This is a lovely Airbnb. It feels like it was recently someone's home and that is a bonus. Everything about the villa was well set up and thought through. Highly recommended!

What a find! Peter & Yoshie’s place is amazing. The location is lovely, so close to the beach and local amenities. We ate in, but the cafe opposite is obviously very popular as were the restaurants within easy walking distance. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We had varied weather but were warm and cosy. We were lucky with enough warm sun to have beautiful still mornings so ate our breakfast on the small park next door and watched the sunsets from the bench overlooking the sea watching pelicans and other seabirds fly past. Would highly recommend and hope to return when we visit Melbourne next.

Our stay was very enjoyable and the accommodation was fantastic with all required amenities. The propert has a fantastic patio and backyard. the host, Maha, was wonderful and very helpful. He was very responsive and allowed us to check in late as per our convenience. i would highly recommend this property and host to future visitors.

Amanda’s place was perfect for our family visit, with a great location just seconds away from Beaumaris concourse. Clean, comfortable, nice outdoor seating area, and Amanda was an excellent communicator.

Absolutely lovely and clean house, it had a really positive and homey atmosphere with great decorations and real attention to detail. The house is located in the middle of the jungle with a great view. The hosts were very friendly and considerate. Will definitely recommend.

Beautiful house in beautiful location. Handy for both Mt Buffalo and Bright this was a peaceful spot with a beautiful view. The weather was lovely and we used the pool every day, which was nice and deep and had great views. The house itself was very homely, lovely decoration and lots of areas to relax. A HUGE tv if you got bored with the lovely views lol. Well equipped kitchen, bbq, everything you needed really. We had a great stay and would stay again.

Beautiful stay and perfect for spending time with the family. Place was exactly as described and the host Tinne went above and beyond to stock the fridge with food essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. Highly recommended

What a fabulous place! The character of this home and beauty of the surrounding gardens made for such a great family getaway. With the billiard table, pool, sauna and tennis court, our teenagers were happy and occupied. Loved that we could walk to Sherbrooke Falls from the house, and the gorgeous cafe across the road. We had a great time in Mount Martha with super responsive friendly hosts. The place really is wheelchair accessible - which made life a lot easier for us.

Smooth check in with great instructions for lock box. The unit had everything we needed for a family get away. Having the rail trail right behind the property was so handy for biking into town with children

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

The place was as described in the listing. It was relaxing and beautiful with scenic surroundings. The property manager emily was very responsive and helpful accommodating our needs.

Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy to park and great for large families. The lake view from the yard is truly stunning. Those with kids will enjoy the opportunity to feed the geese and ducks that come right up to your yard. The place is sparkling clean and host is very responsive to all our queries.

The house is so open and spacious exactly what we needed for the family. The backyard is small, but there’s a wonderful park 5mins walk, and small shopping center 15mins walk away that I could pick up whatever we needed. Area is safe and quiet.

Couldn't be more positive about Ria's property. Not cheap but great value with a premium property well suited to our large family short stay - or any other medium group requirement. Pet friendly was a huge bonus. Property has multiple hang outs suitable for full group and the bespoke roof top area was a great bonus (and cigar spot!). Couple of minor issues that Ria sorted pronto! We'll be back.
