Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Eixample

Fui con mi esposa por primera vez a Barcelona y Mik nos recibio amablemente, siempre se mostraba muy predispuesto a ayudarnos en lo que fuera necesario. Nos sentimos muy a gusto con el. Nos Daba muchas recomendaciones sobre bares, restaurantes, etc. si teniamos alguna duda nos respondia siempre muy puntual. Nos dio la bienvenida con un detalle como una botella de vino de regalo y unas galletitas. El lugar es muy tranquilo, seguro, muy ordenado, espacioso y limpio tal como se ve en las fotos. De muy facil acceso al metro, tranvia ( a pocas estaciones tienen la Sagrada familia) y el shopping diagonal del mar ( pueden ir caminando esta a 3/4 cuadras) tambien tienen Mercadona cerca y otros supermercados. Es una persona que te da confianza, sin duda volveriamos. Gracias Mik por habernos hecho sentir muy comodos. Saludos desde Buenos Aires, Argentina. Gabriela y Gustavo.

Super hôte ! Agréable et très réactif lorsque l’on a des questions. Logement très bien placé et conforme à la description ainsi que ces services et options. Je recommande ce logement si vous voulez passer un moment entre amis ou en famille.

Wir haben uns als Gruppe dort aufgehalten. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos und in die Beschreibung. Der Vermieter ist super nett und freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell zu den Nachrichten geantwortet. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Alles wie beschrieben, leider ziemlich laut nachts aber wie erwartet;) Würde wieder kommen

The location of this home was superb, access to the beach, restaurants and stores were great. An easy bike ride to town to see the historic sites. The communication with the hosts was informative creating ease of access to the unit. We hope to repeat our stay in the future.

I would stay at Meri’s place over and over again. A very homely vibe, great amenities and my favourite place I’ve ever stayed in Barcelona (I work here in the winter so I Airbnb a lot). Poblenou is my favourite district of Barcelona and I wish I lived in this apartment. Meri’s place has everything you need, she was in constant contact to make sure our stay was flawless and stress free - and honestly an absolute gem 🧡

El alojamiento está genial. Zona muy céntrica con todo tipo de locales alrededor. La casa en sí está en una zona muy tranquila y con intimidad. Fácil aparcamiento. La casa está genial, todo muy limpio y tal cual se veía en las fotos. Sin duda repetiré.

The host stayed in touch with us from the moment of booking, was very responsive and then met us by the door and showed the apartment and all the amenities. We loved the place, it had all the necessities. The apartment has a beautiful terrace that could have more use during warmer months of the year. The only downside is laundry being a separate service for this Airbnb. Also the access to apartment requires walking the stairs which might be a struggle for people with mobility issues. Other than that the place was great. The location is amazing, multiple supermarkets can be found nearby, lots of cafes and easy public transport access. The checkout was also very smooth and easy!

Merci Mo pour votre accueil. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Barcelone. Le logement est propre, calme, la terrasse apaisante. Le bus et le métro a proximité. Quelques restaurants aux alentours, dont le Clorofila parfait après une après-midi à la plage : 5 min à pied. Je recommande vivement avec les cadeaux d'arrivée : boissons au frais, pain, jambon et fromage et le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Miguel and Joana are lovely people and their home was perfect. We had a few questions about our surroundings and our messages we received and returned very quickly. We had a very early flight the morning we left and Miguel even helped secure a pre order taxi for us. My wife and I met one of our closest friends in Barcelona and taxied to Badalona (a much easier process than I had expected). We were met at at the home by Miguel and Jonah and they gave us a personal tour. The house was perfect for us as it had lots of space for us and was exactly as advertised. The house itself was very clean and we could not get enough of the amazingly designed kitchen/ dining room with huge sliding doors that opened up to an outdoor space that was perfect for all times of day.. The location of this home was one of our favorite things about our trip. There are so many little markets and shops all around in pretty much any direction and the beaches are incredible. 😀

Great place, huge private area with vineyard, donkeys, a lot of nature. Very peaceful and place. The house has a lot of natural light and free space. Hosts were very helpful, responsive and friendly. I was staying with my cat here and we both loved it. 10/10.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Trude et Miguel. Ils sont très accueillants, prévenants, disponibles et de très bons conseils. Le logement est très bien équipé, au calme. Nous avons pu déguster la paella cuite au feu de bois et quelques Tapas de Miguel le dernier soir... merveilleux souvenir pour nos papilles. Si nous revenons à Barcelone il est certain que nous réserverons cette pépite à l'abri de la foule.

It was a pleasure to stay at Katherine´s place! It is better than in the photos, functional, relaxing, fun and a place that we would be happy to call home. Katherine is an outstanding host (take it from someone who is also a host at Airbnb), thoughtful, caring and always proactive. It is a great location, so easy to get to barcelona but at the same time far enough and so close to the beach that it seems you are living in a summer resort area. We love it everything about it and when we come back to BCN we would like to repeat! (please!!). Muchísimas gracias!!

We had an amazing experience staying at Manel and Jordi’s place in Barcelona! The place truly felt like home, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for a family of 3. The location was perfect - the beach and many attractions were within walking distance, and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. Manel and Jordi were fabulous hosts who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Barcelona. We will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Wir waren zu siebt in Barcelona und alle waren super zufrieden. Es gab eine super freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Obwohl wir erst am späten Abend angereist sind und sehr früh unser Rückflug ging, war Check-In und Check-Out kein Problem. Wir haben noch einen super Tipp für ein passendes Lokal in der Nähe bekommen, in welchen wir den Geburtstag unseres Sohns sehr schön feiern konnten. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil vieles gut zu Fuß erreichbar war und Bus und Metro direkt vor der Tür halten. Für uns eine klare 10 von 10 👍

Tout était parfait! Je recommande fortement ce logement! Albert est un super host, le lieu est sécuritaire, propre, très confortable et on a de l’espace amplement pour y passer un beau sejour :) La plage est pas loin, le métro à côté, de bons tapas autour et la marche pour ce rendre au centre ville est agréable aussi! L’appart est super bien équipée aussi!Vous ne manquerez de rien !

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft mit unseren zwei Kindern. Die Lage ist super – in einer schönen, ruhigen Gegend, aber trotzdem nah an der Metro, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Spielplätze, was für unsere Kinder perfekt war. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden definitiv wiederkommen!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het appartement was proper en ruim, precies zoals beschreven. Het was rustig en centraal gelegen en er was een metrostation op 20m. Claudio was heel behulpzaam en gaf ons tips voor activiteiten en restaurants. Wij kunnen deze accomodatie zeker aanraden.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Luis’ place. Perfectly located close to plenty of cafes and restaurants, Avenue Diagonal for a variety of shopping options, and within walking distance of some local attractions. The accommodation is spacious, well maintained and had all the essentials needed for our stay. Luis is a gracious host and was there to receive us, and ensured we had what we needed for our stay. We would gladly stay here again if we visited Barcelona!

Logement facile d'accès (bien lire les consignes d'arrivée/dispose d'un ascenseur), très agréable et fonctionnel , à proximité du tram/rodalies et d'un supermarché, dans un bâtiment et un quartier calme. Idéal avec les enfants. AL et Milla très réactifs et arrangeants !
