I stayed at Cat's home with my wife and 2 kids. It was perfect for us and in a great location. Only less than 10 minutes walk back to Leith Walk where buses and trams could take us into town. Not to mention there was a playground just around the corner which went down a treat! And Cat was so helpful both in terms of getting into the flat and with suggestions for things to do. We would definitely recommend and stay again

Brodie‘s place is absolutely amazing! The bathroom is super nice, with a large mirror, the bed is comfortable and we felt right at home. The location is also amazing, when you take the tram to the city center it takes you about 10 minutes. I can really recommend this place, it was worth every penny.

We had a great stay at Angie's place. Everything was just what we needed. Helpful, friendly advice made it everything easy. Super views and a perfect location for exploring the area plus close to bus/train connections.

Much more than I expected. A very cosy well maintained clean unit. The neighborhood was beautiful full of gorgeous old buildings, cosy eateries from tiny coffee shops to wonderful charming eateries. Food was always well prepared, well presented and delicious. Prices higher than I expected but I enjoyed everything I ordered. Servings were more than adequate so I have to watch the waistline. Transport either by tram or bus very close and easy to navigate for overseas folk. Could not ask for anything more. Thank you Robert.

Bart's flat is small but very comfortable. The location is a bit of a gem - Newhaven is an ancient fishing port and well worth exploring. At least 6 good places to eat all within a short stroll. Huge Asda supermarket ( drivers will find cheap fuel ) also a short walk away. The tram terminates at Newhaven so transport in and out of Edinburgh and from the airport is incredibly easy and inexpensive.

Stayed for 3 nights and had the best time. Carla’s place was warm with the heating on when we first arrived and felt very homely. Place was spotlessly clean and kept very well. We will definitely be back!!

We had such a pleasant stay at James' place. He was very friendly and available at any time. The apartment has all the amenities you can imagine, we felt at home during all our stay. The neighborhood is really quiet and close to Arthur's Seat. Even if the apartment is a bit off-center, you can easily walk to the city center. We would for sure recommend staying at James' place.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Dolly’s place. Both Dolly and Andy were incredibly helpful throughout our visit, offering great recommendations, checking in to ensure everything was perfect, and going above and beyond to make our stay truly enjoyable. The property itself is wonderful, providing the perfect base for exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. Having stayed in many Airbnbs, we can confidently say this is the best by far. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to return!

Enjoyed staying at Claire’s home a lot. It is a gorgeous and very bright flat with charm and everything needed (e.g. great kitchen equipment). It was just a shame that the dishwasher was broken. The bed is very comfy and there is enough storage room. I also loved the neighbourhood, quiet but everything in walking distance. Porty is lovely with its cosy cafes, local restaurants and charity shops. And its amazing beach of course! What I loved most are the stunning views from the flat, especially the seaview from the bedroom - watching the sunrise in the morning was beautiful. The sea promenade is a minute walk away, so is the bus stop which is just round the corner and it is only a 30 min bus drive to Edinburgh city center. Claire is a fantastic superhost and let you feel very welcome. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

If we could rate Debbie’s place higher than a 5 we would😁. It was so clean and comfortable. We had 4 adults (2 couples) in our group. The beds are comfortable and it was wonderful to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has great cooking equipment and the extra little touches of cookies and availability of spices was very much appreciated. Thank you so much to Debbie and her sister 🥰

We had a wonderful stay here. The beds were comfy with good quality linen, and the area was very quiet so we slept very well. It is furnished really well and we were very comfortable. We got ready for a wedding in this flat and as the windows are so large, it provided beautiful natural light for the bride and bridal party to do their makeup and hair. The flat was almost right on the beach front - we would recommend the local public sauna on portobello beach and sea swim! The parking is a bit tight, and the local neighbours spoke to us about where is best to park. This was not confrontational whatsoever, they clearly care about their street. As we had two cars, one of us parked on the street perpendicular to be courteous. It would not stop us from coming back at all, and the local street was less than a 1 minute walk. Overall, we had a great stay, thank you so much!

Beautiful, stylish and comfortable house really excellently located in Portobello, close to both the High Street and the beach. We stayed for a week and the house was perfect for our family of four. Ania is an ideal host - friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Kevin and Dionne made sure our stay was special. Cold drinks in fridge. Dog toy and treats. Loaf of bread, jam, spread, tea and coffee. Location was ideal. Very short walk to train station then only 7-8 minutes to Edinburgh Waverley. 15 minutes walk to Portobello beach and promenade. Good walk for dog along good path to Newhailes (National Trust Property). House exactly as described in listing. Excellent communication and very helpful to make adjustments for our autistic son.

Very happy with my stay, i normally use hotels for work, but this was a much better experience and cost effective.

A lovely little cottage to enjoy the beautiful North Queensferry. The house is beautifully presented and really feels homely and welcoming. The bedrooms are great sizes and the bathroom was spotless. Will definitely be staying here again!

Anita’s apartment was just beautiful in a lovely location. It was like home from home and we felt comfortable straight away. The views were amazing from all windows and i loved the decor. Lots of lovely places to walk to from the apartment ( leith was gorgeous) and 5 minutes walk to tramline which made it so easy to explore Edinburgh. Can’t wait to go again!

Maria's place exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pristine and cozy getaway. We had a great stay at Julia’s place! It was a wonderful experience! The house matched the description! All the amenities were provided ! Also the host provided with basic things needed for cooking! Julia was responsive and gave clear instructions! Would highly recommend this place for stays!

A fantastic ‘garage’! Very clean, tidy and fresh. Everything provided that you need for a lovely, comfortable stay. It’s situated in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. Jamie was very friendly and extremely helpful! Only a 20-25 minute walk to the beach at Portobello. A fantastic find and highly recommend it and we will definitely stay again. 😊

What can I say, this property far surpassed our expectations! We were just looking for somewhere to stay whilst visiting family in Edinburgh, but this was a brilliant location and a fabulous apartment. our only regret is that we didn't stay longer, as there was so much more we wanted to do. Great communication from the host and clear instructions, thank you so much, we hope to be back in the future!

The property is well located with a beautiful view of the bay. The apartment is well equipped and well laid out. Access to the apartment is easy and the apartment is a comfortable walking distance from Edinburgh centre. Andrew communicates all needed information in a timely manner and was very pleasant. I would definitely book this apartment again for a future visit.
