Annabelle’s place is a gem if you’re staying in artesia. Walking distance from your local grocery store and a 2 minute drive from FLETC if you’re visiting family. The apartment was as advertised, very clean, kitchen set up was as promised and had all that was needed to cook as desired. Very spacious including a roomy patio with charcoal bbq set up. Included laundry room was a great benefit. The AC worked wonderful to beat the heat. Great communication and very accommodating. Would happily stay here again!

I am an avid Airbnb user and Andrea’s place is one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had. About Andrea herself - she’s a very friendly and responsive host! She made us feel right at home! She answered all our questions and also gave us helpful tips and recommendations! The Airbnb is excellent and exactly as advertised in the pictures and description! As soon as we entered the house, we loved it! It smelt fresh and welcoming! It’s equipped with everything you need. We were three friends who spent two nights and found it to have more amenities than a four star hotel would have, all in the comfort of a house! It was also sparkling clean! I really appreciate that Andrea also put in some snacks for us! Overall, we loved every minute of our stay. If you are headed to Carsbad, this is the best place to stay!

Don’t hesitate, book this house! Out of all 4 houses we stayed in on our trek from Tucson to El Paso, this house was the cleanest, comfiest, and most exact to the description and pictures. The beds, pillows, linens and towels were top notch. Kitchen is very well appointed. The house is beautiful. Location is quiet and safe, as well as very near to the main road and restaurants/shops. Rene was very easy to communicate with. Our boys loved the snacks Rene left for them during their movie night after hiking. Rene went above and beyond to send us a charger we left behind. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone or stay again!

We absolutely loved this place. It was so peaceful and serene. We even got to meet some of the neighbors! The front patio may have been my favorite place. A lovely spot to read books, drink coffee, and chat. Made our stay even more enjoyable. It was even nicer than the photos and it was large and spacious.

Joaquin's place was great during our Spring Break visit to the Carlsbad area. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of space for our family to enjoy the warm temps and sunshine, and serve as our home base while we visited the caverns and hiked in the Lincoln NF.

Stacey’s property was beautiful. We were in town for the Border Patrol Academy Graduation and it provided a great place for my family to stay. The academy is just around the corner. There was ample sleeping space and between 6 of us sleeping there we still had an empty living room and extra bedroom at night. There is everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to cook, as long as you get your own groceries. The garage area is awesome and we enjoyed playing ping pong and cooking on the BlackStone. The property was clean and very nicely decorated. We had the pleasure of meeting Stacey and she was extremely friendly and made sure to ask if we had everything we needed. I would recommend this place over and over again.

This was a wonderful place to stay! It was clean, comfortable, and the decor was very homey, "together," and relaxing. It was within walking distance of a neighborhood park where my son had a lot of fun, and it was only a few driving minutes away from some of Carlsbad's highest-rated restaurants. It was a great place to stay overall, and very close to both the Living Zoo and Carlsbad Caverns. Jacoda was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions.

It was wonderful to stay in this beautiful home with my loved ones and form year long memories, and jokes, of our time spent together!
