Vera’s Guesthouse is private and cozy, the decor makes it especially charming. It was impeccably spotless! We only booked for an overnight stay but when we return to Tampa for a longer visit we hope it’s available! She made us feel especially welcomed.

The place was quiet and private, was a great get away for a week , easy to find. James the host was very easy to communicate with, responded to any questions or needs quickly. I would stay there again if ever in that part of Florida again

Karen and Pete have been wonderful hosts! My husband and I were displaced by the recent hurricanes, and needed a place to stay while we get our house repaired. They have been very welcoming, friendly, responsive, and always willing to help out if needed. This is one of the cleanest Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. It's a large private space, with lots of windows and natural light, with a nice sized main room and kitchen. The home has reliable high-speed internet which has been great for my husband working remote. It's in a peaceful country-like setting with beautiful flowering vines and mature oak trees surrounding the property. Located across the street is Walsingham Park, a large county park with walking/biking trails, lakes, and picnic areas. It's also close to the Pinellas Trail, an awesome bike trail that runs the entire length of the county. The property is located in a quiet residential area with lots of shopping and restaurants within a short drive. Highly recommend!

Cozy clean private studio space to enjoy the sunny Florida, walk few blocks to park and bay view. Parking was a little tight and do watch your step between the kitchen level, bedroom level.

Nice accommodations in a vintage St. Pete home. Can be tricky to navigate the neighborhood, but easy when you get the hang of it. Dirk was very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay again.

Once again we had a wonderful time at Evie's place. We are never disappointed and look forward to our "Happy Place" every year!!

We loved this place & Tatiana was great. The cleanliness & detail in decoration made the atmosphere and comfort amazing. The place was so peaceful and private. She had very nice new linen & towels. Also nice shampoo, conditioner, soap and coffee pods. Her TV was big & nice. The only small down side we would say, if you are in the rental a lot during the day, is the window blinds if you want the blinds open are facing the renter’s back yard & pool. Since we were on vacation this did not matter to us. There is a window in the living room & bedroom you can open the blinds. We highly recommend this place.

Rose is such a friendly and considerate hostess! We had plenty of privacy, but she was not far if we needed anything. The bungalow was cute - tiny house ish, with creative uses of space and appliances to give everything you need. The bed was very comfy. The outdoor kitchen on the bay was divine. We had a great swim in the well cared for heated pool. We used this as our base of operations to visit friends and places from Venice Beach to Tampa and St. Pete. Plenty to do locally and very easy to day hop to other areas. Thanks for a great stay Rose!

Nice and easy check in clean place!

The Blue Vatican was a great stay!! Alexandra was very accommodating and considerate, she even provided beach towels after availability inquiry. The bnb was in the backyard of her house, so it was very easy. The sun room was absolutely gorgeous- well decorated and included a comfy couch, tv, and Alexa. The main area was perfect for one or two people with backpacks; the bathroom offered very little privacy with a slatted door that didn’t lock and barely closed, so best to be comfortable with whomever you’re staying with! The shower was a bit short (height) but was hot right away; it did run out rather quickly but was plenty for two people to shower with warm water (especially in Florida heat!). There were plenty of towels- full bath to washcloths- as well as shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Small fridge and freezer allowed for some light grocery shopping and water storage (Alexandra provided a few bottles, we ended up buying a pack for the week). Would stay here again!!

My husband and I had a great time in Tampa. The casita was in an area that is becoming more up and coming. The area is walkable to many bars and restaurants and had everything that we needed for a short stay.

We love this place and felt like home. Have everything we need for our’s stay to cooking having breakfast watch the news on TV while having ours breakfast and dinner. Thank you for keeping them clean. Two queen beds are comfortable. The A/C cool and quiet. Bathrooms squeaky clean, towels were nice fresh and white. Only complaint is there are no windows and no screen door. But we’ll definitely comeback and stay here again.

Really nice and comfortable apartment in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is well stocked and felt really homely. Kay has gone to a lot of trouble to make her property feel like a home. Would definitely stay again. A fifteen minute walk from the centre of town so therefore a great location.

Mom and I came down to Florida for some meetings and our stay was so nice and private in a quiet neighborhood in this guest house.

My wife and I have stayed in 5 or 6 Airbnbs over the years. Matt’s guesthouse is hands down the BEST Airbnb we have stayed in! The guesthouse was clean and bug free, which is our number one concern. Everything felt new, like the cabinets, furniture, flooring and tile, and the refrigerator. It had the perfect amount of space for the two of us. We loved the bathroom, it was large especially the shower. One of our favorite features was the washer and dryer. I’ve never stayed in a place (Airbnb or hotel) with a free washer and dryer. So we were able to clean our dirty clothes, fold them, and pack them neatly back into our bags when we left. Made packing and unpacking at home easy. Matt was extremely quick to answer our questions. We really appreciated that. Next time we are in Tampa (which hopefully won’t be to the take the Florida Bar, but instead to catch a Panthers-Lightning game) we will 100% stay at Matt’s guesthouse again. Thanks Matt!

The place was nice and clean, the area was quiet and pleasant, and the hot tub was great!

This space was AMAZING! Very,Very,Very Clean and Spacious for 2-3 People. Outside porch with lights and comfortable seating. The check-in was a little skeptical at first, but once Mom came out with warm Florida hospitality felt right at home! Would definitely recommend!
