Great location, very convenient to access to Uber/taxi, subway, shops and restaurants nearby. Host is very responsive and supportive, who let us check in early and allowed a late check out. The house is a bit worn out compared to the given photos but it is a popular location.

Just stayed for 3 nights. The place was good - a little older property but it was clean and well equipped. The place was conveniently just a few minutes walk to the Yamanote line station nearby. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and if you like, or want to try, Myanmar cuisine you are in luck - there are 3 or 4 restaurants serving it. The Ozeki supermarket is close by - it is well stocked with fresh foods.

We had a great stay at this property, thanks to its fantastic location and wonderful host! The host was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the en-suite bathroom, which was a nice touch. However, the only downside was that the space felt a bit cramped for the three of us. While it was manageable, a slightly larger space would have made our stay even more comfortable. There were no sink in the toilet though, we have to used the sink at the kitchen area to brush our teeth. However, the only downside was that the space felt a bit cramped for the three of us. Cozy, serene flat in a hip and vibrant neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere. Billy was super responsive. The shower was huge, the bed was comfortable, and the flat was super quiet despite all of the hustle and bustle. It definitely has the charm of an artist's space.

Location is perfect for anything, less than a 10 minute walk from the Shin-Okubo Station 10 minutes away from Shinjuku or spend time in Okubo with all the Korean restaurants. 15 minute walk from Shinjuku Station if you decide to walk. There are stores that sell fresh fruit, meats, and vegetables if you want to cook in the kitchen that already has all the pots and pans provided. Even though the house is in a busy area, once you go into the small street is very quiet and calm. Kasume-san does not disappoint with her responses and the home is spotless. The day of the check in she will probably be there to greet you and go through the house to answer your questions. She showed me how to use the appliances, shower and bathtub (soak in the bathtub 5/5). She will also help you wipe the dirt off the wheels of you luggage, please do that before going into the super clean house. When you check out please clean the best you can Kasume-san puts a lot of effort cleaning the house herself ^_^

Tomoki was a very responsive and friendly host, going so far as to meet us personally during check in. The spot was really nice too , so conveniently located next to meguro station. We found it very comfortable for three people. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is within walking distance of Kawasaki JR station and Kawasaki Keikyu station. It's very comfortable for couples or small families. The house and interior are a bit old but well maintained. It's well worth the money for it. I would recommend the house to my friend or stay again.

Spacious apartment in great and well connected neighborhood. Lots of shops and restaurants and just two subway stops away from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. The apartment is well furnished, kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need. Although you probably won’t be cooking much as the apartment is in a neighborhood with really good restaurants for all tastes.

非常容易出行，很多餐廳步行10分鐘內都有很多選擇，新宿 歌舞伎町大直路走過去就可以，住宿條件很好，帶小量衣物，每天都可以洗乾淨，放浴室就可以烘乾，下次還會入住，老實來說，我穿一套衣服，帶睡衣就可以輕鬆遊玩

房東很熱情，不只介紹房源周圍的環境，還幫助我們拖拉搬運行李入內，還準備多種迎賓飲料，房間內備品都相當充足（非常棒，不用自己額外再花錢購買）！房源離新大久保車站很近，5分鐘可步行抵達，有電梯，有嬰兒床！雖然離車站很近，卻有遠離吵鬧區，晚上很寧靜（我們應該是最吵的ㄧ戶，因為帶著嬰兒和幼兒入住）雖然公寓外觀老舊，但是室內很乾淨！吹風機很棒！不過就是冬天來，真的會很冷，室內暖氣要開比較大一點。推薦大家來住！真的是一次很棒的住宿經驗！！
