Lovely weekend away in Bristol and a reunion for my wife and I with my adult 2 sons and their GFs while my daughter is studying at UoB and lived close by. Our dog came too! Good to be close to the Downs and walking distance to Clifton and Bristol City centre. The house was plenty big enough and has been nicely renovated. David, our host, was very helpful with all the admin and recommendations for nice places to eat, pubs and local amenities.

A beautiful and spacious property! Perfect location to explore Bath on foot. Host was very responsive as well and provided helpful instructions. Would definitely recommend!

Quirky and Unusual but comfortable and easy to live in. Really peaceful for a city house. Downstairs is great, upstairs is cramped but livable and ok for sleeping. Situation is unique and when you arrive, although you have great instructions, you feel you must be doing something wrong - just believe the instructions!! We got taxis around town which was easy and quite economical for 4 people

The cottage was absolutely as described, it was a great space, with a lovely garden and in a brilliant location. Kam was responsive and really helpful. We would definitely stay again.

A very clean, modern & comfortable family orientated home with everything we could need & more! Our Grandson particularly liked the ‘egg chairs’ & thought the popcorn machine was brilliant :-) The property was perfect for our needs for our long weekend stay. Thank you to Tasmin & David for being great hosts.

We stayed at the house for an extended period of time while some repairs were carried out on our home. Jodie was an amazing host, always responsive, kind and willing to help. The house itself is beautiful, very well looked after, spotlessly clean & really well equipped. The large garden and play house are a huge bonus for kids, and lovely parks a stones throw from the house. Plenty of parking, walking distance from the centre of Bradford on Avon. A brilliant find, thank you so much ☺️

The accommodation was immaculately presented and very comfortable. We enjoyed family meals around the huge kitchen table and slept very well in the spacious bedrooms. Lucy provided a wide choice of of teas and coffee and homely touches such as flowers and Halloween ornaments. 🎃 You will enjoy your stay here.

Abigail’s home was perfect for our group of 7 with 3 children included. The house was well equipped and we had everything we needed for a really comfortable weekend. Checking in and out was really easy. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a really great weekend in Rebecca and Paul’s lovely apartment. Location is fantastic for exploring Bath - you couldn’t be more central and are surrounded by great restaurants, cafes and pubs. The apartment has everything you could need and we felt at home straight away. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to visit Bath.

A fantastic central location. All of the main sites are within walking distance and many 'just round the corner'. The apartment represents good value given it's location in comparison to local hotels. There are great many cafes and restaurants and pubs close by. We were able to park quite easily in the Manvers Street car park - all parking in Bath is expensive and you should be prepared for this - but in any case very few hotels in central Bath have parking either. With this in mind public transport is the best to way to arrive in Bath if your travel plans will allow (the apartment is also close to the railway station). The apartment is clean, well organised and very comfortable.

Lovely stay in a great part of town. My wife and I loved being so close to Colonna and Smalls, Society Cafe and Corkage. Perfect for few days away.

Another perfect stay at this amazing place. Peaceful but within walking distance of the city. We were lucky enough to have glorious weather with easy access to the Bath skyline walk. The Place is so beautifully appointed, it really is our favourite place to stay. Thank you, can’t wait to return.

Schönes Appartement. Hell und zeitlos eingerichtet, absolut geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns alle sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben die Küche kaum genutzt, sie war aber perfekt ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt (Waschmaschine vorhanden). Es gibt in der Wohnung Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen in zwei Schlafzimmern. 2 einzelne Betten, ein Doppelbett und obwohl wir nur zu Dritt dort gewohnt haben, wäre durchaus für eine weitere Person ausreichend Platz vorhanden gewesen. Trotz der zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Patrycja hat im Vorfeld den CheckInn gut erklärt und war immer erreichbar.

We had an amazing stay in beautiful Bath this weekend and Alison's apartment was a wonderful place to stay. The apartment was clean, tidy and the beds were so comfortable. The apartment was in a perfect location to see the city by Day and Night and Alison was an amazing host. Wish we were able to stay a little long and would definitely recommend. Fantastic self contained flat in a beautiful setting high above the city of Bath. All the essentials were provided including a loaf of bread, butter, milk, jam, etc. Katrina was there to give us a very warm welcome and advise of the best route to walk into the city. The flat is well furnished and cosy and the bed was very comfortable. The visitor manual had some great recommendations for restaurants, etc. Myself and my daughter had a lovely time staying here and seeing beautiful Bath.

This is a wonderful house for a family gathering; very welcoming with great spaces for eating, cooking and relaxing with lots of games and smart tvs. All in a great location within walking distance of beautiful Bath as well as the canal and surrounding countryside. Highly recommended!

It’s difficult to convey quite how beautiful and unique this property is . The photos hinted at something special, but they don't really capture its magic. We emerged from a winding, tree-canopied driveway so see the fountain and the villa ahead framed in September sunshine and our jaws dropped! It's an incredibly peaceful setting, perched on Bathwick Hill, with stunning views over Bath and the surrounding valley. The villa itself is vast with high ceilings and an abundance of light. The décor is exquisite, filled with art, photos, and lots of cool musical references, and yet it's also incredibly comfortable and was the perfect location to spend a few unforgettable days celebrating a special birthday with friends. Steve, the house manager, greeted us at check-in and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating . His thoughtful suggestions really enhanced our stay. We also met the owner, Andy, at check out who shared some fascinating insights into the villa’s history.

Our second stay at Jan's and we loved it. Four our group of 7 friends it is perfect: plenty of spaces to be together and enough room for people to have their own space if needed. Gardens and surroundings are beautiful, it's so peaceful. Hot tub and pool table are a bonus. We will be back!
