The place is very quite and private. With a big terrace and beautiful garden with flowers and cat. Everything was clean and Hassan is very nice and friendly. Only walk for 10min to get to port, Highly recommend!!!

Magnifique maison dans un superbe quartier paisible au bord du Nil. Maison vaste, nickel, super bien aménagée. Jardin splendide. Magnifique piscine qui a ravi notre fille. Emplacement idéal pour visiter louxor Est et Ouest. Des commerces à proximité. Des restaurants paisibles et bucoliques au bird du Nil à 2 minutes à pieds. Le ferry pour passer sur la rive Est ou des bateaux. Felouques pour admirer la nature de la rive Ouest. Mohamed nous a aidé pour réserver un vol en montgolfière. Possibilité de garer la voiture dans la propriété. Nous avons été enchantés. Mohamed est adorable. C’est avec de la peine que nous avons quitté cet incroyable endroit. Nous recommandons totalement cette location. Au plaisir de revenir.

Staying at Villa Adam was one of the best Arbnb experiences I have had. Fantastic views from the balcony and 2 rooftops, friendly atmosphere, barbeque on the rooftop, delicious coffee the host made were priceless. This property is well maintained. The location is probably the best in Luxor as it is in walking distance to food joints, stores, ferry, and historical landmarks. Thank you Adam for making my stay quiet memorable!

Tarik's Airbnb was my favourite stay out of a 2 week travel itinerary. I received the warmest welcome and was well looked after from start to finish, by the entire family and a driver, arranged by Tarik. The house is beautiful, comfortable and the rooftop is peaceful, surrounded by lots of birds. The family live in their own separate house a few doors down and welcomed me for a delicious dinner there 2 nights in a row for iftar during Ramadan. The children are adorable and will take good care of you. I used their driver Ahmed who collected me at 7.45am from the airport, took me round all the sites, organized a felucca and more - made life so easy and enjoyable. The surrounding village is lush and beautiful but close to most things. Definitely recommend

The villa was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. Location is great, lots of space, and everything is in great condition. We asked for there to be no staff (e.g. cooking & cleaning staff) present during our stay, and the owners were very accommodating and happy to arrange this for us. We were very happy with this arrangement, and very grateful to everyone who made it possible for us. We also used the pool at el-Nakhil, which was easy to access & clean. Khyry & James were both highly responsive, and we found it easy to contact them and arrange transfers to and from the airport and anything else we needed. One small point of improvement is that we would have benefited from receiving two sets of keys instead of one.

Perfect! Maria is a really wonderful host - she was friendly, kind, interesting to chat to and super helpful, coming to meet us from the ferry and making sure we were settled in. She immediately made us feel comfortable - couldn't ask for more. The apartment itself is great. It is a very nicely decorated space with character. It's lovely - bright, airy, comfortable, and it has everything you could possibly need. We felt right at home. Everything is clean - comfy bed, nice bedding, towels etc all nice. And the terrace.....oohhhhh so great. It's a huge space with lots of comfortable places to lounge either in the shade or in the sun. We loved relaxing there both day and night. Overall, I don't think you will find a nicer host or a better place to stay in Luxor. Thank you!

Ahmed is a great host Trustworthy and reliable. He communicated really well throughout. Great at arranging two way transport for our family of four from Hurghada and back and transport to Valley of the King's. Ahmed recommended places to eat and best ways to move around Luxor. His prices were good with no hidden costs which immensely helped in planning our budget. Our girls loved the swimming pool, the villa is clean and well maintained. Muhammed Ahmed's son made lovely breakfast every day and was available to help with transport and shopping's. My hubby enjoyed the motorbike rides around the neighbourhood with Muhammed.We met their family and loved the rural location of the villa. We were able to experience something authentic and beautiful and as a family we are very grateful to Ahmed and his family for their hospitality, warmth and fantastic organisational skills. Can recommend this place to anyone who is looking for safe, however off the beaten track experience outside of Hurghada.

Amazing Apartment! This property had everything we required for a wonderful stay in Luxor. The property has two large bedrooms (very comfortable beds and pillows), a great kitchen and bathroom. AC in every room! The lounge room was very relaxing and it even had a balcony that opened onto the street. It was very private and secure. The host was incredible and was able to organise airport transfers for us (at unfriendly hours!), supermarket trips and also organised a tour guide and driver for us for the duration of our stay. We highly recommend Seif and his property and will be telling all of our friends! Thanks Seif, much appreciated. We hope to see you again :)
