Loved Neil Clearance place so much!The neighborhood is quiet,helpful neighborhouts,easy to join the N2,very close to shops!The house was perfect,I felt right at home.

Perfect view of St Francis Bay, the balcony is to die for, so spacious. Loved the pool as well, this house is so beautiful, elegant and stylish. We truly enjoyed our stay... The host was so welcoming, our travel agent is the best in the business

Perfect and beautiful spot for a stay over on route. The cottage is spotless clean and has welcoming sherry and everything you need to settle in. Both rooms are tastefully decorated with large en-suite bathrooms.

I couldn't rave more about the incredible place that Gotz has! Bertha is his secret weapon! She was top class as a hostess and made sure we had everything we needed. Very responsive and kind and courteous. The house was even better than the pictures, absolutely stunning, spacious, spotless clean and family friendly!

We enjoyed a peaceful stay. The property is very close to the beach so you can fall asleep with the sound of the ocean at night. We also enjoyed the games room with the pool table and foosball!

What an incredible house! We had such an amazing time in this home. Its big, big enough for two families. The Kitchen is very well equipped and the location is amazing. We walked to the shops and there is a swimming beach 50m from the house. The linen is super lux, beds really comfy, and they are very good at supplying beach towels. The cherry on the top was the amazing daily helper. She was just lovely and very discrete. We would love to come again!

A real gem. Apartment was equiped with everything we needed for our short stay. Clean and tidy on arrival. Responsive host. Only wish we could stay longer. Will definately be back in the future.

Die Unterkunft war super! Die nahe Lage zum Strand und die Küche mit dem eingebauten Braai war super. Zimmer sehr schön gestaltet bis auf eine kleine Ausnahme von der Wohnung welche auch schön gestaltet war jedoch nicht so modern wie die restlichen Zimmer ist. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen und würden dieses Airbnb auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

This was exactly what I needed for my stay with my children for the 3days. Had breakfast at the local restaurant and we could gym as well. Environment was neat and was quiet. I loved the atmosphere and will certainly come back when I am in PE again. Check in was seamless and even security at the gate were friendly.

First of all , check in process was not easy at all. Our host is out of town and its not self check in as she gave her keys to other person she knows and she has to do the check in behalf of her. And i called lineil as i landed that we are coming and i earlier also communicated that we are check in at 9 pm but when we reach that we our uber driver there is not a single person there to do the check in as she cant get hold of the person she gave her keys as she is out town. We waited 20 to 30 min on road thanks to our uber driver who stayed with us as it's creepy place and we saw drunk person is calling us and shouting at us we were so afraid but he stayed with us. My opinion is if lineil you are out of town than you have to make damm sure that your guest can check in easly. What if uber driver refused to stayed with us and leave us on road? As tourist what happened to us ? You have to think about this lineil!! Horibble experience

Ein super guter Empfang Luzy. Ein sehr großes, offenes und wunderschönes Apartment. Absolut hochwertig eingerichtet mit allem was man sich in einer Küche wünscht. Wir haben acht Tage uns dort wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag in der Wohnung genossen. Für nächstes Jahr werden wir die Wohnung wieder mieten.

séjour très agréable dans un environnement sécurisé, Paula est venue 5 minutes après notre arrivée, a pris soin de nous avertir tous les jours des coupures d'électricité et est intervenue très vite pour nous aider. La plage, des restaurants sont à 10 minutes à pied. un site et un appartement à recommander

Het verblijf was meer dan super! We hebben er zelfs geen woorden voor. Zo mooi, zo proper, zoveel te doen, perfecte gastheer (ook Richard). Ontbijt werd met liefde gemaakt. Perfecte locatie aan lagoon en zee. Dank je Roland en Richard.

My stay was amazing , The hosts were friendly and so helpful . They showed extra care by assisting with navigating around the town and routes to move arround for walking . The breakfast was always so delicious! It truly was a home away from home experience .

Place was amazing, stay was amazing, host was great, breakfast was great and staff were so hospitable. Great place to stop at in general or for your 1/2 way point to CPT

Booked the stay on behalf of my in laws who thoroughly enjoyed their stay aswell as the breakfasts each morning! Peaceful surroundings, 2 minute walk to the lagoon edge. Will definitely consider staying again!

Thank you so much for hosting us, we will definitely be back again, it truly was such a lovely place to stay and the kids also really enjoyed themselves (you don’t always find a great family friendly location for younger kids) We LOVED it!

This is a wonderful spot to stay! Beach access and next to a great restaurant. Dawn was super helpful and friendly, and was lovely to chat to.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und entsprach komplett unseren Erwartungen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Highlight war sicherlich der Blick auf das Meer während des Frühstücks, da wir auch einmal Delfine beobachten konnten. Wir würden immer wieder gerne zurückkommen.
