Der Aufenthalt war schön, das Haus ist wirklich klein, aber zu zweit ausreichend. Wunderschöner Garten dabei. Gastgeberin war immer gut zu erreichen. Der Weg zum Strand ist etwas weiter als gedacht.

Umag ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen und Ausflüge jeglicher Art. Die Altstadt mit Restaurants und Cafés, Parks und Hafenpromenade sind von der Unterkunft aus fußläufig nach kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Ebenso wie eine kleine Bäckerei um für's Frühstück einzukaufen. Meer und Strand sind nur 50 m entfernt und man hat von der Wohnung und der Loggia einen grandiosen Blick auf's Meer. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich ausgestattet, so dass man dort auch mal einen Regentag gut und gerne verbringen kann. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns in den 10 Tagen vor Ort gut erholt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit Hund.

Wir (Paar mit Hund) haben von Ende Mai bis Anfang Juni wunderschöne 10 Tage im Bungalow G4 von Ana und Ivan verbracht. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Auch, dass Föhn, Wäscheständer, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine etc. vorhanden waren, war sehr praktisch. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, großem Kühlschrank (mit TK-Fach), Kochfeld und alles was man zum Kochen braucht (Teller, Kochtöpfe, Pfannen, Käsereibe, Flaschenöffner, Sieb etc.). Grundlebensmittel wie Zucker, Essig, Öl, Gewürze sind selbst mitzubringen. Ist aber kein Problem - es sind einige Supermärkte in der Nähe. Nachts schliefen wir bei gekipptem Fenster und konnten dem Meer lauschen. Die Terrasse mit direktem Blick aufs Meer war ein Traum! Ana und Ivan sind sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber. Sie reagierten immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und erkundigen sich mehrmals ob alles passt oder ob wir etwas brauchen. Sie gaben uns Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants, ... Fazit: Besser geht's nicht! :-

The host family was very kind and always ready to help. Luka's place is really nice and big! The apartment was fully equipped, really spacious and perfectly clean! There's also a big terrace which we were using for the whole vacation. The place is very close to the sea, the nearest beach is just one minute on foot. The second beach is concrete and about 3 minutes far and never overcrowded. The sea is super clear with easy access. There are two markets, green-grocery, three cafes/restaurants, bakery and three ATM's in the neighbourhood. It is also possible to rent a bike, e-bike or four-wheeler. There are many nice cycle routes in the countryside and nice running tracks (from 10 to 20 kilometres). We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

House is placed right next to very quiet and beautiful beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped. Emi offered us self made bread and honey and was very helpful during whole visit giving us tips about local food, tradition and interesting facts!

Gordana and Marin live downstairs from the apartment, meaning they are almost always available if there is an issue. Your hosts are very friendly and committed to ensuring you enjoy your stay in the gorgeous apartment first row to the beautiful Adriatic Sea.

Rovena was absolutely lovely and her place was clean and had everything we needed. We visited in march/april and when the weather was good we loved using the pool and outside space, it was so private and beautiful!

We had an excellent stay at Daniel's house. The view is splendid, and it is very quiet. The only difference from the photos is that there isn't a large sandy beach, so there's no need to bring your children's sand toys ;-) However, there is a trampoline that is very popular. The nearby mini-golf is also great.

Netter Besitzer, sehr unkompliziert, sehr gut zu erreichen. Wirklich sehr schönes Haus in der ersten Reihe am Meer. Mit Pool (ohne Beheizung), Kamin und sehr tollen Terrasse im Erdgeschoss und auf dem Dach. Schöne Anlage am Meer zum verweilen.

I can recommand Dragans place, as he is a great host, the place with pool is really nice and there is so much do do and explore in this area! I will come again!

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

Very satisfied with our stay, the best apartment, view and location we've had with air bnb, by far! Great hosts; always there to answer any question and taking care of the pool, new towels and anything else you might need every day! Super clean and all you need for a comfy stay.

The villa was even better in person than the pictures and description in the listing. It was exactly what we wanted and even more. Having a pool and braai/barbecue right next to the ocean was so special and the jacuzzi was a bonus. Ivan also organised a SUP and kayak for us to enjoy which really made spending time at the villa even better. Thanks Ivan for a very special week at your place and for all your effort.

We just returned from a 3-week stay at Irena's apartment & have so many things to rave about. First, the space itself: as many have mentioned, the view is spectacular, with a spacious & comfortable balcony AND a smaller front door table & chair set to enjoy it from. We had some unexpected health issues that forced us indoors more than we'd expected & that view, so grand & serene, really saved us during those times. The apartment itself was perfect for my husband and I. It's maintained in pristine condition, had everything we needed, and is incredibly cozy and comfortable (OMG, that bed and that leather sofa--SO comfortable!), and having rented a car, I can tell you, having free parking included was invaluable. Lastly, we have met many hosts over the years, but Irena is in a class by herself. Never have we met anyone so warm, accommodating, responsive, and helpful. She was our local angel and just so incredibly kind. If there is an Airbnb Hall of Fame she should definitely be in it!

We had an amazing stay at Mirela's place. Mirela was so helpful throughout and her mum, who met us for check in, was lovely and left us some treats for our stay! The apartment has everything you need inside and has 2 seating areas which are great for catching the sun. It is literally a few steps to the sea which was great for swimming in. We also used the dinghy and SUP for little paddles around the bay. Vis is a lovely little island, and we had planned to rent a scooter but ended up being content just swimming and chilling at the apartment. We used the bikes provided to cycle into Vis to stock up on groceries. It was about a 20 minute cycle, one big hill but manageable. We went at the end of October and the weather was about 20 degrees and sunny. We had an amazing time and wold recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay where you can swim, walk, cycle and SUP. Thanks Mirela and Zada! :)

Secluded paradise with beach access, sauna, and all amenities imaginable - our favorite Airbnb for good reason!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Our 2nd visit to Edgars' place confirmed what we already knew - this is our favorite Airbnb ever. The unmatched privacy along the Baltic coastline provides a peaceful escape that's impossible to find elsewhere in the region. The proximity to a beautiful sand beach makes for perfect walks. After a day of exploring, returning to use the excellent sauna (included in the price!) was the perfect way to unwind. The cottage is thoughtfully stocked with all essentials - from shower gel in the bathroom to a complete kitchen with a full oven. The coffee machine that grinds fresh beans was a delightful touch that made mornings special. Edgars himself is an exceptional host - extremely friendly, polite and always ready to help with anything needed. His hospitality is a big reason why we chose to return for a second stay, and we will certainly be back again!

The place is amazing! Antun and Marina were extremely friendly and very helpful with local recommendations. The view from the terrace is awesome! The place is well maintained and the plants around the house are so nice to see. There are stand ups, inflatables floats and other things to use in the ocean, which was great for us. Nice quiet place and short drive to Dubrovnik. We will definitely recommend this place.
