Perfect for what we were looking for. Very convenient ski in/out right off the slopes. Very responsive host and very clean.

Ryan's place was great for our family and friends in town for a birthday party down the road at Compass Bar & Grille. The space was more than adequate for our group of 8 adults. We also hosted breakfast for a group of 15 the next morning and we had plenty of space. Every dish, pot, pan and utensil we needed was available. We used the indoor fireplace without a problem, I saw others had issues with it for some reason, but it was extremely simple and there was plenty of larger wood in the barn as well. Directions were simple, parking area is large for multiple vehicles. All of the QR codes for instructions made using EVERYTHING in the house very easy. No complaints about the upstairs shower/bath. I personally sat down to shower and it was quite relaxing. We did not use the hot tub or pool since we had a busy weekend, but looking forward to it next time. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

Our long awaited family reunion of 8 adults and 1 dog LOVED staying in the Plum Bush house. The house is BEAUTIFUL and spacious, the beds comfy, the water hot and the sunporch was the coziest place to gather for conversation and enjoy the welcome snacks and beverages. The pool water was a balmy 88 degrees and the grounds were a great place to hike, have a camp fire or play a game of corn hole. Mary and Bert were nearby to answer any questions and made us feel at home. We would love to stay there again!

We took our kids up skiing for their second time. The place was convenient, clean and spacious. Check in and check out instructions are very detail and helpful. We loved it! We definitely want to go again. If this place is available BOOK IT

Michelle was very kind! Her empathy came to the forefront when she allowed us to keep one of our cars parked in the driveway for a few days after check out due to an emergency. If you'd like a quiet getaway with family, this is perfect! We also took a 45-minute car ride to Allegheny National Forest and spent several hours hiking. You can walk to the lake, and the public beach access is only a 15-minute drive (it has a very scenic view). Highly recommend!

The home was actually better than the photos! It was extremely clean, first class, and well appointed. The attention to detail was amzing. She even left little snack baskets out for us. We had 3 kids aged 5 to 14 with us and there were tons of games and activities in the house for them to use. The dining table was large enough to hold all of us comfortably (we had 7 people). The kitchen had everything we could have wanted. There was firewood already cut up and ready to use in the fireplace. We also like how the house was laid out. The kids pretty much had the lower level, the main level was parents and main living areas, and the grandparents had the nice upper loft level. We had several questions during our stay and Denise was expremely responsive in helping us out. We hope to be able to return for another vacation.

This was our third time staying at this home. We appreciate the neighborhood setting and the comfort of the home.

Very cute place that was perfect for our short Peek n' Peak getaway. Love that it's dog friendly! The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and diningware and the house is close to grocery stores and gas stations. We felt very at home, comfortable, and safe!

I spent a few days at Sharon's place with my husband and kids. We had a fabulous time! The coloring books and board games made my littlest feel right at home, the kids *loved* the sleep machines in the bedrooms. the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was stocked nicely so I saved so much on takeout! oh and there were lots of towels and even extra blankets! i would definitely stay here again. We've stayed here many times. The convenient location is close to everything. Steph is a wonderful host.

This was, far and away, the best house I have ever stayed in through Air B&B. Every possible thing you thought you needed to bring was already in the house. A fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, sheets and towels, and even extra bathroom needs. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to both the grocery and a few shops and eateries. You can actually SEE Chautauqua Lake from the house! Wi-Fi and TV options were plentiful, and there are comfy chairs in the living room if you wanted to stay in and catch a movie or a game. In short, I hope other hosts are reading this, because THIS HOUSE is the reason Air B&B exists. I’d stay here every time if I could.

The house was comfortable and large for our extended family. It was only a mile from the penisula and would have many things to do nearby in the summer months. It was conviently near many restaurant options. We would stay here again if coming to Erie.

We had an awesome relaxing weekend! The house was amazing and allowed our 5 kids to have such a great time! Thanks for letting them fish in the pond. The kids are already asking when we can go back!!

The house was very spacious and had 3 really nice bathrooms. Common areas had a lot of space and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. Perfect place for quality family time and enjoying the beauty of the lake!

I’m a repeat guest! Place is roomy, clean, close to lots of shops and places to eat. Corrine and Sherri are very responsive and friendly. This home has become my “go to” AirBnB for Erie!

Really nice location and fairly priced accomodation. It is a downstairs accomodation, rooms are not huge but big enough. Overall a great stay.

Our favorite place to stay with a wonderful host

What a beautiful home, very clean, well laid out and plenty of room for all of us to stay and relax for a long weekend to attend our daughters wedding. Host was VERY responsive and very friendly. Could not have asked for a better place to stay during this wonderful event. Loved seeing the rabbits playing in the yard at night and the chipmunks playing on the patio every morning.

This property was perfect for our large group of 30. It is essentially 2 different houses, each with all the comforts of home. The beds were super comfy and there were plenty of bathrooms, several equipped with large jacuzzi tubs. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We stayed here during a snowstorm, but we cant wait to rent it again in the spring or summer when we can go to the beach. I highly reccommend booking this property if youre travelling with a large group.

This house was amazing! Beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood quiet for peaceful nights sleep. It was a great place to gather and make memories. Loved the large couches on both levels. The kitchen being open to the living room area was so nice to have everyone still all together and chatting while also preparing meals. It was very close to town with nice variety of restaurants to choose from. It was also great having three full bathrooms. The house was very clean and provided all we needed for weekend getaway. Three retired old guys stayed here for a week's long steelhead fishing trip. The house was roomy and comfortable. Amenities were all good for our purposes. Patty, the host answered her phone each of the four times I called her with questions and provided the answers making our stay go uneventful.
