era lo que esperábamos, ya que al estar en el centro del Algarve, nos hemos podido mover en ambas direcciones y visitarlo casi todo.

We had a lovely stay at Tracy’s villa. Manfred responded quickly to all queries and was very helpful. The villa was perfect for the 8 of us who stayed x 2 families. The pool was a great size and the walk to the beach was 10 mins. The villa had everything we needed and was clean and tidy . A great getaway for young families. Thank you Tracy and Manfred.

Magnificent Manifesting! We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. Outside area was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. Lovely outside cooking and dining area which we used a lot and the sea is much closer than appears in the pictures. Kitchen was well equipped and the local shops are an easy and beautiful walk to pick up any additional extras. Close to lovely restaurants and bars filled with friendly people and staff. Luz is a wonderful location to explore the Algarve however a week is not enough as there is much to see and do 😉. Just a note that the access to the pool area would not be conducive to someone with mobility issues but is beautiful. Something that everyone really appreciated was the very positive water pressure 😂 seems like a small thing however weirdly it matters. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend this villa to friends and family. Ideally located, with charm and character in a beautiful location, sea breezes and with a fab host 🙏

Le logement un dans un endroit calme, un peu en retrait du centre historique. Mais une balade à pied de 15 mn vous permettra de vous y rendre. La piscine est bien agréable… et le logement coquet. Manuel et Gloria sont aux petits soins….tout en discrétion !

The location was perfect - big balcony on the 7th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. Easy to walk everywhere for shops an restaurants and great for walking along the beach for miles! A very comfortable apartment with big TV in the lounge and all the amenities for eating in. Nuno is very responsive and helpful particularly when we had a power cut due to a severe downpour. He talked me through getting the power back within 10 minutes of contacting him. Would thoroughly recommend!

Perfect location at the end of the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and a supermarket a short walk away. We loved returning to a quiet neighborhood in the evening.

Very central location in old town Albufeira. Literally steps from dozens of restaurants/cafes. Beautiful 2-level terrace on floors 2 and 3 with amazing views to the ocean. Marina was a great host.

This is a beautiful apartment in a really nice area, which is very accessible to the beach and a nice walk on the boardwalk to the old town area. The view is stunning and it was lovely to wake up to in the morning ! The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that we needed with a family of four, two younger children included. My only complaint was a communication timeline on the day of our checkout where I had requested for our luggage to be held so we can enjoy the beach before our 1:30 PM train. I received a response four hours and 40 minutes later from my 9 AM message to the host Check out time was 10 AM and we had quite a few tasks to complete before. I don’t like having to take out trash while also paying a cleaning fee. We were instructed to take the trash out to a garbage bin, but we had no idea where that was, and there was no instructions left for us as to where that was. Providing paper towels would’ve helped us clean up some spilled wine, we use a white towel.

Ficamos encantados com o espaço da Lucy e do Carlos mas sobretudo com a simpatia e disponibilidade da Lucy, recebeu-nos pessoalmente e presentiou-nos com uns miminhos deixados na casa - muita gentileza dela. Ela é uma ótima anfitriã e a sua casa está muitíssimo bem mobilidade e decorada (igual às fotos), além de estar muitíssimo bem equipada. Possui churrasqueira muito fácil de utilizar, tinhamos disponíveis detergentes para ambas as máquinas (loiça e roupa) - sobretudo prático para levar toalhas de banho. Em termos de utensílios de cozinha havia tudo o que podemos necessitar para estadias curtas ou longas (temperos, produtos de limpeza, ...). Também adoramos a piscina. O espaço é amplo, perto da praia podendo-se ir a pé - vale muito a pena a caminhada até à praia de Vila Nova de Cacela sobretudo se a maré estiver baza. É um alojamnto altamente recomendável, não deixem de reservar e serão surprendidos. Obrigada por tudo Lucy e Carlos! Voltaremos ;)

Peaceful location with tranquil gardens and surroundings. Short walk to a nice little beach and cycling/running route along the coast. Feels far removed from the busy areas of the Algarve - in a good way! Kind and responsive hosts who provided a cot and child friendly dining ware for our daughter - thanks Bruno and Sara!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Johan war sehr freundlich. Der Check-In mit Schlüsselkasten hat super und unkompliziert funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Räder haben uns eine wunderbare Tour entlang der Lagunen beschert. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern in der Wohnung, es gab sogar Spielzeug für den Strand und einen Kinderstuhl. Auch die Lage nahe eines Supermarktes und direkt beim Hafen war toll. Die Dachterrasse konnten wir wegen des schlechten Wetters leider nicht nutzen, sie sah aber toll aus. Johan hat ein übersichtliches Dokument mit allen Infos und tollen Tipps für Aktivitäten in und um Fuseta zusammengestellt. Das war sehr hilfreich. Danke Johan!

The villa is more beautiful than the pictures! Very clean with everything you could possibly need. Susanna was friendly and waiting for us even though we were late arriving. She provided us with bread, meats, fruit, cheese and wine. Very much appreciated! Pool heat was amazing as we traveled during the rainiest, coldest week in a long time. We were able to use the pool and hot tub. We had a few issues that were resolved immediately-one being operator error (my mistake)! I would highly recommend Villa Carmita! The villa is central to everything. Susanna even allowed us to book a private chef! Thank you for the hospitality!
