Gazda a fost foarte receptivă, a fost acolo la ora întâlnirii, totul a fost impecabil în casa. Aveai tot ce ai nevoie, chiar și un cărucior de cumpărături și în bucătărie toate ustensilele de care ai nevoie pentru gătit. Aproape multe restaurante , stație de autobuz, plaja, tot ce ai nevoie pentru un concediu reușit. M-am simțit bine și probabil vom mai reveni.

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

Hemos estado súper cómodos en casa de Juan Carlos y sin duda repetiremos si tenemos ocasión. Es un anfitrión estupendo, atento y muy accesible, nos hizo recomendaciones de la zona y la comunicación con él fue muy fluida. ¡Muchas gracias Juan Carlos!

Lovely apartment in an amazing area. Clean and really comfortable, cosy enough to stay in on a cold afternoon. The area was amazing and the apartment was ideally situated for .. absolutely everything. Wonderful neighbourhood, we had an amazing stay in every way. Thank you very much indeed!

We really enjoyed our family vacation at Ambrosios place! The apartment is perfect for children as it has a crib, chair and baby bath and has space to run around. The bed was also big and comfortable and there is two bathrooms and all the amenities needed. If you come by car, it also has a garage. We really enjoyed the balcony and the neighborhood - there is play area in front great for children. We would recommend this and come again for sure!

El apartamento estaba limpio y aseado y coincidía con el anuncio. Vanessa contestaba rápido a cualquier duda y estuvo en todo momento pendiente de cualquier cosa. Repetiremos sin duda.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wohl gefühlt. Der Garagenparkplatz ist sehr praktisch! Die Nachbaren waren sehr freundlich. Sobald wir Hilfe benötigten oder Fragen hatten, wurde uns schnell und zuvorkommend von Bernardo und Carolina geholfen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Es gibt einen direkten Bus 112 in die Stadt Valencia, welcher auch häufig fährt. Ein Consum ist in der Nähe 10-20 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto ab ca. 5-10 min besuchbar. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und hat alle wichtigsten Sachen vorhanden, welche man gänig braucht.

Myself, my husband and 2 children (2 and 5) had a great family trip to Valencia with Nuria’s place being the perfect base. We visited the Bioparc, oceanographic, science museum, Gulliver’s park, old town and used the tourist bus! Not forgetting the beach every day! The accommodation was all that we needed for our quiet evenings as we were out the rest of the time. We all slept upstairs which was fine but older children/adults probably would prefer the proper bed downstairs rather than the sofa bed in the hallway.

We loved staying at Paloma’s apartment! Great location, comfortable, walkable to old town sites and lots of restaurants around. Across the street from the park, with beautiful sunrise views. Paloma, thank you - we hope to return!

Fernando is an exceptional host with warm reception, very responsive, and a wealth of tailored recommendations. The place was fun and cute outfitted with everything needed. The neighborhood is walkable to the beach and many great restaurants and spots to enjoy. Lovely experience!

Desde el primero momento, Laura fue súper amable y flexible. Nos dio muchísimas recomendaciones para poder ir al centro de la ciudad. Además, nos dejó un montón de cosas en el alojamiento para desayunar, picar y fruta, también toallas para el baño, gel, champú, etc A la hora de salir también nos dio muchísima flexibilidad de horarios y recomendaciones para comer un buen arroz. Una experiencia totalmente de 10!!

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft verbracht! Die Lage ist super. Es gibt ein nettes Café um die Ecke, einen tollen Spielplatz und das Meer ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Die Unterkunft sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Besonders toll hat uns gefallen, dass es auch ein paar Spielsachen gab. Wir haben auch problemlos Kinderbetten und -stühle bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit Espe war sehr wertschätzend und nett! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

L’appartement a été rénové avec goût, et bien équipé. Il y a bien assez d’armoires pour ranger les habits. Nous avons également apprécié le chauffage car le temps était anormalement froid et pluvieux. Eugenia a pensé à beaucoup de petits détails pratiques qui facilitent la vie, ce qui n’est pas souvent le cas dans les locations de vacances. Eugenia est très réactive en cas de problème. Par exemple, il y avait une panne d’électricité le jour de notre arrivée et elle a tout de suite organisé une réparation d’urgence, qui s’est faite le soir même! L’appartement est situé à quelques minutes de la plage et tout près des arrêts de bus et de métro pour aller directement au centre-ville. Il y a un grand supermarché à 10 minutes à pied et des épiceries et bazars à proximité. Le seul inconvénient qui nous a un peu dérangé c’est le manque de vue sur l’extérieur. Sinon, ayant loué beaucoup d’appartements dans ce quartier, je peux dire qu’il s’agit d’un logement de qualité.

Martinez’s place is amazing. Very well described and looked exactly like the photos. Loved that we had a supermarket directly opposite. Martinez was a great host, always answered messages quickly and gave us recommendations and very helpful and clear instructions on the public transport. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you Martinez for a great stay.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Besonders positiv war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Er hat uns vorab hilfreiche Informationen über die Gegend gesendet und war immer gut erreichbar. Wir konnten flexibel einchecken und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Lage ist super, wenn man eine Unterkunft nah gelegen am Strand sucht, gleichzeitig ist die Anbindung in die Innenstadt von Valencia gut. Auch diesbezüglich hat uns der Gastgeber hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, mit welcher Buslinie wir fahren können und wo wir günstige Busfahrkarten bekommen können. Der Aufenthalt mit Kind (3 Jahre) war auch sehr entspannt, durch die Spielmöglichkeiten im Komplex.

Desde el minuto uno Joaquin y Roberto estuvieron al 100% con nosotros. Nos ayudaron a transportar nuestros equipajes y cualquier duda que tuvimos nos la resolvieron. Estuvimos como en casa y seguramente volveremos a repetir pronto. El unico "inconveniente" que tuvimos fue que el wifi dejo de funcionar las ultimas 24h de la instancia, pero no fue un problema grave porque teniamos nuestros datos de internet en el telefono y se pudo solventar. Esta el piso muy bien equipado, no hace falta traer nada de casa. A lo mejor traerte la air fryer si la quieres usar pero el resto esta muy bien equipado. Lo recomiendo al 200% La zona en el mes de marzo esta muy tranquila pero seguro que en temporada de verano hay mucho mas ambiente. Este alojamiento no tiene parking pero justo a una calle hay un descampado con luces que está fenomenal para aparcar. Muchas gracias por todo.

We had a lovely stay at Gianina's apartment. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the host had provided some additional touches to make our stay easy and comfortable. There were welcome drinks of beer and prosecco in the fridge and some coffee. The soft cosy towels were an additional bonus and there was plenty of hot water to enjoy a good shower. The covered balcony was a good size and we enjoyed our breakfast here most mornings overlooking the pretty port. As the weather wasn't the best during our stay (more rain than we had expected) it was a nice place to return to and relax with the impressive entertainment system in the apartment. The apartment is in a good location with a supermarket and various restaurants on the door step. We chose to use the public transport which again is nearby. One bus will take you into Valencia with a 10 min walk into the old part of the city. This is a great place to stay for adults, away from the city. Would definitely recommend.

Eva es una anfitriona de 10. Ha Estado atenta en todo momento de que estuviéramos bien en su alojamiento, el cual está muy limpio y cuidado. Tiene todo al detalle y está al lado de la playa. Si volvemos no dudaremos en alojarnos allí. Recomendable 100x100!!!! En definitiva ha sido una estancia MARAVILLOSA.

The rental unit is a perfectly designed with pristine kitchen/bathroom (important for us), comfortable living area/bedroom and small outdoor balcony area with table. The building itself is very well kept up, with a guard for part of the day. The underground parking spot in the building itself is a big advantage for those with cars. Obviously, the choice is to be near the beach as opposed to in the middle of the action in Valencia - but the beach has its own vibe as you walk (e.g., ran across a fun volleyball tournament). Neighborhood is quiet at night and has typical amenities nearby- restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, etc. Finally, Emma (and Christina) were terrific hosts. Many thanks!

wat een fijne plek om te verblijven. alleen al het uitzicht! De twee terrassen zijn echt een plus! Verder is alles is huis aanwezig wat je nodig hebt om een fijn verblijf te hebben. de locatie is geweldig! vlakbij het strand, maar je bent ook zo in de stad. wij maakten gebruik van het openbaar vervoer, ideaal: bushalte zo ongeveer voor de deur. Wij vonden het echt een heerlijke plek om een week te verblijven!

Дуже вдячні за прийом! Чудове місце біля моря, з прекрасним краєвидом з балкону. Квартира перевершила наші очікування. Порекомендувала вже своїм друзям ці апартаменти 😊 ще раз дуже дякую 🫶🏼
