Second stay and we just love the convenient location and quiet neighborhood. Heather's place is a Deland gem.

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay for a wedding weekend with friends.

Stayed here for my cousins wedding. It was a great place to stay. My dog enjoyed the backyard and the house was very nice. Would be a place we would stay again if needed!

Debra’s place was perfect for our small family stay! Everyone had plenty of space, and the movie room was such a fun bonus! It’s in a cute and quiet neighborhood, with an easy drive to the beach.

This was a really fun, unique place to stay while we were in town for a family wedding. We particularly enjoyed hanging out on the screened porch upstairs. Sara was really accommodating with an early check-in when we ended up on a very early morning flight, which was SO appreciated. We’d definitely stay again.

Susan’s house was such a great place for family to stay during nephew’s wedding weekend. Sanford is a fun town to explore and this house is perfect for aunts, uncles, and cousins for event at Historic Venue 1902 right down the street. We slept 9 adults and young adults very comfortably. This is an older home so expect a few quirks but overall very clean and comfortable!

Excellent place. We felt right at home. The house was clean and ready for us to enjoy our vacation. The community is very quiet. The house is 16 minute drive from Flagler Beach. The grocery store is less than 5 minute drive. We loved the heated pool. Even though we have spent most of the daytime being at the beach or sightseeing - being able to come home and have a quick swim in a private pool was very nice. The hosts promptly replied to all my questions; they were professional and friendly. We highly recommend this house and the hosts. We hope to come back to this place in the future!

Heidy's home was the perfect quick getaway trip that we needed! 4 adults and 1 toddler and there was plenty of space and plenty to do. The backyard was an incredible oasis and the pool area has a perfect mixture of sunshine and shade. there's also a 8x4 foot section that's about a foot deep and perfect for young kids. Heidy was very responsive if we happened to need anything and was very accommodating when it came to our specific stay. We will highly recommend to our friends and family and it'll be our first check the next time we're down here!

The house worked well for our family of six. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to some great restaurants and easy to get to other attractions.

Carla is an excellent host! We enjoyed our trip to New Smyrna. The private pool and hot tub was nice to have after a day at the beach. Tons of extras that you don’t get at other places- plenty of towels, blankets, paper products, coffee, detergents, soap, shampoo/conditioner. Super clean and detail oriented to make the guest feel right at home! Thank you for an amazing home!

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. What a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful. Very clean and well-maintained. Loved the communication from Laura. She was always available and answered quickly whenever we reached out. I definitely plan on staying here again!

Nicholas was a super responsive communicative and friendly host. He was able to accommodate an early arrival with no problem and met us upon arrival to review the workings of the house. He lives next door and was able to respond immediately to any questions. The interior of the house is beautiful and looks to have been very recently completely remodeled and renovated and furnished. The pool was a great amenity and very refreshing after a day in the heat and humidity. Appliances and televisions were new and furnishings stylish and up to date. We hope to stay at his home again next year. Nicholas is a super friendly guy and was a pleasure to encounter.

This place exceeded all expectations! The space was even larger than described and was an incredible bonus. Every room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The pool, though unheated as noted in the listing, was a fantastic addition, and the overall property provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The host was exceptional—quick to respond, professional, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great experience. Their communication was top-notch, making the entire process seamless from booking to check-out. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious property with a fantastic host. Perfect for a short term stay, comfy bed and nice size shower and good kitchen. Super close to Winter Park with all of its fun stuff to do. Nice promise entry and quiet location. Albia the host is very sweet and friendly, and responds quickly.

This was my 2nd stay and just as good as the first. Wonderful hosts, clean clean everything, and a peaceful location only minutes from grocery, etc. Will always be on my Wishlist for this area. Highly recommend!

Thankyou for a wonderful trip. You were a host that we will remember for a long timw. Your place was perfect for our trip. More spacious than it looks. But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! You were just that friendly! ❤️❤️

Loata’s place worked really well for us and our two pets! We booked last minute and she was very accommodating and the animals enjoyed the partially fenced back yard. Overall it was a great stay and Loata is an amazing host. Thank you!

What a wonderful trip! Cindy was very helpful & responsive. The home was so clean & felt very comfortable, worked great for our whole family. We’ll definitely be back!

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

We have stayed in a number of places in Daytona for JeepBeach and finally found the right place! Excellent location, walkable to the beach. Nice and quiet, great to have a yard for our dog as well. Unit was exactly as described. Aurelia was super nice and quick to respond. Nice to have off street parking too! Highly recommended!!
