Wow! Wow! Wow! Congratulations on the beautiful renovation. This was our second stay at this gorgeous home and, while we knew that they were doing some additional work in the off-season, we were not prepared for all of the incredible improvements that were made. This place leaves nothing to be desired. Beds are comfy with lovely linens, lots of room for everyone to spread out (important to us with both teenagers and littles) and lots of toys to use on the pond with a great eye for safety. We have family at Jenkins Pond and make this trip every year. As long as this house is available, we will look no further for a place to stay. Dar is a gracious host, extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating. He clearly put a lot of love and thought into this home and we were very grateful to be guests. It was the best home base for a fun week with family and we once again head home with wonderful memories.

Robert’s place provided us a nice peaceful escape for a long weekend getaway. His instructions were clear and recommendations were helpful, and his home is in a nice location, close by to all Falmouth has to offer.

This was my first Airbnb experience! The house was just as described, clean, had all the basic necessities, easy to get in to, the host was very responsive and accommodating. We will be back!

We stayed here with family and friends for a wedding weekend. The place was perfect for our group. Plenty of rooms and beds for the 12 of us. Good kitchen, clean bathrooms, and a great outdoor deck and dock for our use. Leo was very responsive to any/all questions we had for him. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near Mashpee.

This property was stunning! As described. Brenda was extremely responsive to messages. My family appreciated the labeling she had done, it made everything very easy to find. Anything you could want this place has it, from super comfortable beds, tons of space, clean, and beautiful views! We will definitely be back!

Tam is an excellent host. The lake is picturesque and peaceful. The property is nestled between mature evergreen trees. The house is newly renovated, light, white, bright. Kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. Lots of cleaning supplies. Tam was an exceptional communicator and very friendly. Appreciate the time!

We had a Fantastic 4 day stay in Yarmouth. The house was clean with a big garden, terrace and BBQ. It’s very comfortable for 4 guests. Great use with all the utilities in the house. Linda is a great Host and good in communication. I would recommend this wonderful house very much!

Regarding the matter of value for what we paid: the addition of almost $1,000.00 in “fees” was a bit troubling and they were not stipulated in the original advertisement for the property. They appeared after we had booked the property. The location and the hostess were great! We had a little trouble with the electronic door lock. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!😊😊😊😊

Just lovely. Great WiFi, very modern and everything we needed. It was very clean and well set up with an awesome little guide about the house and surroundings! The host left out dog water bowl and food bowl and put out a dog blanket for us, which was very thoughtful. Will definitely be back.

Had a great stay with my boyfriend for my birthday and our anniversary. Super close to Main Street where there’s lots to do and close to Woodshole to catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard! Jefferson was very detailed and responsive making us feel right at home even before we checked in. Great cozy spot perfect for our trip would definitely stay again!

Irie by the Lake was fantastic. The home is not only beautiful and perfectly designed and decorated, but it was the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Carol was super responsive and helpful. We are already planning to return.

Excellent stay. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. We rested well and were able to relax. We appreciated having laundry on site since we were on a 10-day trip. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. But that is a minor detail when you can watch the sunset over the peaceful water. Lisa communicated well and responded quickly. The house is easy to get to and stores are easy to travel to. Excellent location.

We loved our time at the Crooked Cottage. The house was spotless clean, well stocked, and very comfortable beds. We immediately felt welcome there, as we arrived after a long drive to find fresh flowers and a bottle of delicious wine waiting for us. Kira left useful tips for things to do around the area, and sent us detailed and personalized suggestions upon request. We loved all her recommendations and discovered some additional places on our own. The house is conveniently located to hikes, bike paths, and beaches as well as life in the town. We highly recommend her place and look forward to returning some time.

My wife and I stayed at May's place while visiting family on Cape Cod. As described, it's a cozy little cottage, which was just what we wanted. Quiet neighborhood. Most of our time was spent on the delightful patio. A short night-time walk to the pond was exceptional with moon light reflecting off the water. Next time we're on the Cape, we definitely return.

Ray...Thank you so much! Your rental home was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation a couple of weeks ago. Great location too for everything we wanted to do as well as close enough to visit with our local family in town. Having the ability to use your bikes were very helpful as we were able to just rent another two more which we used a lot to ride around Poppy. We would definitely stay here again. The fenced off yard was perfect for my dog. It was a fun place to come back to and relax outside with my dog No worries about my dog getting away . And the area is close to so many great beaches . The inside was very confortable and enjoyable. A great place to stay at the Cape

Don and Jennifer were wonderful hosts! My friends and I wanted a cozy and quiet weekend at Cape Cod and their cabin was lovely and charming! Don was very responsive and was very quick to answer any questions we had, along with providing us with suggestions for activities during our trip! They made us feel very welcome and we would definitely love to come back to the cabin if my friends and I return to Cale Cod!

Loved our stay at the Snug. It was the perfect space and location to stay with our little family of 3. Nancy was very helpful, kind and responsive. The place was spotless, rooms were more spacious than expected, and the outdoor area feels like a private little getaway. Ideal location and walkable to anything you want to do. 3 minute drive to local beaches. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to stay again next year!
