Beautiful house, was very relaxed. Has an amazing swing seat in the back garden, I could have spent all night on it. Spotless and nice and quiet. Great price and really friendly host. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

Dont think...Just book the place! Domenico was an amazing host. Very responsive and available throughout the stay, including at check in and check out. The place is absolutely beautiful and the only regret is we couldn't stay longer. Had a wonderful walk around the orchard through the fruit trees, visiting the chickens and chatting with Domenico about the farm and all the amazing work that went into building this new airbnb accommodation. We were close enough to take day trips out into the Perth Hills, down into Perth city and out to the amazing beaches. And then get back for some quiet time and star watching. Would definitly be back! We stayed here for six nights and we were very happy with our lodgings. We found the place to be quiet, private and it was nice to know Natalie was on hand next door if we needed her. We didn't. We also liked the location, close to the beach, shopping centres and cafes/restaurants.

Such a lovely stay. Had everything we needed. Really chilled and quiet. Super close to Yanchep Lagoon which was so pretty. Nice local restaurants. Lots of space. Good beds.

The Studio had everything we required including shower gel, shampoo etc in the bathroom and washing up liquid etc in the kichen. The Studio felt very homely, had a nice little balcony area surrounded by plants, flowers and herbs and Julie invited us to help ourselves to the homegrown tomatoes etc. It's situated close to a bus route, the lovely Quinns Rocks beach area and Portofinos restaurant/cafe. Will definitely stay again.

I absolutely luv this place, have stayed a couple of times and have to say Nic is such an amazing host, she will always try to accommodate, is flexible and super friendly, I always feel so comfortable dealing with her that's what brings me back, that and her place is really cool, super private, quiet, relaxing, spotless , designed well, secure. I thoroughly enjoy staying here, thanks NIC xx
