We enjoyed the spot and it was nice to have a washer and dryer on site that worked excellent! Despite the home being dirty when I got there, he made it possible to get it livable. The guest bedroom had a strong cigarette smell which was disappointing, but overall he did what he could despite being out of town. He was quick to respond and did his best. I would certainly recommend staying at ANY of his properties.

Fantastic stay! Clean and easy. Walking distance from several good coffee shops and downtown Aiken. Would recommend!

This is our 3rd time staying here. Had a long golf weekend with several old fraternity brothers and the house was perfect for what we needed. We’ll be back in 2025 for sure!

Wow! This home is fabulous. Beautiful surroundings, peaceful location all within a short drive to Bruce’s Field, The Vistas and historic downtown. The home is brand new, very well built and gorgeously appointed with art deco decor. The kitchen is amazing with a large center island open to a spacious family room. Wonderful back patio overlooks a horse farm. Great area to relax Comfy beds, spacious bedrooms, overhead fans and beautiful primary bathroom with huge walk-in shower! I could go on and on! You will not be disappointed

Austin is a wonderful host - friendly, very responsive and was able to accommodate my need to check in early and then keep extending my stay due to builder delays. The house was perfect - living area is spacious, bed was comfy and a good sized kitchen. Yard is fully fenced and very dog friendly.

Perfect spot for a horse show visit. The house was extremely comfortable and the hosts went out of their way to make sure guests have everything they might need. The house was very convenient to Highfields and Bruce's Field in one direction and downtown in the other. We would definitely stay here again!

Was so absolutely delighted to stay here! Everything was exactly as pictured, better honestly because in person you really get such a comfy atmosphere:) A gorgeous home in a beautiful location really . The sitting areas both out front and back paired perfectly with the weather and made the stay extra nice. Would definitely stay again the hosts were lovely as well and super sweet I honestly have never had such a good experience:) the one question I did have they responded to efficiently and were very awesome to book a stay with! Ps GREAT AC best sleep ever genuinely

Omg! This place was so clean an homey. She provided snacks an toiletries, detergent an coffee. Felt right at home. Close to everything. Definitely will go back. Also, responds fast an checked in on us. If you have kids, there is a nice size backyard, fenced. Nice back porch.
