The property is delightful and we felt right at home as we walked in. As the house is just opposite a beach early morning walks enjoying the sights and watching the fishermen bringing in their catch was a wonderful experience. The house and garden are very well maintained and the caretaker provided us with delicious meals on request. Suhirtha the caretaker is only a phone call away and was very responsive in sorting out any problem that arose. In short we really enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this villa! The view was absolutely breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The staff were amazing—always attentive, friendly, and responsive to all our requests, including accommodating the needs of our toddler, which we greatly appreciated. A standout feature of our stay was the amazing cocktails! They were expertly crafted and added a special touch to our evenings as we enjoyed the stunning scenery. Additionally, the staff guided us to a beautiful local waterfall, where we had a fantastic time exploring and enjoying nature. It was a memorable highlight of our trip. The only area for improvement is the food. While it was decent, we’d love to see more fresh vegetables included in the menu to enhance the dining experience. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we’d definitely recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat with top-notch hospitality, and opportunities to explore local beauty

Had an epic few days relaxing in Nilaveli. What better place to unwind than the penthouse with amazing views, super clean and all the amenities one would need. Everything here was spectacular. There is even a lovely little beach restaurant next door that has excellent food. Beach was super clean and Pigeon Island was so close. Best views from the deck off the apartment. Sad to leave - Thank you Elaine and Rory!

Lasithas brother Damit and the rest of the crew were the most kind and helpful people! We found Ella town too busy and noisy for our taste but thanks to the incredible staff we got a memorable experience anyway!

We had a very comfortable stay. Thanks! Romeni. A shortcut takes us downhill into the town in 10 minutes. Romeni’s able to help with sightseeing arrangements if needed, and laundry, too. She also arranged for our transport (reasonably priced) to the next place we were headed. She is genuinely friendly and so helpful. We had dinner there, cooked by her mum, and it was the best dinner we had in the two weeks of travelling around. Very reasonably priced as well. Thanks! Romeni and Grace

Все привет! Провели в данном комплексе две недели. Все было превосходно, один из немногих вариантов, где можно жить, как дома. Удобная кухня, просторные помещения, очень чисто, если нужно убраться, то персонал всегда приходил на помощь и делал свою работу безупречно. Может быть немного дорого показаться, но это стоит своих денег. Я однозначно рекомендую данное место, тем более внизу самый лучший ресторан в Тринко, где можно вкусно поесть. Хорошее интернет-соединение, так как я работаю удаленно, это спасало меня. Отличный пляж в шаговой доступности. Видно, что место новое и развивается, поэтому со временем оно будет только лучше. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Kasthuri ist eine herzliche Person, das Frühstück wunderbar & die Lage direkt am Strand mega. Wir haben die Dachterrasse sehr genossen , ein idealer Ort zum entspannen. Tolle Restaurants und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. We had an unforgettable stay at Tharaka’s place with his wonderful family. The breathtaking views of Ella's Rock, warm hospitality, and convenient location made our experience truly special. Tharaka and his family went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and his wife’s cooking was exceptional—some of the best Sri Lankan food we had on our entire trip. We can’t recommend staying here highly enough!

Great stay! The serviced apartment was perfect for 4 people, clean and well-equipped. The pool with a beach view was amazing. Highly recommend!
