The house was perfect. Modern. Spotlessly clean. All the appliances you need. Having bottled water, tea, coffee, milk etc provided was very welcome after a long day. It's the little things that matter. Carmen kept in touch to make sure we were happy with things and would be available to help in any way.

The house is located in a beautiful bay with private beach access. The outdoor area is well-maintained with seating everywhere. Both terraces have wind and sun sails, so you can sit outside in any weather. The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to cook for large groups (we were 8). We did miss a coffee machine, as there is only a mocha maker and a French press. The bay and the view are stunning at any time of day! The sun rises beautifully over the sea and sets over the pool. The house has a sun lounger, chair, and parasol for the beach. We worked from the house with no internet issues, even with 6 people. Two minor issues: The dishwasher doesn’t clean reliably, even on the longest cycle, so you need to check if everything is properly cleaned. The third bathroom is outside, mainly for use after the beach or pool. The Resto Mandala across the street is great for morning coffee, and Resto Grizzlies surprised us with good food. Shopping is a short drive, and there’s a supermarket

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Maison très typique et très bien située. Quartier agréable et proche des restaurants et du centre . C’est très agréable de pouvoir profiter des deux terrasses bien exposées et avec une très belle vue . Attention, les lits doubles ne sont pas larges .

Just returned from a 5 week stay at this fabulous clean apartment. It looked exactly like the photographs. The apartment is in a peaceful setting with a lovely outlook, but only 10 minutes walk to the tram station which takes you all the way up to Denia or down to Alicante, so is very convenient. The bars and restaurants were just a few minutes past the tram station. We loved exploring all the towns along the tram line. We brought our golf clubs and played at numerous golf courses within 30 minutes of the apartment. Great communication from the host after booking the apartment until after checking out. We loved our stay and would love to return sometime in the future. Don't have any negative comments. Thanks very much.

Hele fijne villa om met vrienden te verblijven

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dieser außergewöhnlich anderen Unterkunft und ganz in der Nähe vom Strand verbracht. Die Kommunikation vorab, während des Aufenthaltes und bei der Abreise war hervorragend und herzlich. Mónica und ihr Mann sind sehr zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite, unkomplizierte und nette Gastgeber. Alles in der Unterkunft, die früher ein Fischerhaus/Bootshaus war und zu einer Wohnung umgestaltet worden ist, war wie im Inserat beschrieben und nahezu perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl darin gefühlt. Es sind nur wenige Meter Fußweg zum Strand. Die Stadt Villajoyosa ist sehr schön, ruhig, morgens kann man bei klarem Himmel den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen. Da sie mehrere Betten, Duschen, und Toiletten hat, können auch gleich mehrere Leute untergebracht werden. Nous avons passé un meilleur séjour, Karl a vraiment été très accueillant, très précis sur les conditions d'arrivée, c'est très bien organisé et l'appartement est magnifique ! La vue est exceptionnelle, j'aurais voulu y rester pendant plusieurs mois tellement c'est beau.

Olivier war sehr sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und wirklich zuvorkommend. Jederzeit erreichbar, unkomplizierte Kommunikation und kleine Gesten die erfreulich waren. Bei Ankunft wurden die Erwartungen, die durch die Bilder erweckt wurden sogar übertroffen! Der Ausblick beim Betreten des Hauses durch die Terrassentür direkt auf den Pool und das Meer waren einzigartig! Ein Auto vor Ort bietet die nötige Flexibilität und ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, dann erreicht man alles mühelos und einfach (Restaurants, Supermärkte, Strand, etc.). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können Olivier als Gastgeber nur empfehlen!

La casa es justo lo que nosotros buscábamos, amplia, limpia . cómoda, segura (rejas en todas la puertas y ventanas) mosquiteras en las ventanas (imprescindibles para la época del año) todo en una sola planta, piscina muy limpia y terraza ideal, para las horas mas calurosa el aire acondicionado en todas las estancias esta disponible aunque no lo usamos mucho ya que estábamos en el exterior la mayor parte del tiempo . Como única objeción comentar el escaso menaje de cocina (platos y vasos) tuvimos que comprar media docena y la falta de un lavavajillas (imprescindible en estos tiempos) hay que tener en cuenta que nuestra estancia fue larga y hacíamos muchas comidas en casa. Por lo demás fantástico

Un lugar increíble por su belleza natural ,silencio ,perfume de pinares ,montañas y ves el mar .La casa muy cómoda ,con una vajilla impecable la limpieza también .. la comunicación en el momento y disposición. El jacuzzi es un toque especial ..gracias 🫂

Det var ett kjempefint opphold. huset levde opp til forventningene og Arno var fantasisk å sammarbeide med. var ett stykke fra Calpe sentrum men dette viste vi på forhånd. Taxien kom fort så derte va ingen problem. appen Glovo var fantastisk for å få dagligvarer levert hjem til huset med gratis levering. Tusentakk for eit fint opphold Arno, kommer nok tilbake🤩

We have just returned from a week at Sina’s villa with our 3 children. We had a wonderful stay with everything that we needed. The kids absolutely loved the pool which is an asset to the villa. The villa was peaceful, private & quiet. It felt homely & safe. The supermarkets, restaurants & beach were only a few minutes drive away with easy parking. Sina was excellent and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this villa and return to Calpe.

Nice house with good sized rooms. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 young children and had plenty of space. Good kitchen with plenty of equipment. We were there in December so and the pool area was shaded but we still had some swims with the kids. Short walk into the pretty town of Moriara with plenty of shops and restaurants and a very nice beach.

We had a lovely stay at Alvaro’s place in La Mata. The house has everything you need to feel like home and we especially enjoyed the terrace. The location is great, close to the beach and a few minutes by car to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Finally, we would like to thank Alvaro for his hospitality, he truly cares about his guests.

Wir, 3 Freunde, haben hier für eine Woche Urlaub gemacht. Check-In und Check-Out liefen über den Nachbarn und das einwandfrei. Die Villa ist in 2 Wohnungen aufgeteilt, beide super ausgestattet und sauber. Der nächste Supermarkt ist zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, der Strand ca. 15 Minuten. Wir konnten uns leider nicht immer darauf verlassen, ein Taxi zu bekommen. Das ist aber das einzige Manko. Super Gastgeber, super Apartment!

La casa es una maravilla, buena ubicación en zona tranquila, cerca de la cuidad en coche. Estaba todo muy limpio y José Luis ha sido súper amable y siempre atento. Repetiríamos seguro!

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en el apartamento de María. La ubicación es inmejorable: en una zona tranquila, perfecta para descansar, y a solo 50 metros de la playa, literalmente a cuatro pasos. Además, el paseo marítimo que la rodea es enorme y precioso, ideal para disfrutar de largos paseos. La zona es muy accesible y cómoda para moverse. El apartamento estaba impecable en cuanto a limpieza y muy bien equipado, con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y comodidades. Los anfitriones fueron encantadores y siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda, si volvemos a la zona, repetiremos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in het huisje. De omgeving is magisch mooi aan de bosrand en met een mooi uitzicht. Het is maar een klein stukje lopen naar het strand. De host reageert snel en is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom, zeker een oeite waard

We are a family of 4 and stayed 8 nights in this adorable villa, a super private location, with a pool, terrace, and balcony. We all had a fabulous time and the kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool, so much so that they preferred it to the beach which is only a 5 minute walk away. The location is lovely, right beside a quaint tree-sheltered park that leads you to a traditional family Tapas restaurant, outside seating, brilliant prices, and fresh and delicious food, the paella is insanely good, as was the fresh squid, anchovies, mussels & clams. It is a tranquil area, set back from the busy tourist strip, perfect for just chilling with the family. Now, our host was amazing, he completely prepared us for our arrival and was in immediate contact whenever needed. We couldn't fault him or his hospitality, as we hope we have made a new friend. Nous avons séjourné entre amis (10) 8 jours chez Danny et tout s’est très bien passé. La maison est extrêmement bien située au bord de l’eau, à 2 pas d’un excellent restaurant « la paillote », une maison très agréable pour les vacances. L’extérieur reste à améliorer notamment pour avoir des zones d’ombres ( les travaux démarrent en septembre) mais très sincèrement nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Chaque chambre possède sa SDB, une cuisine à l’étage, une cuisine au RDC, tout est très pratique même si nous avons passé tout notre temps dehors, le confort et la décoration intérieure étaient au Rendez-vous. Danny a été très agréable, très réactive et à l’écoute, nous recommandons cette maison et sa vue sur la mer tout simplement magique. Merci Danny.

6 Male Friends on a reunion trip - We adored this place, great to have our own private spaces and a wealth of space around the property to relax in. Sunshine on the pool all day and then the back terrace with BBQ in the evening. Supermarkets a 10min drive away to load up. Not a lot to do in the local area and the beach is a little tired but this did not matter to us. We booked it purely for the property and pool and for us this was the perfect fit. Would highly recommend getting a hire car. Our hosts were very responsive! Thanks again Peter and Masha! We may see you again soon!
