Overall, I will give it a 5/5 rating. There are no major flaws, except for the main door requiring a large force to latch completely, and the toiletries provided only came in small sachets/bottles (sufficient for 2 males for 3 nights, but Host provided more upon request). This place is suitable for long stays and it is quiet at night. Location : Ho Tay area, about 25 mins by car, 15 mins by bike from Ho Tay to Old Quarter. Not recommended if you need to go on multiple day tours, as tours do not do pick-ups from Ho Tay area, and it may be hard to get a Grab ride from the area in the early mornings. Price : Affordable and reasonable. Good value for the size of the accommodation. Convenience: Many pubs and pizza restaurants nearby, and a supermarket (winmart) located about 650m away. Many smaller convenience shops around it. Environment : I love it as it is less crowded, and no noise from nearby shops.

This apartment is very conveniently located. It is about 7-8 minutes walk from Hanoi Opera House. Hanoi Opera House is the center of most tourist attractions and many directions. The apartment is a spacious studio with good design. The facilities are well equipped and secure. There is a washer and dryer in the building. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. Vincom Shopping Center (Bartreet branch) is also 30 minutes walk away. I think it is a better location than the commercialized Old Quarter. You can see and enjoy Hanoi city life from here. Most of all, the host Tracy is very friendly and responsive. Thank you again. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Hanoi again.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The property is conveniently located just a short walk from Hanoi's charming Old Quarter. The hosts were outstanding—truly helpful and attentive. We were thrilled that the apartment was serviced every three days during our stay, which made things even more comfortable. The hosts also went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and must-see spots, enhancing our experience. The apartment itself was spacious enough for four people, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Overall, I would highly recommend staying with this host. It was simply outstanding!

The apartment is very spacious, and the bedrooms are very airy and bright. The building is tucked away in a small alley, so it's very quiet and private. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped for a long-term stay. The only downside is that the living room AC sometimes smells. Other than that, the apartment is totally worth the price paid.

Vesper’s place is right in the heart of the Old quarters. For first time visitors to Hanoi, this place offers the best launch pad to explore the surroundings. Location : There are tons of shopping , food and sight seeing options. Everything is walkable. The best part is you can just walk around , shop and then go to the room to take a short break before setting off out again in the evening. It doesnt get better than this. Room : The beds are comfortable and the living space is cosy enough for 4 adults to sit and chill. Most important for me was that the AC worked really well & the bathroom water pressure was just right to relax a nice shower after a long day Host : Vesper is kind, friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility around our check in times and accommodating a friend last moment. She was quick to respond and help us with directions and other helpful tips. Verdict : 12/10 will recommend to stay here for your Hanoi sojourn

I stayed in these apartments for a week and had a great experience. The complex is well-maintained, quiet, and clean. A concierge was always present at the entrance, politely opening doors, which was a nice touch. The surrounding area is beautiful and well-kept. The apartment itself is cozy, bright, and well-equipped. Everything felt new, and there was a pleasant scent throughout, including the bed linen and towels. The elegant dishware was a lovely surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I didn’t want to get out of it! A big plus was the heater, which made the space warm and cozy on colder days. The apartment had thoughtful amenities: liquid soap in the kitchen, bathroom essentials, shower gel, shampoo, and even hotel-style extras like a comb, razor, and toothbrush. A full pack of tissues was also provided—very convenient! Check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear instructions. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended!

Super easy to find and a beautiful place to stay in Hanoi. We found the place clean and comfortable! The host was lovely, she gave us very cute gifts upon check out and let us know when we had tours waiting outside for us. Thank you again for having us!

We stayed 3 nights in khanhs Airbnb and had a really good time. Everything was clean and the location was right in the centre of the city. The communication to khanh was excellent. It was a bit loud at some time, but it didn’t bother us. All in all a good experience.

Our time in this historic and beautiful apartment was very comfortable and authentic! We were delighted to have the chance to meet Ngoc's family and friends. She herself is so warm and friendly. She brought us a basket of beautiful oranges that were much appreciated.

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

We had a great stay here! It looks like the pictures and the response was instant! Just for people to be aware of the rooms are on different floors if you need better accessibility for your stay.

В квартире очень тихо, так как она находится в маленьком переулке, вдали от основных дорог. Есть удобный стол для работы, если вам нужно поработать за ноутбуком. Правда, WiFi не очень стабильный и скорость невысокая. Мне все понравилось. Определенно рекомендую.

Very much enjoyed our stay! The apartment was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. Easy walking to all the main areas! Phuong was super communicative and went out of his way to return some stuff that we left in the apartment. If we ever make it back to Hanoi— which hopefully we will! — would love to stay here again!

The 2nd time we stayed here. Linh really took our feedback, we found that the place is spotless this time around. Linh also helped a lot with food and place recommendations. This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.

Place was exactly as described. Huyen was a great host, very responsive, and helpful. Allowed me to check in a little early than the original check in time. She let me leave my luggage at her personal unit in T2 so I can walk around the mall without any hassle. She had my luggage sent to the unit and it was there when I checked in. The unit was new, spacious, clean, and the interior design was luxurious. Smells good, too! Provision of laundry pole in the balcony, spoon, and hand soap for the bathroom sink or kitchen sink would be appreciated. I saw a couple baby roaches around but maybe bec other units in the building can be kind of old. All appliances were working well. Basic amenities were included. I already booked her place again for my trip next month. Overall, I had a lovely stay! Highly recommended!
