Nice little place that fit our needs perfectly.

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

We come back to Destin during Christmas the 2nd year in a row and we love it here. John’s place was perfect for me, my wife, and our pet. It was very comfortable, had all needed amenities, and exceeded our expectations. In addition, staying here you have access to the best Florida beach few steps away, great walking paths, restaurants, and shops. We will look forward to come back here this year.

All around great place. I will definitely book again.

Great walking distance to beach and restaurants! House was clean and had everything we did! Chanell responded super quickly and was extremely helpful with our stay! 100% recommend this house for anyone looking for a great beach vacation!

We really enjoyed staying at Dina and Halph’s townhome recently. Everything was clean and ready for use. We really enjoyed using the grill and enjoyed the outdoor space in the back patio ! This is a great place to bring your pet and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you again, Dina and Halph

What a wonderful location to have my family together. We enjoyed New Year’s Eve fireworks from the hot tub. The kitchen was thoroughly equipped, everything we needed. From the three year old enjoying the train table, to teens on the arcade games, paddle boards, and kayaks there was always something to do. It was peaceful and beautiful. While at the house, Elizabeth responded within 10 minutes to my questions. A wonderful vacation for the 10 of us.

Ideally equipped and clean townhome for our one week vacation to Destin. Host was always contactable and very quick to respond. Very close to the beach and shops (good to rent a car - if you did not drive down). Definitely recommended.

Our family visited during our Christmas break. The house was warm and inviting with beautiful views of the sound. It felt like we were home as soon as we walked in. Everything was easy to find and access. We would definitely choose this home again if we come back.

Beautiful home, just a few minutes walk from the beach! Plenty of beds and bathrooms so we could all have our own privacy. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook and bake. There were games and puzzles available for indoor and outdoor entertainment. Most of the rooms have uncovered windows which could be a problem for late sleepers. We didn’t get much use out of the pool because we had cooler weather and didn’t want to pay to heat it. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would consider staying again!

I had a bachelorette party here! It was absolutely amazing. It was spacious and very clean. I loved that we had access to a private beach that was 5 minutes away walking distance. They had wagons and beach chairs for us to use as well. The hosts were very accommodating and extremely nice— I cannot say this enough. We truly enjoyed our stay. The couch and all the beds were VERY comfortable! Thank you so much!

We loved staying here! Super clean, very quiet, lovely amenities! The beach access was super easy to get to one house away and the beach itself wasn’t overcrowded at all since it’s a private beach. We were provided beach towels, bikes, and plenty of kitchen amenities. Check in was SO easy. An umbrella and two chairs were set up every morning for us. The beach was perfect. We stayed during Hurricane Helene and the property was very proactive and responsive to us during that time. Felt totally safe and would absolutely stay here again. We loved it!

Stayed for one month. Easy access to the beach. Lots of restaurants in a 15 minute radius. Host was particularly helpful and responsive when we had an issue with one of the TVs not connecting to the cable company.

Kemp’s house was pure perfection for our family. We live locally and decided to treat our 13 year old daughter and her friends to a sleep over on the beach. I can’t say enough good things about how beautiful and comfortable the home was!

We’ve been coming to Destin multiple times a year for a few years now. This is the best place we’ve found and it’s exactly as pictured! Awnna was a very responsive host and even alerted us to a hiccup before we knew there was one and then took care of it immediately. Sea Esta 1 is 5 out of 5 stars! We can’t wait to come back!

It was nice. We noticed the beach chairs were rusty and broken. We didn’t use them but wanted you to know. One sink faucet in master bath needed to be tightened. Windows needed cleaning. Some teflon cookware was chipped and peeling off.

Raychel's place is beautiful. You certainly cannot beat the views of the water and being right on the beach. The furnishings are clean, comfortable, and well-designed. I would note that the description should match the photos a bit better so that you know exactly where each room is located, especially if you have mobility issues. Also, the lower level has a separate entrance, which likely isn't a big deal for many, but we didn't feel like we were part of the rest of the group down there, so we did not use the area. It's cute, but again, it is separate.

Teri’s place was so great for our family! It was comfortable, peaceful and very much as described! Teri was very friendly and responsive and let us check in early and check out an hour later which was nice!! The private beach access was a very short walk away and so nice not to have so many people around! We would definitely rent her place again!!
