Wonderful time away in a lovely, serene apartment. Perfect for two. Clean, well furnished with a variety of coffee pot options that kept us smiling. The beach--across A-1A--was fantastic and so enjoyable . We hadn't planned a beach trip but everything we needed was there: chairs, umbrella, beach towels and sand sifters for shell hunting. Ahhhh. Delightful!

Nice, well appointed condo. Teen girls loved their studio apartment while my husband and I enjoyed the one bedroom apartment. We felt safe w the security of the building. Parking very convenient on same level of condo. Beautiful beach, nice pools, restaurants walking distance. Publix 10 min drive.

This was our second stay in this building but the first time in Ryley’s unit. We enjoyed Ryley’s unit more than we did the last unit we stayed in. The wife and I came in for Bike week and the place was just a short drive to Main Street but far enough away for when we wanted to relax! We will look for this unit in the future!

todo espectacular playa muy linda volvería a quedarme pero el ambiente muy pesado si eres hispano te mirar raro esa parte no me gustó mucho . pero lo demás espectacular a igual que liz siempre pendiente y se preocupó por mí y mi familia perdí mi cartera y apareció rápido gracias a él vecino Mike la encontró y la llevó a lobby y me la dieron y gracias a liz también por preocuparse 🙏😊

This was a really nice spot. Would definitely come back to stay and enjoy the beach and enjoy the sights. Our room was very clean and comfortable Thanh has made the most of the room and made it feel welcome. The building itself has more to be desired but that is not in Thanh control. Very nice amenities and super easy to communicate with.

Tara is an excellent host. Will definitely be stay at her place again in the future.

We had a great stay in Daytona at Selma’s condo! Selma and Scott were very nice and sent many good local recommendations. The location of the condo is ideal as it is directly beside beach access, and across the street from many things such as a large CVS, 7/11, and Yaya’s bar. The area was quieter than downtown but only a short drive away! My friends and I would definitely stay again!

My husband and I booked a quick 2 night getaway at Maddy’s and had a great time! The room was exactly as described and the view was breathtaking!! Every morning we woke up to a sunrise in bed. We were able to walk right into the beach from the hotel. Everything you needed was in the room and ready to use! The room was beautifully decorated and the beach chairs were a plus to have available as we forgot ours. Would highly recommended this condo A ++++ service and great communication back and forth with Maddy :)

Stayed at a couple places in edgewater but chinas place was quiet & homey. Loved it would definitely stay again!!

Comfortable, beautifully decorated, thoughtfully provisioned and immaculately clean … we absolutely loved our stay here! The view from the living room and kitchen is amazing, especially at sunrise, and the location is unbeatable. There is so much to do within walking distance. We can’t wait to come back!

This is the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Everything was wonderful. Peter is very informative and helpful. His place is centrally located to get anywhere you need to go to. I love staying here. Mark and EV

needs to be more specific on details.. the listing says he stays there sometimes. but he actually lives there full time... didn't have as much privacy as we were expecting. but Richard was a great host, very nice!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was pristine and clean and just as pictured. Nice, quiet area, too! Sarah’s place is a gem to stay at if you’re ever in Sanford!

Perfect! Extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. Full ocean view. You walk from the balcony directly to the pool and ocean. Beds were comfortable. Underground parking was a real plus. Our hosts communicated well, were quickly responsive to questions and provided clear instructions. Our time in Ormond Beach was made unforgetable due to the property and the hosts. This will be the only place we'll stay when we visit.

The room was exactly as described and Karen communicated with us very well to make sure check in was extremely easy and made our stay hassle free. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area and it is very convenient to local amenities

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. It felt like being at home!

It was perfect for me attending an event at Ocean Center. I was able to walk there and I enjoyed the convenient beach access. The small kitchenette was just enough to be able to do a few meals in the room. I appreciated the front desk making it easy to check in at 1 am. Would definitely return for the same event next year.

Ronnie and Marlo replied to all my questions within just a few minutes of asking. We were a party of 7 and it had plenty of room for us. They had plenty of towels, and all the appliances one would want to use. It's close to pool and beach. The beach cart had everything needed to enjoy a day at the beach.

Had a wonderful stay. The unit was comfortable and exactly as advertised. Convenient to Daytona Speedway and I-95, and close to Starlite Diner, a great old school diner for breakfast. Esther is a perfect host and easy to communicate with. In fact, I’m staying at another of her properties in February. I would definitely recommend.

Ame este lugar está bien céntrico y tiene mucha variedad de tiendas, mercados y restaurantes cercas, la entrada fue bastante fácil sin papeleo ni nada y el parqueo en el mismo edificio. El apartamento súper limpio tiene de todo de cocina y en el baño igual. Obviamente está en mi lista de lugares que repetiré.

Good location and amenities. The room is an internal room (windows look into the hallway, not the outside of the building) but we didn’t mind since we didn’t spend much time in the room. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable.
