Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura. La posizione è davvero ideale: si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, il che rende facile raggiungere ogni punto della città. Perfetta sia per chi viaggia per lavoro che per piacere. La pulizia della struttura è impeccabile. Ogni angolo era curato nei minimi dettagli, e la stanza era accogliente e ben ordinata, facendoci sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento.

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Great stay, really friendly and perfect location for where we needed. Slopes close by and easy to get in and out of Mayrhofen. Hans was really helpful! Would stay again

Die Wohnung von Mathias hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Lage mit gutem U-Bahnanschluss,fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Grün aussenrum.Parkplatz war gut zu finden,danach haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen.Die Kommunikation mit Mathias war prima.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ideal gelegen, wenn man Skifahren möchte. Der Skibus ist direkt an der Straße vor dem Haus. Es gibt einen Skikeller mit abschließbaren Boxen für die Ski und Skischuhe. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles Nötige vorhanden, um sich zu Versorgen. Wir waren bereits mehrfach da und kommen gerne wieder.

Emplacement de l'appartement excellent. Le Métro est très proche. La rue voisine est très commerçante. De plus la rue est très calme. Le stationnement face à l'appartement n'est pas toujours très facile car les nombreuses places de parking sont souvent occupées mais c'est gratuit. Le centre ville est proche. Ville très vivante et jolie. Beaucoup de visites

Die Wohnung war super. Alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Lage war nah zum Skibus. Frank selbst war super lieb und hat uns bereits vorab ausreichend Informationen über alle wichtigen Sachen zukommen lassen.

Wonderful place for my family to enjoy relaxing while exploring the beautiful sights of Garmish Partenkirchen. We slept well in the beds and enjoyed our coffee on their lovely porch with relaxing chairs and blankets to just sit and meditate upon the beautiful view of the mountains. These hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and we truly enjoyed our stay here!!!

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. He is super responsive and very clear with instructions. The only thing I would have him add is the staircase to take is the one next to the car wash. Other than that he is very helpful and there were no problems. The place is very clean. It has a kitchen and washer/dryer which are holy grails at airbnbs. The stay is close to the subway. Publix transit is very nice in the area. Will return again if available! Thanks!

Andreas war ein sehr netter Gastgeber und die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und super für Wanderungen am Staffelsee. Gerne wieder!

Peters Wohnung ist super gemütlich und hat eine tolle Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht. Check-In und Check-Out konnte selbsständig durchgeführt werden und war total problemlos. Die Kommunikation mit Peter war hilfreich, freundlich und respektvoll. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen und hatten insgesamt einen tollen Aufenthalt. Einzig die Sauberkeit ließ teilweise zu wünschen übrig.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub über Silvester, die Gastgeberin war stets gut erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Danke für die tolle Zeit !

We had a fantastic stay. We were fortunate to get the apartment on the top floor. It was nicer and more spacious than the pictures but I guess that depends on which apartment you stay. The apartment was perfect for our group which was 4 adults and a baby. It was modern and very clean and had everything needed for a weekend stay. Comfortable bed and the sofa bed had blackout curtains around it for privacy and darkness. The lift was useful for luggage and our stroller. We also had a very helpful person checking us in. The check in was at the hotel close by but the apartment was an easy walk from there. All in all a great stay and we would definitely return.

Liebe Daniela, 4 Tage waren wir bei dir und es hat uns so super gefallen das wir auf jedenfall wiederkommen. Die Unterkunft war einfach ein Traum,sehr gepflegt, schön eingerichtet, super sauber und mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Das Bett super bequem und die Aussicht auf die Berge im Pool einfach ausgezeichnet. Der Kaffee hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Wir würden immer wieder einen Aufenthalt bei euch machen, es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt. Sehr lecker auch euer selbstgemachter Honig und der leckere Schnaps. Vielen Dank für alles und das wir da sein durften und vier wunderschöne Tage verbracht haben. Wir haben unsere Zeit bei Christine & Sepp sehr genossen. Tolle Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Hot Tub in entspannender, ruhiger Lage. Für die Kinder war die Zeit mit den Tieren zudem besonders schön. Vielen Dank für Eure herzliches Willkommen, wir sehen uns wieder.

Vous arrivez au logement grâce aux indication donnés et vous êtes chez vous ! Très bien équipé, des produits locaux, tout pour vous faire un repas. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, c'est présent dans le logement, que cela soit de l'alimentation, des serviettes ou peignoirs, des loisirs, des informations touristiques, des pansements , du bois pour vous chauffer. Le sauna et le jacuzzi sont très agréables après une journée de randonnée. Le seul point négatif est la chambre et son accessibilité. Une échelle de meunier vous donne accès à une chambre mansardée très basse. Vous êtes obligé de vous courber pour accéder au lit. Cela ne convient pas aux personnes âgées avec des problèmes de genoux. Je recommanderai ce logement à mes amis.

Tolles und sauberes Haus, genau wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und nur 15 min zu Fuß in den Ortskern nach Garmisch. Emre ist ein super netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar war und keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden uns sofort wieder dafür entscheiden.

Mario’s place was an excellent base for skiing and exploring in Innsbruck. Comfy bed and couch and great bathroom!

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden. Der Check-in verlief problemlos und die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – ich komme gerne wieder!

Esperienza molto piacevole, appartamento molto bello e accessoriato, comodissimo il supermercato sotto casa, nelle immediate vicinanze distributore di latte fresco, di uova fresche e di altri prodotti alimentari, e una farmacia con personale gentilissimo. Posizione strategica per visitare molti paesi caratteristici situati a breve distanza. La vasca con idromassaggio è favolosa, anche se è vietato portarci i bicchieri di vetro. Parcheggio gratuito sotto casa. Ottima comunicazione con Florian.
