We got there earlier than expected, check in was at 3 we got there around one and were willing to wait. Brenda saw us pull in and was quick to get the cabin ready for us. We had a good stay and the place was nice and cool!

It was our first family vacation since we had our first baby and the stay was amazing great hospitality the river was walking distance from our tiny home, the tiny home fit perfectly for my family my daughter especially had a blast definitely recommending to family and friends and we had a forever vacation spot thank you Brandon and the Los Rios camp ground 💖😁

We all had a great time. The house is beautiful and spacious. The kids enjoyed the smores out in the patio. On the firepit. We did spend most of the day on Saturday trying to find some water. Went Garner, and we needed a reservation for the day. We didn'thave one. So get information before going. The river is not the same as it used to be. Thank you Lopez Family.

Veronica is an awesome host! She made everything very easy to navigate and her place was absolutely beautiful. We really appreciated how secluded the house was from others and we also had plenty of space. The private river access was a huge plus and where we spent most of our time. We would highly recommend booking through Veronica for your next Frio River vacation. We will definitely be back!

Donna was amazing!! Very responsive and sweet! Allowed my daughter to sleep in as I was working 🥰 Cabin was clean, beds comfy. Community restroom/showers were clean.

Loved staying here, was quite and comfortable. Best place to visit in town is the cute shops and the swimming hole.

Billie Joe's place is exactly what you see on the listing. Him and his wife were very kind and stayed in communication with us the entire time making sure we were able to get in. The bed sheets were soft and clean and it was the perfect little get away for our family to see the stars and swim in the Neuces river. We loved getting the chance to drive out and explore there property which had lots of deer and rabbits which our children enjoyed. We will absolutely consider booking with them again when we find ourselves itching to swim in the beautiful waters and see the stars. Thank you!!
