We had a delightful stay in the converted barn. It was so impressive to see the photos of Angela and Wayne's efforts in the instruction book and really appreciated all the information and communication provided. Beds were comfortable, we were warm and all amenities were perfect for what we needed. We definitely want to return one day and will recommend to friends!

We had a lovely stay at Orchard Barn, which was well-equipped, spotless and cosy - a perfect place to unwind and also conveniently close to Windermere, Ambleside etc. Ruby has been a great host: really great comms throughout and the place was warm and comfy when we arrived. Superb host, and a great little country hideaway.

We all had an amazing time at Richard’s house. The house is so big with lots of comfy places to chill out! Very peaceful and secluded. Beautiful church and river to explore. The house had everything that you could possibly need especially in the kitchen. The pool table was great as we had a full day in because of the weather - the kids loved it. There are a few take away shops in Longtown. a well stocked supermarket and a pub serving basic pub grub. We loved every minute!

We had a lovely stay at Ebenezer house! Alex and Olivia were great hosts who were in touch with clear instructions and also some local recommendations. The house was literally a 30 second walk from the beach which was great for all. We were a party of 4 adults, 2 kids and a golden retriever- the home was so spacious and despite our chaos felt there was plenty of room for everyone! We saw some beautiful sunrises and there were kid and dog friendly pubs. New Biggin was also really close to some other stunning bays and beaches- creswell and druridge both so clean and gorgeous! Tranquil setting, lovely apartment and a great base to explore the area from on foot, bike and quick drive to lots of amazing hikes.
