My family of 7 (all adults) enjoyed our stay at Vinny’s beautiful home on the Delaware River. What a great location! The living-room was full of comfy seating and was spacious enough to spread out but also to socialize. Vinny allowed us to host a post-Thanksgiving brunch so we could enjoy some time with cousins in PA. We’re so grateful! This house was absolutely perfect for that, Christmas tree included! As others mentioned, be prepared to slow down and find the driveway when arriving. And yes, it’s a steep one, but you’ll make it. :-) Vinny was super friendly, quick to respond. Thanks, again!

This cabin is as lovely as the pictures promise. Me, my husband and our 40-pound travel pet, Bella-Moose, did more than enjoy our stay here — we were able to do some healing too. A few days before our visit while on I-70 in Ohio, we had a steer tire blowout on our 40 foot truck custom cab big truck. I was driving at the time, my husband was in bed and that event shook me like a rag doll. It shook us all. We put the truck in the shop for repair in Philadelphia and needed to find a place to rest and recuperate. Adam’s cabin was the ticket for many reasons. This entire space is incredibly inviting. The moment you walk in it feels restful. I really appreciated their thoughtful touches throughout this space. From the wood walls, wood floors, stone sinks/shower, to the soaps in the kitchen and bathrooms - no synthetic scents or cover-ups. Just a wonderful, well appointed, spacious cabin to relax and rest. We had the most amazing stay at this charming, cozy cabin in East Stroudsburg, PA! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cabin was cute, quaint, and incredibly well-kept—exactly the peaceful getaway we were looking for. The host was absolutely fantastic—responsive, kind, and attentive. Patty, in particular, was incredible! She answered all of our questions quickly and with such warmth. It really made us feel welcome and at ease. The community was peaceful and safe, making it easy to relax and enjoy our surroundings. Whether you're looking to unwind or explore the Poconos, this is the perfect spot. We can't wait to come back again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy retreat with exceptional hospitality.

A very easy place to stay: Nicely decorated, immaculate, TV loaded w/Apps, lotsa books, games, new appliances, comfortable beds and a shower like none I've ever experienced. We encountered an AC outlet problem to which Morgan (host) immediately responded with needed info for a quick fix. All this, including an easy transition both in and out, made for a very nice rental.

I stayed here with my 2 small children for a spontaneous getaway for kids spring break. As some may know traveling with kids especially solo is no easy task, It was so resfreshing how clear and QUICK Vinny responded . The house was so great loved the Hot tub . It was a wonderful trip and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much Vinny!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s over the years. Not all reserved by myself. However, this is definitely in the top of the cleanest ones I’ve stayed at. That’s really important to me. I know things get missed sometimes, but I don’t want to see a strand of hair in the fridge I’m putting my food in or in the shower I’m washing my body in. Sometimes it’s inevitable and easily missed. But just a little more attention to detail eliminates that slight miss. Speaking of attention to detail, Lisa truly made me feel special when I walked in the door to a personalized note on the kitchen counter w/coffee and a snack. That type of attention to detail goes a long way with me. Just a simple thoughtful gesture. It’s the little things that are important! Also during our stay, Lisa remained in communication with me with any questions I had. It was an awesome stay with some preteens and a toddler. The teens enjoyed the game room while the toddler enjoyed the mini kitchen perfect for her size. Thank you!!

My daughter and I spent the night here on a gals staycation. House is beautiful, you can tell great detail went inside of home to make it feel like you are in a barn, the decor just made the place feel nice and comfy. Every detail was sublime! Jose was easy to contact as he would contact me back right away which was a plus for when I locked my keys in the place, he was fast to response and fix the issue! The house is in a neighborhood and there is a cabin located across from location and to the side. There is a quiet time and it starts at 10, which made us afraid to start a fire because of the many houses located near location and it being a Sunday night but could easily be started when you do check in. The jacuzzi was nice and clean, but wouldn’t go above 90 for us, so was only used for a bit in the am. Since there is houses near location it makes it nice to walk around the streets at night and feel safe. Wish check out was 11 instead of 10, that hour makes a difference when packing!

Great place to stay and forget about the rest of the world’s problems! Quiet and comfortable, had one question about smoking on the screen porch and Dylan responded immediately. Definitely will repeat next April for our annual hiking trip.

So happy to have found this stay. I needed to get out of the city and be in nature. Garth’s place was centrally located to numerous trails and it was a great place to just relax for a night.

The cabin was as pictured. It was quaint, cozy and very clean. The views outside were wonderful. My partner and our two dogs stayed for the weekend and found it great for all of us! There was even a little basket of dog items to use! Highly recommend for a little quiet getaway!

This was a great getaway for a group of friends! Some specific callouts: - The open floorplan in the main room (kitchen / dining area / livingroom area) worked perfectly for people to simultaneously be on their laptops at the large dining table, or cooking a meal, or playing a game, while all still interacting - The pool table was an unexpected highlight! - Groceries and trails were a short drive away (~15 minutes) - The hot tub has a skylight right above it, and if you turn off all the lights in the room, you can see so many stars on a clear night

beautiful little place in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from Greenwood Lake and Warwick. Julie was super responsive and very helpful! One thing to note - though the listing says up to seven people, it would definitely be a squeeze. me and my boyfriend stayed there with a friend and that was the perfect amount of people.

Very cozy, private, clean and feellikehome spot. Beautiful house on the lake with everything you need. Definitely would stay there again and recommend to everyone who is looking forward for a little getaway from busy life. We had such a pleasant stay for our Minimoon after our wedding. Jonathan was quick to respond to any of our inquiries and questions. This is a great little spot if you’re looking to get away for a few days. The Roosters were cute too!

I stayed at Mays’ place with my husband and our dog for my hubby’s birthday and had the most relaxing week away. The house is adorable, and the property is unbelievable. We felt like we were in a little Disney movie with the babbling brook and all the flowers blooming in the woods. We loved our stay so much! Would absolutely recommend for anyone hiking pieces of the nearby Appalachian trail - or anyone looking for a little peace & quiet in a beautiful setting.

We had a perfect weekend stay here. From before the trip and throughout, and to the end, Danielle was super professional, helpful, patient and kind! The house was very clean, organized,cute and well done and we felt very at home while in the mountains at the same time. Had a fun time walking behind the house, checking out the local trees,fungi, birds and mountain views. Got to play a board game while putting on a DVD and forget all about the work week. All kitchen,bathroom and daily living needs were great and proper.Great spot to relax, get away and lock into vacation mode, travel into town from the house along nice roads along the river, enjoy the coziness of the home. The house is a scenic drive into downtown Stoudsburg and and a short drive to other spots such as out of town restaraunts,outdoor activities and shopping. Could not have enjoyed ourselves more and we are hoping it is available throughout the fall when we travel back to the area.

we were 9 people and had a comfortable, relaxing stay at RJ's place. We were looking for a cozy place in quiet area. The jacuzzi and kids games upstairs where great.

A spacious house with fun games and great TVs. We really enjoyed the King bed and the bathroom was wonderful including the shower. The host was also kind enough to give me a late checkout with no fee which I really appreciated. Warwick is a great town to explore and this is a great place to stay in to do it!

The house was great. Small and cozy. Very clean and safe. Loved the amenities like puzzles and movies. Very basic kitchen supplies but enough for what we wanted. Stove and fridge are both new and nice. Super happy with our stay.

Beautiful place, such a nice cozy place to stay. Would love to come back It was a wonderful anniversary weekend for us. The frozen lake was so neat. Locals were ice fishing and riding motorcycles around which was fun to watch.

Had an outstanding time with or family (including our 2 doggies). David was a very gracious, informative and helpful host. Such a pleasure to meet and speak to him. Just what we were looking for when it came to our weekend getaway.

The place was as advertised... quicky and cozy!!!!! check in was super easy and deb was a great host. Despite my forgetfulness about us having two dogs she was understanding and accommodating. Would highly recommend.
