I had a fantastic stay at Rick’s place! He was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. The house itself was absolutely lovely—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. But the real highlight? The stunning views! Waking up to such a beautiful setting was lovely! As always, me & my daughter’s stay was great! Geet is always responsive & willing to help. This is an amazing beach house airbnb I would recommend to anyone and & absolutely I would recommend his beach house to anyone. The beach house is great, it has everything you need and very kid friendly. This is my first destination when it comes to air bnb. Geet truly does work with you if you have questions about anything. One of the best places I’ve stayed. Nathalie’s place was super easy to find, private entrance, very clean, well lite at night and really quiet. The place was nicely furnished, convenient to UBS arena! New modern and clean bathroom and super comfortable king bed and very cute kitchen. The TV and internet access was easy to navigate as well. Definitely would like to go back whenever I’m in NY! Would give it a 10 out of 10! Perfect cozy getaway - home away from home!

Ben’s house was truly a storybook stay! Our family came into town for the Holidays to visit our daughter who lives a few towns over. The house is very charming and well equipped with everything you would need for any length stay. The location is really awesome! Plenty of excellent restaurants and shops that are walkable. The highlight of our stay was the train station right next door, it made going in and out of New York City very easy and pleasant. Overall Ben was a great host, he went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and we will be sure to look his house up again when we come back to the area.

Easy check in, well lit when arriving after dark. Spotless studio with everything I needed for my stay. Bed was very comfortable too! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place in the area.

Amina and Sumaiya were very helpful during check-in, although I didn't have the internet to check the final day message as I was driving to NYC from Canada, they helped every possible way to navigate the correct side entrance entrance to the unit. They were super helpful in the process on calls and the duration of my stay. The house was very clean, and the bedding and bathware were very clean, like new. We felt like staying at a friends place.

To find accommodation where the pictures match the reality is relatively rare, but in this case they undersell the property. Really pleasant stay in this excellent apartment. The property is well furnished. The kitchen is well supplied with plenty of kitchen equipment to ensure that anything you can cook at home can also be prepared while away. The only potential downside to the living space is that one of the bedrooms is an internal room with no window. Having said that it’s well ventilated and my kids slept better than they do at home. The onsite facilities are excellent. All of the pictures match reality with the kids having fun in the soccer, basketball rooms and games lounge. The views from the apartment are spectacular with expansive views of the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty in the distance from the terrace. Bottom line is that this is an exceptional property with great facilities well managed by attentive hosts. We will definitely return!

I rented with Evelyn in October 2023 and I loved staying with her so much that I booked with her again this year! Evelyn responds very quickly when contacted. Also, the location looked exactly like the pictures! Evelyn made sure it was very clean and welcoming and she also had oatmeal and coffee there as well as cold water in a filtered pitcher in the refrigerator in anticipation of our arrival! There were also plenty of linens in addition to shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, and an iron so you can save some time and space and not have to bring those items with you! Evelyn is an amazing host and anytime I am in the area and need to book, I will always book with her if she is available! Thank you Evelyn for another great trip!!

Muy buen alojamiento. La ubicación es excelente, tanto para recorrer la zona como para ir a cualquier parte de Manhattan porque tiene estaciones de metro muy cercanas. La habitación cumple con lo necesario y esta todo muy limpio. El desayuno es un punto muy a favor, es una bebida caliente y algo para comer a elección, no es un desayuno abundante pero si muy rico y de buena calidad, y salís del hotel listo para recorrer!

I had a wonderful weekend stay at Jude’s place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured in the listing. I felt safe walking to nearby restaurants and convenience stores, and we easily found street parking. The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish, and any minor issues were promptly addressed. Overall, I would highly recommend this stay to family and friends.

This was a great place for our visit to Park Slope. The apartment is clean and spacious. The kitchen is small, with a counter top burner and a combination toaster/air fryer/oven. The appliances are newer, clean, and in great condition. They worked perfectly. It's very easy to prepare simple meals with the fresh produce and meats available at nearby markets. The bathroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The tree lined street is very quiet and an easy walk to Prospect Park. We walked a lot, but when we needed a car, ride shares showed up within 2 minutes every time. The subway to Manhattan is a easy walk on 7th Ave. Brian and Rachel are great hosts with excellent communication and pleasant greetings. We will definitely stay here again when we visit family in the Park Slope area.

Logement parfait, très bon rapport qualité prix. Le père de Yolina est fort sympathique et a bien expliqué les différents détails de la maison et nous as donné les astuces pour visiter New York en prime il nous accueillait le soir en nous demandant comment se passait notre journée. Nous avons profité du quartier très calme et de l’emplacement idéal (25 minutes en bus pour se rendre à New York) une épicerie à 300m à pied. Très propre et bien équipé. Les pièces sont spacieuses et aménagées avec les commodités nécessaires. Un plaisir pour et une excellente expérience de séjourner chez Yolina.

Wir haben fünf Tage in der Wohnung von Lisbeth gewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage in New Jersey ist gut, da man schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in New York City ist. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei und bei Rückfragen hat Lisbeth schnell und hilfsbereit geantwortet. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder für einen NYC Besuch buchen.

I don’t even know where to begin! William was an AMAZING host. The first place my husband and I booked canceled last minute and William had no problem accommodating us. We are able to check in at 7pm after making the reservation around 6pm. The pictures do not do this place justice. William set up the sauna for us to use which was a truly relaxing experience. I could talk to William for hours, we had lots of conversation about various topics. The next morning he made us breakfast. We had bacon and eggs with croissants and coffee and OJ. This was a beautiful stay and it was well worth the money. William was just the cherry on top! I will definitely be staying here again!

We had a quick stay at Anil's place, just one night. Our dinner at Crystal Springs was endlessly delayed and Anil was very accommodating in terms of letting us check in after midnight. Room was clean, homey and comfortable. Anil is very friendly and clearly loves what he does — very happy to have met him.

This trip was a lovely, quiet getaway for us and a much needed break to unplug and unwind. Perfect location and near many parks for walking and hiking. Incredibly responsive host who made sure our favorite breakfast items were on hand. Highly recommend and we will definitely book again in the future!

Good location for staying in Manhattan. Definitely the most affordable option I could find. I liked the community and hostel vibes. Be warned, I am 6' tall and was too long for the room when laying in bed.

Allen and Ann were wonderful hosts who made me feel right at home. From the moment Allen greeted me, they were attentive and gracious. I had plenty of privacy when needed but also enjoyed great conversations each morning—plus, the bagels were excellent! Their home was comfortable, conveniently located near multiple subway lines, and in a safe, inviting neighborhood. I highly recommend Allen and Ann's place and will likely stay here again on future trips to NYC.

Daniella, her husband David and her adorable little Rocky made the perfect hosts for our two night stay. We actually hardly ever saw them so it was very private. Daniella went out of her way to spoil us with her special touches such as: - morning coffee presented with exotic flowers and delicious mini quiches served on her deck. - The cozy robes and bamboo slippers The accommodations were very “sprawling “ as the extra room, the outdoor porches and deck allows 2 people to spread out. It’s the most beautiful l, yet cozy home I’ve had the pleasure of staying in and I’ve stayed in several nice air b and bs. If you’re going to that area just book here. You’ll love it!
