Bach helped us out in a pinch when our previously booked Airbnb lost power during 100 degree temps. Despite calling late in the evening and the cleaners still in the process of cleaning, he accepted our reservation and rushed the team to complete. Bach had an entire team of hosts locally that were very responsive. Although, not in the old quarter, it was easy to get around to desired locations using grab. The rooms were very nice and very well air conditioned. Even when we lost power due to city grid maintenance, the first floor room stayed cool. This team bent over backwards to recover what could have been a disastrous start to a shared vacation with my family and my two sister’s families. I highly recommend.

Staying here for a few nights on a short trip in Hanoi really enhanced my whole experience and got the most out of a short time in this City. Checkin and checkout was simple and brief. The Apartment is well designed and very homey with everything of a home, even with in-unit laundry. Very private with the entire two floors for our stay. Interior and beddings are clean and comfortable just like in the pictures and descriptions. Location, Location, Location. It is literally in the centre of Hanoi, the old district. Steps away to all the street foods and restaurants making trend now on Tiktok, youtube food reviews. 10 mins walk diameters to everything you need to see in Hanoi. This allows us to see more of Hanoi in a short amount of time here. The apartment is not on main street, away from the noise pollution, a huge plus for relaxing. All in all, great value, best location. I would say cheaper than hotel and got a lot more. We will stay here again next visit to Hanoi

l'appartement est juste en face du mausolée d'ho chi minh ce qui est vraiment super pratique ! il y a une jolie terrasse 5eme étage et un plus petit balcon au 6ème. les chambres sont lumineuses et très bien décorées. l'hôte a été très gentil et accomodant. il nous a même permis de rester jusqu'à 16h le jour du départ car notre avion a été retardé. nous avons vraiment passé un moment agréable !

We had best experience while stay in Anna's house. The house exactly looks like in the photo. So comfortable with tropical vibes of the balcony. Super complete aminities and utilities. Anna was so kind, she let us to store out luggages while we already checkout and waiting for the bus to Sapa in the night and it's for FREE! She's also give us 30 minutes additional times for take a shower and changing clothes even already 9.00pm. I highly recommended this house to stay while in Hanoi!

Logement 3A fidèle aux descriptions, très bien situé dans le vieux Hanoï, à proximité des principaux 'lieux touristiques'. Logement spacieux, calme (même si la petite rue est très animée), bien équipé, entrée autonome, au coeur d'un immeuble habité par des vietnamiens donc impression de vivre comme un local :) Les toilettes sur le pallier ne sont pas un probleme. Seul point 'gris' c'est la salle de bain très petite (il ne faut pas être trop corpulent !), et la quantité d'eau chaude pour la douche qui s'épuise vite (limite pour 2 douches à moins de laisser le système se recharger). Très bons restaurants à proximité (canard grillé, bun cha, coffee shop...). J'ai adoré mon séjour et recommande ce logement. A bientôt !

This is a great place for a big group. The rooms are all separated with individual locks and one bathroom per two rooms. There is a small lounge, small kitchen and outdoor roof terrace. Everything was clean. The Aircon worked well and the location was perfect - right in the middle of all the activity

Ngôi nhà của Anh Chị Ngọc & Thắng rất tuyệt vời. Vừa cổ kính, vừa hiện đại. Đây là lần thứ 2 tôi quay trở lại. Tôi và gia đình của tôi đã trải qua 7 ngày, chúng tôi tổ chức đám ăn hỏi và đám cưới tại đây. Không gian ngôi nhà rất rộng rãi, ấm cúng, trang trọng và lịch sự. Tôi và gia đình đã có rất nhiều kỷ niệm và khoảnh khắc đẹp tại ngôi nhà yêu quý này!

First off, we didn’t stay at this apartment due fault in piping however we were relocated to somewhere more central and it was as described. Old quarter apartment, gated community. Amazing as it’s above a coffee shop so morning coffee fix was literally a stone throw. Walkable location but grab was easy to access as well. Overall I’d say it was good. All co-host communicated professionally and understanding. Assisted with locations/ airport transfer and explained rules clearly. Lots of promotions from the management as well like 20% off massage !

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The property is conveniently located just a short walk from Hanoi's charming Old Quarter. The hosts were outstanding—truly helpful and attentive. We were thrilled that the apartment was serviced every three days during our stay, which made things even more comfortable. The hosts also went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and must-see spots, enhancing our experience. The apartment itself was spacious enough for four people, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Overall, I would highly recommend staying with this host. It was simply outstanding!

Overall a great stay in Hanoi with Chez and family. They were nice, chill, and helpful anytime I needed help with anything. The area is secluded from all the noise you would get around the Old Quarter, but it's close enough to the southern train street area (walking distance). You have nearby restaurants, parks, and convenience stores as well. Overall good choice to stay in, as I was helped out with my Sim Card and given some tips and tricks on places to go to and how to navigate the city. Stayed here for 1 month and recommend to everyone.

Super séjour dans l'appartement de Huy, je confirme les commentaires que j'avais pu lire précédemment : on s'y sent comme chez soi ! le logement est grand et le lit très confortable, coin cuisine très pratique. L'appartement était parfait et Huy est toujours réactif et répond très rapidement lorsque vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Cependant l'adresse est un peu difficile a trouver, on ne l'a trouve pas facilement sur Grab ou sur les applications de livraison par exemple donc l'adresse était un peu compliquée mais hormis ça c'est parfait

My family of 7 enjoyed the stay at this lovely and immaculate condo. The host is friendly and very responsive to my messages. They helped us with finding taxis to get around and gave us lots of helpful hints about the local area. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who’s looking to explore Hanoi old quarter.

Great views! Walkable to cafes, Old Quarter and more. Charming older condo. Super hot water for shower! One item to pay attention when using the washing machine. It is physically outside the condo. Even with the key you CANNOT let yourself back inside! The door must be propped open or you will be locked outside the condo. Ask me how I know (smiley). Thankfully Van sent someone within 15 minutes to let me back inside the condo. This should be addressed so others are not inconvenienced.

The place was great, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. The kitchen had the basic tools with everything we needed. The location was ideal, just a short walk to cafes and restaurants. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views of the city and in a quiet and relaxed setting. Hosts were amazing with info and so helpful really appreciated it. Would be nice for some more seating and towels.

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!

Bardzo polubiliśmy to miejsce. Od pierwszego dnia dobrze się w nim czuliśmy, a spędziliśmy w nim miesiąc. Apartament wygląda dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach. W mieszkaniu znajdziecie wszystko co potrzebne. Warto wspomnieć o łóżku - materac jest naprawdę wygodny, a pościel wyjątkowo przyjemna. Dodatkowo w okolicy znajdziecie mnóstwo sklepów, usług, kawiarni itp. Ocean Park to też świetnie miejsce na spacer. Gospodarz jest komunikatywny i pomógł nam w każdej sprawie, z którą się do niego zwróciliśmy. Jedna rzecz, którą warto mieć na uwadze to hałas. Budynek znajduje się od strony ruchliwej ulicy i przy skrzyżowaniu, więc kierowcy cały czas używają klaksonu, co zdarza się również w nocy. A z racji tego, że okna mają pojedyncze szyby, to bardzo to słychać. Dlatego polecam używać zatyczek. Mimo to, uważam to świetne miejsce na zatrzymanie się w Hanoi : )

This place is truly a gem! I don’t even know where to start — there are so many amazing things to say. The apartment is stunning, with a beautifully designed kitchen and living room filled with natural light. It’s equipped with all the appliances you need for cooking, and it looks exactly like the photos. One of my favorite parts was watching the sunset right from the flat and the balcony. The building is part of a luxurious five-building complex, complete with saunas, swimming pools, gyms, restaurants, and more. It’s located right in front of the beautiful Swanlake Park, offering a peaceful, green environment. There are plenty of outdoor playgrounds for children, and even small indoor playgrounds in each building. Our host, Phuong, was absolutely wonderful — very proactive, friendly, and quick to respond to any messages. She helped me out on multiple occasions and shared lots of useful tips about the area and Vietnam overall. I would happily stay at her place again!

We absolutely loved our stay at here! Betty was super friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The partment was new, spotless, and looked exactly like the pictures. We especially enjoyed the big screen TV with Netflix and YouTube Premium, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Our favorite spot was the bathroom — the huge bathtub and the dry sauna were amazing! The sauna even had music and cozy lighting, which made it feel like a private spa. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Ecopark!

Her apartment is located in a quiet, modern neighborhood—about 30 minutes from the Old Quarter—offering a peaceful escape from the city's hustle. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. During my stay, Ánh was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, always ready to answer questions and suggest things to do. What truly set her apart was how she supported me at the end of my Vietnam adventure. When my flight was delayed for several hours after check-out, she went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable—organizing a nearby spot for me to rest, store my luggage, and enjoy some much-needed air conditioning. She even helped me arrange a taxi to the airport. Ánh’s kindness and dedication made all the difference.
