The Shack was exactly what we needed for a quick family getaway. We appreciated the tranquility and scenery of the countryside with the convenience of being just minutes away from restaurants and a picturesque distillery. Our daughters loved the treehouse, slide, and pool. They want to visit again but stay longer next time. :-) Tim was great to work with, attentive and helpful.

This place was perfect for our family of 9 adults and four kids. More than enough room to relax and enjoy one another. We forgot to tell her we were bringing fishing boats, but no problem. There is space across the road to park trailers. The fire pit was our go-to place to hang out. Lots of firewood and a beautiful view of the river. The downstairs bar was just the right place to play a family game of bingo and chat, especially on rainy days. Lots of other games too for any size family or group. Oh, and everyone says the beds are great, even the teenage boys. Lots of towels, blankets, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. Perfect! Thank you so much. It was our first ever full family hang, and this place made it very special.

Our group was celebrating my sister’s bachelorette weekend, and we could not have picked a better place or host. The place was perfect for our group and Linda has thought of everything. Great place! Great views and very comfortable for our group of 8. Provided room to be together and space apart for individual quiet time if desired. Well appointed and well taken care of. Beau was very responsive, accommodating, and super friendly! This is our new go-to spot when visiting LC. Definitely recommend!

Checking in to Erin's house was very easy. She is very easy to communicate with. Soon after checkin, Erin messaged us to make sure everything was in order and to see if we had any questions. The views are absolutely amazing. From the moment we booked the house I couldn't wait to enjoy coffee in the sunroom. It did not disappoint. The sunroom has heated tile floors and a small wood burning fireplace. So cozy! The pool and pinball machines were a big hit for the kids. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice place but pretty run down. The pictures don't really match what you see once you get there. The lake is VERY small, like a pond. In my opinion, it is not worth it to rent the pontoon, there is nowhere to go. Not a safe place for small kids. For 200$ or so a night, it was not my cup of tea, compared to others I've stayed at.
