高層階角部屋で、どの窓からも海が見えます！　お部屋のインテリアも素敵で、清掃も行き届き非常に快適な滞在でした。 Sharonさんは早めのチェックインにも快く応じてくださり、親しみやすい笑顔と丁寧な説明で我々を迎えてくださいました。 周辺には美味しいレストラン、スーパー、コンビニ、ドラッグストアなんでもあり、夜は付近のリゾートホテルから素敵な音楽が聴こえてきます。 ずっとここに居たくなるくらい、素晴らしい時間でした。また必ず来ます！　ありがとうございました。

Mac was a great anf responsive host! He made sure that our stay was smooth sailing. The place was nice and cozy too! Exactly how it looks like in photos.

Just gotta share about my stay at Thomas' place on Airbnb – it was sick! The vibes in the apartment are super cool. Thomas, the dude in charge, is legit. He hooked it up with a spotless place. I felt like I walked into the ultimate chill zone. Kitchen game was strong – had all the gear. Major plus for a hungry traveler like me. Plus, the bed? Like sleeping on a cloud, man. Location was prime too – close to everything I wanted to hit up. Easy peasy. Overall, big shoutout to Thomas. His spot made my trip way better. Next time I’m around, I’m definitely crashing there again. Highly recommend it! 🤘

숙소 위치가 뉴타운에 있어서 주변에 편의점, 마트, 식당, 카페들이 많아 좋았습니다! 뉴타운비치도 시설이 너무 좋아서 놀랐습니다. 무엇보다 호스트가 한국인이라 좋았던것 같습니다 ㅎ 다음에 세부오기된다면 다시 오고싶네요

Monaliza's place was cozy, clean, and relaxing. You can tell that she put a lot of thought in how she furnished her space - it had everything guests would need to unwind. The wifi was fast, the washing machine was functional, the water pressure in the shower was good, and the unit was clean & complete with essentials (including cookware, drinking water, snacks). The host was very proactive and responsive. She seems to be online 24/7 - my family & I felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommended place! We can't wait to be back for another staycation <3

The unit is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need – from cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, and even a dining area perfect for sharing meals with loved ones. The balcony was our favorite spot, offering stunning views of the resort and the perfect place to unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine @ night. 🌅 The space was so inviting and spacious, making it feel like a true home away from home. Wir durften zwei unbeschwerte Tage in einer herrlichen Anlage verbringen. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und geräumig, sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Man hat eine gute Aufsicht aufs Meer und über die Stadt. Natürlich sieht man aber auch die Menschen in ihren Wellblechhütten nebenan leben. Zu Fuß ist man schnell aus der Anlage draußen und kann sich unter die Einheimischen mischen. Aber man kann auch den Zimmerservice nutzen und sich Leckeres aufs Zimmer bestellen;-). Sowohl Angestellte als auch die Vermieterin waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die unbeschwerten Tage

我強力推薦這個房源有以下三點 1.地點方便。不論是去吃飯或是採購，都在走路10分鐘左右，非常便利。 2.隔音優異。由於我們有七人，在正常狀況下很容易很吵，但隔音非常好，使我們有非常愉快的旅程。 3.房東及物業管理專業。入住的文件處理以及與房東即時的溝通讓我非常安心，有什麼需求，房東也是盡力滿足，非常的感動。 對了，客廳開窗即可看到海，超棒的！

I was so impressed I added another 4 days to my 3 day stay. The Rssort is awesome & quiet .. meaning very relaxing activities , but certainly scub & diving & boating etc . Available. His unit has all available for a weeks stay. And Patrick was message a few times that he was available for any issues A wonderful week

I stayed a week in this 5x7m one room corner apartment with balcony facing South-Est. Unit on 6th floor, with view onto green space, but too low to prevent mosquitos entering. Kitchen provides basic equipment, good for breakfast and small cooking, I missed a toaster though. More than 10 pillows in different sizes and softness. Good WIFI (speed at 20Mbps up and 7Mbps down). Laundry can be picked up at the lobby, washed outside and returned during week days. Drinking water can be delivered for 25PhP, provided a 5 gallon bottle can be handed in (but there is none in the unit – however stock of 1 litre bottles in the kitchen for a 35Php each). An additional tower to the North is under construction now. Nuisance (noise and dust), bearable, since no work during night time. Closest supermarket in Newtown (4,5km). Public transport from the gate of AmiSa Excellent communication with co-host who received me personally. Good place to live. I will come again if I have own car. March 26, 2025

Great place to stay if you are looking to be away from crowds. The place is clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable and linen was fresh. Towels were provided. I booked the condo not estimating the scale of how big is Phillipines. With no vehicle you are comletely at mercy of apps. This condo is a calm get away for solo/couple.
