The home is on a beautifully maintained lot with an amazing view of the lake and a dock to sit on or pull your boat up to. We enjoyed the views from the house, the dock and the pool! Everything was in prestige condition. Eileen was a wonderful host with clear communication.

We could not have asked for a better house to stay at while visiting Milledgeville! The house itself is beautiful, spacious, warm, and has elements for everyone. Whether you want to go on a little walk around the lake on the property, play games in the basement, watch a movie in the family room, or enjoy the sunset on the porch, this house had it all! What we really loved was that the house provided the feeling of seclusion while being so close to town. It was such an easy drive to get to all the activities happening in downtown Milledgeville while also allowing us to feel like we could disconnect and recharge. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to check-in and check-out easily. If anyone is looking for the perfect house to visit Milledgeville, this is the one. Next time we come to Milledgeville we will definitely stay here again!

Darrin's place was perfect for a staycation for my son's birthday. There was plenty to do at the house - we didn't have to go anywhere. The neighborhood was very nice, and the location was great. Will recommend for anyone wanting to visit beautiful Lake Sinclair with friends or family.

My uncle came in from Austria to stay with us and was very pleased with this AirBnb and the hosts. He was so grateful how well everything was thought out, the necessities offered and the small, kind, above and beyond acts such as warm cookies upon arrival. Thank you for such a great stay!

Great location, you can walk almost anywhere! The backyard was amazing and the place comfortably fit our group of 6. Patrick and Jordan were also very responsive to questions and requests.

The place was beautiful.Tierra very quick with a refrigerator situation. Brought a new refrigerator within hours. Very helpful and very quick at response responses. this place is a must have on your vacation. everything was clean the house is beautiful and so peaceful. I will definitely visit again in the near future if it’s still available.

What a wonderful stay! When opening the front door you are met with the stunning view of Lake View! A welcome basket full of goodies including all the fixing to make S’mores sat on the beautiful kitchen island. The Alexa Smart home is spacious and comfortable with a great deck full of comfortable furniture. One of our favorite activities was using the multiple binoculars & telescope provided to watch the bald eagles, red headed woodpeckers and loads of other birds flying by. Of course using the kayaks & paddle boards topped the favorite list. Gary & Peggy were amazing hosts!

Awesome host that was extremely responsive and kind, The house was everything and more you expect of a lake house and had everything you needed to enjoy a nice stay! (Beautiful view of the lake and a great porch sitting area) everything was clean, easy to find (labeled) and comfortable. I would recommend staying here to anyone and WE would love to come back again!! Thank you again for a great experience!!

Other than some minor damages around the house, everything was as shown in the pictures. The only other thing to note is the barstools around the spool table are the same barstools shown outside, a minor thing, but we did have to move some stools outside if everyone wanted to sit on the porch. I wish it would have been clearer to us that we needed to take out trash when leaving before we reserved, but as the instructions are shown in the booking I will not make a big deal out of it. The view was amazing and Jeremy was very quick in responding to our questions. Overall a great stay and value!

Was super happy to book this place for a girls trip. We had bad storms and they were proactive with dropping off flashlights and keeping us updated on the radar. Pillows were comfortable and easy clean up instructions. Would stay again!

Benjamin is an amazing host! Great old house, everything you need to LIVE there! Great showers, water pressure awesome, true rainfall shower in master, more in the kitchen then you would ever use, every appliance you can imagine and utensils. Great LARGE backyard, fenced but more for large dogs wood slats covered with 6x4 wire. Great for large families, comfortable, great bedrooms, comfy large couch/loveseat. Comfy bed in master. Awesome ceiling fans in all rooms and portable fans huge plus!! Large TV. Large dining table! Driveway is tight and tricky to maneuver. Need to repair walkway it has been damaged by roots and is cracked and very hard to walk on. BEWARE, and lava rocks/stones hard to walk on. Small front porch to access the front door, tight space. Easy YELL access, front door knob not user friendly, very hard to turn. We will be back. Great location to access downtown Monroe, great restaurants!! Great Stay!!! Benjamin goes above and beyond!!!

Thomas was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had wifi as it wasn't working when we arrived. The house was so comfortable and the location was very peaceful. We would rent this place again!

This place was everything that I expected plus some. The atmosphere was so peaceful and beautiful and I had an amazing time. The host communicated quickly and the instructions were very clear.

I always stay here when the Little Pink House is available. I have always enjoyed my stays and again enjoyed this stay as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Sandersville area.

The space was beautiful. There was a problem with the hot water heater but, the problem was resolved in good timing.

We were staying at Nelson’s place to evacuate from a hurricane. We had to leave 12 hours earlier then planned to get out in time. I asked to check in early in the middle of the night too. He agreed and that was so nice because we got there at 3:30am. It was very well stocked. I’ve never had a home so well stocked from the kitchen to the games and puzzles they have. This home was so peaceful. The view of the lake was stunning at both sunrise and sunset. My kids enjoyed playing on the slide and zip line.

Gathered here with some work colleagues to hang out and benchmark. House has a beautiful view of the lake with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this sweet and BEAUTIFUL house in our college town! It felt true to Milledgeville but was also very comfortable (major shout out to Macy for the decor). But truly the best part was that the beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at an Airbnb! And we have stayed at many. Every single guest was so impressed by the beds, so I just had to brag on them. You can walk to down town but it isn’t too close to all the hustle and bustle so we enjoyed the location.

We had an amazing time at The Butler House! Susan was an fantarstic host, very responsive and so kind. The house is stunning and even better than the pictures (the high ceilings were beautiful)! Only thing to note that wasn’t in the original description is that the fire pit is gas (we figured that out after we bought firewood 🙈). It was super walkable to Covington’s main square but depending on the route you take you may not have sidewalks. Overall, would absolutely stay at The Butler House again!
