Highly recommended. Barbara was a gracious and knowledgeable host. The flat was well equipped, well positioned if you prefer access to the city without being in it and very comfortable and well presented. We would return - which says it all.

Great stay! The hosts were super friendly and check-in was easy even time was 4am. They went above and beyond by recommending some amazing local stores and pubs, which made my trip even better. Highly recommend!

Jamie is an absolutely lovely host and the flat is beautiful and spotless. The bus stop right outside is very handy, also the Co Op just around the corner. Not the most salubrious area but nice and quiet. Would definitely stay there again, an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh.

Amazing porters lodge, beautiful attention to detail, very comfortable. Hot tub was an absolute treat. All the facilities to cook during your stay. Perfect place to escape for a relaxing weekend with some lovely walks on the doorstep. Will absolutely be back one day!

A lovely little cottage to enjoy the beautiful North Queensferry. The house is beautifully presented and really feels homely and welcoming. The bedrooms are great sizes and the bathroom was spotless. Will definitely be staying here again!

Considering how important this building is historically it’s amazing that they let people stay overnight and cook in there! It’s very peaceful except on two evenings a group led by a reenactor were rather enthusiastic beneath the window! Only lasted ten minutes and it wasn’t later than 8.30pm. The bathroom gets rather chilly after 11pm when the heating goes off! A minor inconvenience and there is a real gas fire in the bedroom!

There were thoughtful touches throughout.. Can use one heat control for the entire house, which is convenient. Good wifi, good hot water in shower. Skye was very helpful, especially when I left something behind and she offered to ship it to me.

This place is super cozy and quiet, and it’s in a great location. It’s surprisingly spacious with some fun art, furniture, and decor. It was the perfect place for our group of friends to stay for a wedding. The host was super supportive when we had a minor issue. Thank you!

Great apartment in a perfect location. Could not get a better location, tucked away just off of the hustle & bustle. Only thing to think about is the flights of stairs to get to the apartment. If you can manage it, it is 100% worth it. Great amenities right on the door step. Really quick and helpful communication. Would definitely stay again if visiting Edinburgh.

This was an exceptional Airbnb - the hosts clearly take great care of the apartment and it was comfortable, warm and welcoming with personal touches and excellent amenities. There are many high-quality independent cafes, restaurants and shops within a few minutes' walk, as well as bigger supermarkets. It's a pleasant walk to the city centre or there's a bus stop at the end of the street. I highly recommend this apartment - we had a wonderful stay for several sunny spring days.

We had a great stay at the apartment of Kaveh, with 4 friends. It's not a new apartment in a new building, but it's charming, comfortable, well equipped and clean! Four bedrooms and two bathrooms are great when you are with a group. Bedding and towels were all provided, there were lots of things in the house that we were welcome to use, which was much appreciated. Location was great in New Town, with shops and restaurants nearby. There was a booklet in the apartment with tips on how to use everything, also including tips on nice restaurants. It was a great place to stay and we'd love to visit again.

We had a great stay in Edinburgh, location is spot on for walking about.. coffee shops, restaurants and shops on the door step! You can hear the noise of traffic on Queen Street but the window shutters helped a little with it, keeping in mind it’s a busy city it’s hard to avoid being so central! We had everything we needed and felt right at home, we would recommend Trudi’s place to anyone needing to be central and walking about the city with no car. We would stay again!

Lovely apartment. clean & just like the description. very close to shops, cafes & restaurants, all within walking distance. Close to train station. The only downside of the apartment was the 4 flights of stairs, which were exhausting to the un-fit. We were aware of this on booking though, but if a lift could be installed then this property would be almost perfect. would definitely recommend a stay.

Great area for a short stay!

Ferhan and his wife are great hosts. We enjoyed a beautiful family Christmas. They decorated the house and set up the Christmas tree for us. The property is very well taken care of. Entering this well appointed, beautiful home, there is a feeling of warmth and relaxation. The skylights bring in the natural light to the bathrooms. The Kitchen is modern and sleek, with everything you need to make a first class meal. The visually stunning, spacious backyard has a wonderful garden. There is a park just behind the house. My daily jog would lead me down to the beach. Here i would do a quick cold plunge- rejuvenating my body. The area is surrounded by a world renowned collection of golf clubs. The Longniddry golf club is a short walk and is a fun track. Thank you for being great hosts.

Great location and it was easy to get to town centre as there is bus stop around the corner. Bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. Suzanne recommended some great cafes and restaurants

This house was exactly as advertised. Spacious and beautiful. Perfect for two families. Check in was easy and Jacki was very responsive.
