This was a perfect place for our beach trip. So easy to relax in the space they've created.

This home was a perfect space for our family’s (7 adults and two little ones) Christmas vacation. We walked and played on the beach every day and enjoyed sunsets in the evenings. It was easy to spend a day visiting Charleston too.

It seemed a bit pricey for this time of year, but we love the house, this is the second time we have stayed there

Mary was a terrific hostess. She answered our calls promptly and was so friendly. We appreciated being able to have our dog there.

This home needs a little TLC. It's an older home w/a slight musty smell upon entering, my husband has severe allergies to mold & mildew, but he was unaffected, so it must not have been that bad. This home has some little quirks like the washer & dryer are outside in a garage (that area was very clean), the dishwasher is portable & needs to be hooked up to the sink & plugged in (we didn't use it since we mostly ate out) & you can't run the microwave & toaster oven at the same time. The box springs to the beds were old, but the mattresses were decent & comfortable. There is no theme as to the decor, which made it very interesting, with finding something different everyday. With all these little quirks, I am giving it a 5 Star due to the fact that it is a charming little home, was very clean, in a great neighborhood, has private parking, is very close to the beach & area attractions & Rachel was a very responsive host. We had a great time during our stay!

Awesome host, we will definitely be back. The dogs loved the backyard and the short walk to the beach. It’s the perfect location for everything Folly has to offer!

I am from Charleston originally. Brought my daughter and a friend to stay on Folly. This house is on a fantastic portion of the island. Beach location is very beautiful. We loved every moment.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, and convenient. A very good place for two or three adults or a small family. The yard isn’t fenced, but our dog enjoyed the beach and the neighborhood.

We visited Linda and Jay's in November 2024 and had a very special week in this house. With young children, the proximity to the beach and ease of access was a huge difference maker. My wife and I went down the beach several nights after the kids were in bed and star gazed knowing we could be back in the house in under 30 seconds if needed. The home itself was very well appointed for working remotely. See above proximity to beach making it easy to pop out for 30 min or an hour easily if you need to do this. I would also say this house would be perfect for multi family or large family gatherings. We used the bedrooms and full baths as assets to make it easier to care for 2 under 2, but given each bedroom has its own full bath, you could have everyone together while still not needing to share those private spaces. Highly recommended!!

We had a great few days away at Carolyn’s place. Her place was clean and comfortable and had a wonderful balcony to enjoy the ocean views. We really liked making breakfast to enjoy on the balcony. It was in a great location, easy to walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny beach (about 15 minutes). The beach out front was beautiful and the pool was wonderful too! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great house and great location. Perfect house for families to spread out and enjoy their trip. Convenient to beach just one road over to public access. We rented the golf cart and it was a perfect addition. The pool was great!

We had a great stay at Stephen’s place! We loved the peaceful walk to Coligny shopping and the short walk to the very calm beach. The outdoor living areas were wonderful and the natural lighting of the home gave us the true vacation home feel we were looking for. Thank you!!

Ideal location for Hilton Head Island. Access to adjacent resort is just perfect. The kids loved the pool, the beach is right there. Pool bar is great for a quick meal and beverage. Balcony is very nice for a lazy coffee in the morning. The condo has pretty much everything you need (beach chairs, sand toys, etc.). As others noted, the space is a little tight, but we spent our whole time at the pool and the beach. Also, Coligny is a short walk away. Overall, a great spot to unwind in Hilton Head. Also, reasonably priced compared to other rentals in the area.

This is an absolutely gorgeous home that is perfect for a large family. The pictures don’t do it justice. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood with its own access to the beach. We loved every moment spent there!

We had a great stay at Beth’s condo. It was clean and right on the beach. There was a lot of great things to do and recommendations were left that were very helpful. My family had a great spring break in Hilton Head staying at Beth’s condo. Thank you!

We loved staying at Bill and Kathy's! The condo was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. I loved that the balcony looked out to the pool and ocean. My husband watched the sunrise drinking his coffee and I was able to relax in the evening listening to the band from the bar a few buildings away. It was quick and easy to walk to the plaza and to the park. The beach access was just down from the public access so it was less crowded and we spent almost every day at the beach or the pool. It was hard to leave to come back to Michigan. We would definitely stay here again!!

Debbie’s place was such a relaxing and wonderful stay! My husband and I had the best time. Not only was the bed super comfortable but the views were amazing and so relaxing! Debbie provides everything you need to have a wonderful stay, and was such a thoughtful host! We definitely will be back!

We had a great time celebrating a bachelorette weekend. Everyone felt comfortable throughout their stay and felt relaxed and restored by the time we left! We were able to find everything we needed! Definitely will come back if I have a party this big in the future

Great little spot. Just a few blocks from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Small and humble, but efficient use of the space, so if you’re ok with the non-fancy, it’s the perfect spot. Great value. Will stay here again for sure if we come back to Tybee for another golf trip.

If you don’t want to fall into a deep sleep to the sound of ocean waves and a cool breeze, then waking to have coffee on the porch overlooking the beach, then I don’t recommend staying at Crissy’s cottage. Her cottage is perfection. The screened porch is comfy, the living room pretty and esthetic, and the bedrooms cozy and so comfortable. She is a very receptive hostess, she makes you feel right at home. If you can, pack fishing gear/tackle. Several of the locals loved sharing their tips and tricks with us.

This is a charming 1955 beach house down a private gravel road. It is the 2nd house from the beach. It feels very safe and peaceful. The walls are a thick stone and the floors are concrete making it cool and easy to clean. Fully stocked kitchen and everything you would need for the beach. Communication with Pat was easy and pleasant. He responds right away to any questions. Wonderful home and great host.

Though we were only there for a few days, Cassie was amazing!!! We had some issues with the plumbing, and they got on it right away for it to get fixed and were very responsive and caring. Definitely stay here!!🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Derrick's place was fantastic. The community was lovely, the amenities were exactly as described, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The sunsetting on the beach, the dolphins swimming right next to shore, and the house was just fantastic. Derrick was a lovely host and we can't wait to come back! Highly recommend for anyone.

The stay was exactly what we were looking for. Michelle was extremely helpful before, during, and after the trip.
