房间不大但是很干净，住宿的楼层比较低，夜晚楼下的酒吧有点吵，其他都很好的，房东回应及时，周边便利店很多，离海边很近，有机会还会选择这里。

Very nice to stay there, just only one thing, We got just 1 keycard, they don’t have a second one, so for lang term will be convenient.

The place was a great stay! It's cozy, comfortable and clean. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores around the corner. The hosts are responsible and made sure our needs were met. Would recommend! The only downside is the WiFi, everything else was good

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en famille et avons bien profité de la piscine (surtout les enfants), du karaoké et du billard. L'hôte a été réactif lorsque nous avions un petit problème de porte ou besoin d'un nettoyage de la piscine. La proximité à pied de la plage, d'un 7/11 et d'un marché de nuit c'est un réel plus. Je recommande!

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

I'm not really a fan of reviews, as it's often the case that you also have to make negative comments. This is the first accommodation I've booked that was absolutely great. The host's hospitality deserves special mention. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Nancy!

absolutely awesome view! place is right in the middle of everything. there is some loud noise at night because of its proximity to everything but nothing you can't sleep through

Wonderful stay in Pattaya! Hosts were great and responsive. Great location and very much walkable - close to so many restaurants, cafes, and walking street. Also enjoyed the pool at the rooftop! Would highly recommend

very nice little place apartment. Clean, looked after, it had everything we meeded including bottled water. owner offered to one free clean in the middle of our stay as we were staying 3 weeks and change sheets and towels which we appreciated very much. She was very quick to reply and accommodate our requests. I would definitively stay here again. Heighly recommended.
