Hvis du har brug for fred og ro, og privat beliggenhed i smuk og vild natur, er hytten perfekt. Vi har haft de bedste og mest afslappende dage med ild i pejsen og ture på ski. Og med god mad, nemt at lave i det veludrustede køkken. Vi håber at komme tilbage en anden gang.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It was super well equipped for home cooked meals, clean, and very cozy, especially with the wood stove. The location was also peaceful and serene and perfect for a visit to Vøringfossen and we also found everything we needed in the nearby self-service country store. We would definitely recommend and love to stay here again for a future visit to the area. :)

Property is a compact, sympathetically modernised boathouse, still retaining much of its old-fashioned charm and original features whilst being well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is absolutely unparalleled, and when there is no cruise ship in town you really feel yourself completely connected to the fjord & stunning surroundings. The character of Eidfjord is changed by the regular influx of cruise-goers, however even despite this, it is possible to exist in a bubble of tranquility, in this place, feeling slightly smug as you wave off the boat in the evening from the private jetty and peace descends again. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. We enjoyed kayaking, walking, waterfall trips and swimming from the pontoon. Also beautiful BBQ on the beach and the free sauna down the coast. Unmissable fjord experience. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé 3 agréables soirées dans la maison de Hilde, très confortable et chaleureuse. Elle est idéalement située, non loin des incroyables chutes de Voringfoss et du sublime parc national de Hardangervidda. Magnifique région 🇳🇴🩵

Lovely house equipped with everything you need and offering the most incredible view of the fjord! Good bedrooms, large bathroom and spacious living areas. John is a great host and he is really easy to get in touch with. Check-in and check-out are simple and give plenty of flexibility! We had a fantastic stay!

We hebben een aantal heel fijne dagen in het huis van Lina Marie doorgebracht. Het huis is ruim, licht en heeft mooi uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer. Onze kinderen vonden het fijn om een eigen verdieping met lounge te hebben. Vanaf de locatie loopt er een mooi wandelpad naar de Voringfossen waterval. De Hardangervidda is slecht op enkele minuten per auto te bereiken. Een aanrader is het om daar de tolweg, haaks op de 7, te nemen naar de Trondsbu Turisthytte. Lina Marie communiceerde snel en vriendelijk.

Logement magnifique, correspond vraiment bien aux photos. L'emplacement est très bien au vous aimez la tranquillité et les randonnées.

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Aufenthalt bei Bernard und haben uns von Sekunde eins wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir haben das Weihnachtsfest sowie Silvester im Haus verbracht und der Gastgeber war so lieb für uns das weihnachtlich zu schmücken und sogar einen Christbaum aufzustellen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit vielen Ausflügen in die Umgebung, viel Schnee und erholsamen Saunaabenden. Vielen Dank :-)
