The space was very clean and Jay was extremely communicative which made our stay seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

Very pleased with this Airbnb. Clean, comfy. Extra comforts in the bath and kitchen. Comfortsble beds. Nice sheets and towels. Air conditioner worked well. Good security lighting and dead bolts on doors. Absolutely will recommend and use again while in Carlsbad. 🌻🌻

The house felt very homey and was spotless upon arrival. This spot is perfect for families or a group of friends comes with laundry machines, ac, heat, and it’s a walkable distance from downtown. Sandra was super responsive anytime I needed anything, I highly recommend you stay here during your visit to New Mexico!

Generally, we did not think much of the Carlsbad area but I was there for work. The house worked out great, way better than any hotel could have. Could have been cleaner upon arrival. We found numerous plastic wrappers from the straws in kids drinks like capri sun. The outdoor grill was on its last leg and the burner rusted off about a month into our stay. Fenced back yard worked out well for our dog. Host was super responsive to any requests. Temp housing in the area is ridiculous pricey so the price for the house is market driven I’m sure. Overall, a 4.5 star rating

We loved staying at Mirage! There is a cute kitchenette and lots of storage space with a shower for 2. The icing on the cake was the hot tub in the backyard. After a few busy days - relaxing in the hot tub was such a treat. The communication from the hosts was excellent. And they provided a lot of information regarding the town and things to see and do which was so helpful. We loved our accommodations at Mirage and I definitely recommend it!

Comfortable beds, apartment was clean, great air conditioning, nice location, peaceful. Host was great.

My family and I were in town for a softball tournament. The house was just 5 minutes from the sports complex and close to a ton of resturants. It was perfect for our stay. Super clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely book again the next time we are in Carlsbad.

We loved our stay here! My wife and I, with our son stayed for the night after visiting the caverns. Julie’s home was incredibly cozy, and stocked with everything you would need. Some snacks, water, and there were even toys for my son. Great value, and quieter than a hotel. It exceeded expectations!

You won't regret staying here. Very safe location, clean studio, plenty of amenities and close to the Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains. Julie is a great host too, very responsive and helpful!

Very clean, well equipped kitchen with unexpected bonus of coffee, cinnamon and honey. Couch was comfortable to sleep on, bed very nice. Chris was super responsive to questions. 45 minutes from Guadeloupe Mountain national park and half that to Carlsbad Caverns. Neighbors’ roosters frequently woke us too early. Completely private location with fence.

Jenn's place was roomie and comfortable. It took us a little time to find the entrance at night. But once there, all went smoothly with entering the unit. The train is nearby which was fun to hear occasionally. Property was perfect location for visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Gaudalupe National Park. The river in the back was lovely for morning coffee. Jenn provided recommendations and the gift certificate to the coffee house was much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.
