We booked this villa for a long weekend getaway for a chance to relax in some sun with a private outdoor space and pool and it was absolutely perfect for what we were after. Adrian and Denise were very responsive when needed and were incredible friendly and warm. We went as a couple so had plenty of space both inside and outside but this gorgeous authentic place would spacious enough for 6. We felt very safe being in the gated area in a tranquil street. There's a bus stop 3 minutes walk from the villa which takes you into the main centre of Torrevieja in about 20 minutes with many amenities and the marina/beach. Closer to the villa, there are a few restaurants and bars. We only managed to try Campbell Ristorante for it's well-known pizzas and they were fantastic and very cheap considering. Overall, we couldn't fault our stay and we honestly can't wait to go back - next time we'll definitely aim to stay for longer!

Stayed at this beautiful Villa for a week at the beginning of April 25. Great cul de sac location with little noise and not over looked by any of the neighbouring properties. Beautifully warm pool, great size outdoor areas and also beautiful inside. Great communications with Viviane the owner, I would highly recommend a stay here. We will be back in the near future for sure.

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

We had a fantastic stay at Kelly's villa. Two families each with young children, the added touches of games/toys and pool floats already available when you arrive really helped you settle in quickly! It is very well equipped, with the additional thought of a welcome basket giving you some essentials before you can reach a supermarket which is less than 10 mins walk away. Sun on the pool all day (which is already lovely and warm) an added bonus. Kelly is always on hand before and during your stay and replies extremely quickly to any queries. Thanks for a great stay!

Nuestra estancia fue simplemente perfecta. La casa tenía absolutamente de todo, no echamos en falta nada. La cocina super equipada, camas cómodas, espacios limpios y cuidados… La piscina fue una auténtica pasada, ideal para relajarse a cualquier hora del día, y la zona de barbacoa nos encantó, muy completa y de calidad superior. Recomendable a todos los niveles, tanto para descansar como para disfrutar en grupo. Sin duda, está arriba de nuestra lista para futuras vacaciones. ¡Gracias Robert, por una experiencia inmejorable!

The house is located in a perfect spot with amazing views! The rooms are big with comfortable beds and nice decorations. The master bedroom on the top floor is more like a studio than a room. The kitchen was fully equipped and a pleasure to use. We visited in December/January so we could not enjoy the sun on the terrazzo but it was easy to imagine how wonderful it would have been during the summer season.

This house is the best choice for your next vacation. It has everything to make you want to just stay a little bit longer…. Or just return another time (I will for sure!) The house is very well equipped and decorated in style. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Beds are fantastic. The outside area amazing with several placed to sit, chill or sunbath. The infinity pool just breathtaking. Also, there is an outside grilling area with kitchen too. The very best is an outside winter garden / patio with the most amazing view overlooking Calpe city.

Wij waren met 11 vrienden een lang weekend op het verblijf van Evelyn. Wij kwamen op donderdagavond laat aan, Evelyn stond op ons te wachten en had zelfs aangeboden om boodschappen te halen. Fantastisch geregeld. De ruimte was veel groter dan de foto's lieten blijken. De bedjes waren allemaal eenpersoons en niet heel groot, dat was voor deze paar dagen niet erg maar bij langer verblijf kan ik me voorstellen dat het minder comfortabel is. Het strand met restaurants was op loop afstand en taxi's staan binnen 20 minuten voor de deur om je naar Alicante te brengen. Let goed op dat het stil is aan het einde van de dag want de omgeving galmt enorm waardoor omwonenden goed mee kunnen genieten van de gezelligheid van deze accommodatie. Tot slot: deze plek is een absolute aanrader.

El trato ha sido excepcional de principio a fin y la casa era exactamente lo que estábamos buscando. Nos dieron facilidades tanto a la entrada como a la salida, dejándonos mucha flexibilidad (lo cual se agradece mucho). Repetiríamos sin lugar a duda.

Buena estancia, la villa amplia para grupo de 15 personas, sin problemas de aparcamiento, facil acceso, el billar es un punto fuerte para pasar un buen rato. Zona de piscina y jardin son perfectas con tumbonas y todo lo necesario ademas de disponer barbacoa super completa. Fuimos en familia y lo pasamos muy bien recomendable bien equipado

Thank you Monica and Jaime, we had a lovely time at a beautiful resort. Hosts were extremely nice and responded in a good time. Very helpful with recommendations with cabs and boat trips for a day out. Would highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen absolut großartigen Aufenthalt in der Villa in Benidorm! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – die Villa war sehr sauber, top ausgestattet und ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Sorgfalt gearbeitet wird. Es war eine mega Erfahrung, die wir definitiv in bester Erinnerung behalten werden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Fazit: Ein super Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

La maison est parfaitement équipée, elle est située dans un endroit très calme avec une magnifique vue sur la mer sans vis à vis à cinq minutes à pied d’un supermarché et à dix minutes à pied d une marina et de ses restaurants. La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos Je la recommande sans hésitation.

Silvia was an absolutely phenomenal host! She was so responsive and went above and beyond on any of our queries on the lead up to our stay and during our stay also. The villa was stunning and very clean, exactly as pictured and the pool was bigger than expected. The villa was extremely family friendly (we were a party with kids and babies) and everything was set up as discussed ahead of time (baby cots, highchairs and baby bath). The villa had all the amenities you would need and more! We did 3 BBQ's whilst there. The beautiful Mucha Vista beach is very close about a 10 minute walk. A Mercadona supermarket is also about 10 minute walk which had everything we needed though we did get a taxi to a Carrefour once. Silvia also helped us to make reservations at restaurants as our party was quite big! We would 100% recommend this villa and Silvia as our host!

Had a fantastic week long stay at Sarah’s place in Altea La Vella, cannot fault it! We were 2 families with children ranging from 20 months, up to 20 years old and the place was perfect for us all. Sarah was brilliant from booking right up until the day we left. She happily sorted out a cot and highchair for us which saved us a lot of hassle! The house itself is beautiful, the photos really didn’t do it enough justice! It was 35+ during our stay so it was incredibly hot and the AC was very welcome. In the downstairs apartment there was just one AC unit however this was clearly explained in the description and we very quickly learned that keeping the door closed and AC pumping was the way to manage it. The local restaurants were gorgeous too, we loved Meliton in its beautiful garden. We even braved the hill to walk there and back which was more than do-able, even with a buggy! Local area is beautiful, the kids loved Benidorm, but Altea & Xabia were well worth the drive. Highly recommend

Villa très agréable et fonctionnelle, grande piscine privative avec plusieurs coins détente et repas, joli jardin dans un quartier calme proche du golf. Villa bien climatisée appréciable surtout en ces fortes chaleurs. Hôte très réactif. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Pasamos los días de fin de año en familia. La casa es amplia, estaba limpia y con todo lo necesario de menaje de cocina. Lo único que destacaría como punto negativo serían los colchones y las almohadas, que eran un poco incómodos. La experiencia fue genial y la comunicación con la anfitriona muy rápida y eficiente. Gracias!

Great stay, clean pool. We really loved the place. Would recommend.

Lovely well maintained and clean villa with everything you would need for a relaxing break. Nice pool area with sun loungers and a rooftop terrace with furniture to relax as the sun sets. The pictures and description on the web site were accurate and up to date. The property is on an urbanisation about a 10 minute drive to the town where you will find supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. All very small and laid back, just don't expect a big bustling town. There is one bar/restaurant within a 5/10 minute walk of the villa. Bogdan gave very good instructions relating to the property and I had confidence that he would respond immediately should we have had any issues.

Perfect place and Karen is a wonderful host! She took care of all our requests immediately, with no issues for late check-in. Place itself is very well maintained, spacious and well isolated so you could feel being on your own. With two teenagers we definitely benefited from the big, nicely heated pool and table tennis. We had amazing holidays. Thanks, Karen!

This place was absolutely perfect for us. Great location close to lots of amenities and resteraunts, bars etc. The villa was lovely. Everything we needed for a clean, comfortable stay. We sat out in the garden every evening in January! what a beautiful way to spend what is normally a cold/wet miserable existence! 😂 The nights when the the temp dropped, we sat in front of the glorious wood burning fire, it was simply perfect. When we left some items behind, the host kindly retrieved them for me. The beds are soooo comfortable, I had the best night's sleep. I cannot recommend this Villa enough.

A lovely little villa, as described with a new patio area that extends up to the pool. Very comfortable, private and peaceful, with everything we needed. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach/town (downhill on the way there but uphill on the way back!) You would benefit from having a car to get around and visit other places as there's lots to do in the area. Moraira itself is very nice, with many restaurants and bars. We visited with two small children and Playa de l'Ampolla beach is great for kids with a stream, rockpools and shallow sea for swimming. Choice of shops for groceries just a short drive away. Shae was a great host. We'd love to come back!

We returned from Lisa & Daniels beautiful villa last week. Had an amazing stay, its so quiet & peaceful. The villa is stunning with everything to create a real home from home. Would definatley recommend to anyone to stay here & i am already looking into booking again for next year! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay
