Cozy cottage with a short walk to the ocean. Just what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful stay at Tara’s place. The views from the house were gorgeous. The entire house was extremely comfortable. Lots of nice touches all throughout making our stay extra special. Tara was a helpful and communicative host! Highly recommend!

This home is beautiful and the view is gorgeous. Everything inside is as listed. Pros: Water views, beach, comfy and clean. Cons: we couldn’t stay longer. Perfect place one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at.

Really enjoyed our stay. Met Phyllis upon arriving and she was extremely friendly and welcoming. We all felt right at home. The place itself was great for our group of friends and being a minutes walk from the beach was ideal. Would absolutely stay here again

Jack's house was comfortable, extremely clean, and close to the water. We appreciated the flexibility with check in and out times. One thing to note is that there is a spiral staircase, so the 2nd floor may not be accessible depending on your mobility. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor so this wasn't a problem for us. Beds and other furniture were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

This cute little carriage house was the perfect weekend getaway spot. Was cozy and clean. Very close to the ocean and was in an adorable neighborhood. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend to my friends.

Snug cottage at the end of a quiet small road, perched on a bluff above Wellfleet bay, views of water and Great Island from many windows. Able to watch both sunrises and sunsets right from your own beach. Oyster farmers coming at low tide. Simple, clean, uncomplicated furnishings, all quality and thoughtfully done. Bed very comfy and provided welcomed respite after days out exploring the outer cape. Host was friendly and responsive. A perfect place to get away from it all, while still close enough to town for shops and restaurants. For us, this is the perfect place....a treasured family home full of history and memories. We're so glad we made some there this week and look forward to returning.

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

My husband and I stayed for a 3 day take a break and relax visit and Paul and Katie's place was just perfect. It is beyond wonderful in its description and so beautifully maintained. We are so grateful to have found this amazing haven. From soaking in sunshine through all the big windows, playing a board game next to the fire, relaxing in the peace and beauty of the home and walking along the paths down to the water, this amazing gem is already a place we have a place in our hearts for and will look forward to returning.

We stayed in the tree house suite. It had a lovely deck surrounded by trees and a great view of the sky. Craig and Ginny are as friendly a couple you will ever meet--always quick to answer questions and offer some great suggestions, Craig even offered to drop us off at a few places. They were so kind they felt like old friends. The beach is beautiful and a five minute walk away--which is great because they charge 25 bucks to park. So do the easy walk, and Ginny will provide chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Hyannis itself is a great place to walk around with lots of shops and great restaurants. We also took a ferry to Nantucket which was delightful, as well. I would visit them again without question. Go. You won't be disappointed. Michael and Rebecca

Jonathan and Polina were outstanding host. Our family had a great vacation .Thanks for sharing your charming and historic home with us. Our grand kids loved the heated pool, and all the kids toys and books at the house. We felt at home and look forward to coming back in the future.

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend on the Cape! The condo was bright, clean and looked exactly like what the pictures showed. The view of the water/proximity to the beach was amazing, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to see and do around town. Would definitely recommend!

What a special place to have your morning coffee, overlooking the gorgeous ocean views! The place was spotless, exactly as pictured, super clear entry and instructions. So close to all P’town has to offer but just far enough off the main strip for some real peacefulness! Would recommend to anyone! We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! The space was incredibly well-equipped, providing everything we needed and more. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. We had a great stay at Amanda’s place! It was exactly as described - lots of space, walkable to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. We loved exploring Dennisport and cannot wait to visit again!

We were looking for a laid back cottage, and this place fit the bill. After a stumble out of the blocks due to the contracted cleaning service having not cleaned the cottage, Pamela did everything in her power to correct the situation and made it right. The cleaning service did show up about 24 hrs late, and Pam reimbursed us some of our payment as compensation. She also was exceptionally apologetic, and truly worked hard to make our vacation enjoyable. The cottage is just what my wife, 2&1/2 yo daughter & I needed; quiet and relaxed with a very efficient layout. The kitchen really is a marvel at how a small space can be maximized when designed well. An easy walk through the sand and over a dune will take you to the beach. Pam’s place really is a cool spot, and she proved to be a very kind and accommodating host.

We had a wonderful stay at Colleen's place. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed the cozy living room, big dining table, and comfortable beds. We walked to the beach and enjoyed the sunsets from the porch. Everything was clean and the house had everything we needed. Wonderful weekend!

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. This is the first house we’ve recommend for other people to stay at. Peg

Eagle’s view was exactly as promised. A very comfortable beach cottage. Very comfortable beds, and everything you would need for amenities for a relaxing stay. We had a wonderful stay with easy access to area nature spots for winter beach hiking and birding. Eric was very welcoming and excellent with communication. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of 3 and our small dog. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The views of Cape Cod Bay from the house were spectacular. We appreciated seeing and hearing the waves from the sliding glass doors and sleeping to the sound of the waves. The sunrise was gorgeous over the water.

Perfect Oceanside Cottage for a home base while you explore Cape Cod, Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. If you want to enjoy a beach vacation the private beach is steps from the door. Morning sunrise and evening sunsets are spectacular.
