This was a wonderful place to stay! It was clean, comfortable, and the decor was very homey, "together," and relaxing. It was within walking distance of a neighborhood park where my son had a lot of fun, and it was only a few driving minutes away from some of Carlsbad's highest-rated restaurants. It was a great place to stay overall, and very close to both the Living Zoo and Carlsbad Caverns. Jacoda was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions.

My family and I had a great stay very comfortable and homey feeling. Quiet neighborhood. Host was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Brendan’s while visiting Guadalupe Mountains National Park and Carlsbad Cavern! The place was clean and located in a nice area. We definitely appreciated the hot tub after hiking! Would recommend staying here.

Lovely place to call home base while we explored the area! The house had all mentioned amenities and plenty of space for our family of four (with kids sharing a bed). We were thankful for the short drives to both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains NPs. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to an Anderson's grocery. Glad to return if we were passing through again.

We had a wonderful stay here. We had no issues with check in and it fit 8 people comfortably. When we got there we couldn’t find the projector set up but Marcos was very responsive and dropped off everything needed right away, and Of course mini golf is always a plus. We had to leave on a bad dust storm day and were offered an extended stay so we wouldn’t have to drive through it. We had a wonderful time with friends and family here and would book again if we find ourselves in Artesia

This place is so cute!!! The bed is super comfy and there are lots of thoughtful details throughout the space. The driveway was great for parking and the outside area was very private. The hosts also put together a very helpful guidebook for local recommendations that we really appreciated. Overall, a really good place to stay!

Joaquin's place was great during our Spring Break visit to the Carlsbad area. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of space for our family to enjoy the warm temps and sunshine, and serve as our home base while we visited the caverns and hiked in the Lincoln NF.

We stayed at Joann's place for a night between National Park camping excursions, and it was just the place we needed to refresh our family! Plenty of hot water for all of us to take a (much-needed!) shower, and the laundry area was clean and generously stocked. The decor was cute, beachy, and tasteful! The master bed was very comfortable. The bunks were pretty creaky and you could feel the springs if you're an adult-sized person, but our kids weren't bothered in the slightest and all the bedrooms had great light-blocking shades! The house certainly had everything we needed, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. For families with kids, I would say just don't plan on using the outdoor space for play; there were bits of glass, nails, and some unsafe debris in the yard. Other than that, thank you Joann for a great stay!
