Gorgeous private property set to a backdrop of mountains and a canopy of Trees. Compfy beds, well stocked kitchen, beautiful garden and great location. Tamsin was an excellent and very accommodating host. We thoroughly our stay here and highly recomend it!

What a wonderful time we had in Alex’s beautiful Higgovale House with its special atmosphere. A home from home we felt immediately at ease. The tropical gardens give the feeling of being in the midst of the jungle - despite being only minutes from the lively Kloof Street with its many restaurants and coffee shops (wine bar/coffee shop/deli Tamboerswinkel deserves a special mention). We felt very safe at night and enjoyed being able to access Cape Town‘s sights quickly. A highlight was our hike to Lions Head - again only a stone throw away from the house. Alex’s great communication throughout our stay was not surprising, given his friendly welcome and advice and whilst we didn’t stay long enough to get to know her, housekeeper Barbara also seemed very friendly and attentive. We will be back!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Ilse und Dan sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super um Kapstadt in alle Richtungen zu erkunden. Man findet zu jeder Uhrzeit einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Das Apartment und besonders auch der Innenhof sind liebevoll eingerichtet und der Interieur-Stil sind sehr ästhetisch. Die Kommunikation mit den Hosts war einwandfrei! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

There is nothing quite like falling asleep & waking up to the sounds of the sea. Rachelle's beach home is the epitome of South African West Coast style, especially the outside living area under the verandah. The inside is incredibly charming and every room is very well appointed. We enjoyed whiling away the hours, watching the world go by, waves rolling in, breathtaking sunsets followed by gazing at the Southern stars. Melkbos has a wide arrange of restaurants, most within walking distance and the supermarkets & shops are just 5 mins drive away for self catering options and sunset braai's. Whether you like to walk along the beach collecting shells or go surfing, the options are endless. The Swartland wine region is easily explorable from here as is central Cape Town. Such a wonderful relaxed environment, and next time we will be sure to stay for 2 weeks instead of just one.

Superb place with a genuine ‘home’ feel to it. Lots of communal space inside and out and a gorgeous garden to enjoy. Tracy is a super host - responsive and shared loads of advice what to do locally. Hout Bay is a 10 min drive.

A wonderful place to stay, especially with younger teenagers who could enjoy their independence & make use of the shops & restaurants. No need to leave once you check in - even the beach can be accessed as part of a pleasant walk. And the accommodation itself is both comfortable & stylish. Beautiful part of the peninsula to stay in for those who enjoy the outdoors. Our host was great.

I had a wonderful stay at this listing. The host & caretaker were very responsive and gave clear instructions leading up to our arrival which made for an easy check-in and check-out. The padel court, the entertainment area and the pool were a standout during our stay. The host provided rackets and balls for our padel games and we were even able to play into the evening due to the amazing lighting installed on the court; the braai area was stocked with wood, charcoal and a full kit to make our braai experience easy. The kitchen was stocked well enough to accommodate our whole travel group with ease. I look forward to returning here for another visit one day.

Tacha’s place was a beautiful combination to our entire trip! The view was absolutely stunning as her top floor has Catalina doors that lead to her patio! Tasha was an excellent host. She met us and walked us through everything and helped us sort out transportation ideas to the vineyards as well as the sand dunes! Everything is literally 10 minutes away from her property and it sits high up above everything with a street Clearview of the waterfront and Robin Island in the distance. This property was worth every penny. Tacha was so responsive when we had additional questions. She even took the time to to research a sister Restaurant for “Gold” that was completely sold out and was able to secure us the last reservation available for that entire week at “Spyce!” That dining experience was one of the best we had in South Africa. Absolutely! It takes a lot to get a rise out of my 21 year-old and even he said.. “We need to come back here!” Tacha thank you so much for everything!

Susan’s place is even better than imagined. It has a unique view of Clifton’s bay, very safe and private with 24/7 security. The decor is very charming and you feel right at home. Everything was clean, smelled great, bed and linen were comfortable. The kitchen has a lot of amenities and perfect to cook. Susan’s daughter Inge is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place and will likely be coming again. Thank you for hosting us.

Beautifully renovated apartment in the heart of Sea Point with safe parking. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The apartment has a great view, but the kitchen was my favorite part! Well equipped with everything you will need. We have stayed a few times in Sea Point before and will definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Our family had a wonderful time here it’s safe and comfortable with lots of room. The pictures are accurate. Lots of amenities the housekeeper portia was great and the agent dominik was very friendly and responsive No real downsides if anything I’d say the pool could probably do with a bit of a spruce up and if I was really picky, heated. But we did a lot of travelling, so we did not need to use the pool that often . Overall great experience you won’t be disappointed if you book this place. Adam

This house is stunning , something similar to a house from grand designs . Stunning views from everywhere, spacious rooms and lounges , warm pool and the best tings was the housekeeper Aneese and Boyd the house manager , absolute stars , so friendly and responsible . Highly recommend his place for those looking for the wow factor in beautiful Constantia and Cape Town

We spent a really happy week at Markus’ house. It’s really cleverly designed and very attractive. Comfy beds and nice linen. The garden is gorgeous, with a small pool but perfect for a plunge and a very nice place to spend an evening. Molly the housekeeper was lovely and welcoming and able to help with some ironing and do a clean of the house. The house is really well positioned to explore Cape Town- whether you want to go to the coast or the Waterfront or Constantia. There are some great restaurants and nice shops a walk from the house. Markus is very responsive and helpful.

The house, facilities and location was fantastic. On the beach side of Victoria Road so there was no traffic noise and the access to Beta Beach for swimming was great. Beautiful house with well sized spaces and views from the 1st floor Bedrooms were amazing. Access back into town from Camps Bay side was very easy and travelling back and forward to all surrounding areas was effortless. Coffee shop / restaurant 40m away which was perfect for morning coffees or a lunch. We had a great time and would book again for our next trip to Cape Town.

Prachtig huis aan de voet van de Tafelberg. Uitzicht vanaf het terras op Lionshead. De zee de zonsondergang alles was mooi. Huis is ruim. Met inderdaad 3 super mooie slaapkamers en 1 iets minder mooi. Maar slapen doe je met je ogen dicht! Huis voelde veilig aan. Ruimte genoeg voor iedereen. Zwembad was erg koud is nu eind april. Jacuzzi was heerlijk met mooi uitzicht op de zee. Kortom een mooie woning om te huren. Het contact liep zeer soepel! Heel erg fijn. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf! De champagne 🍾 hebben we opgetrokken de eerste avond! We zullen dit huis aanraden. Stewart nogmaals dank. 🙏🏼 De kinderen hadden het liefst nog een week verbleven!

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The house is as pictured and we felt right at home. Kitchen is very well equipped, nice garden with a private pool and the beach nearby. Shirley was very easy to communicate with through text and even left us a cake as a welcome gift. Would recommend staying here!!

Amazing house, really recommend it and would definitely book again. Beautiful views of the Lions Head. Big house with great balconies and pool and gorgeaous views over the ocean. Hannes was also very easy to connect with and always very helpful.
