José Luis, muy amable y cercano nos dio instrucciones precisas, comunicación muy facil y rápida. como anécdota nos trajo una tele para la habitación ya había una en la sala y en todo momento nos preguntó cuando podía dejarla sin molestar. siempre mira por tu intimidad y comodidad un 10 como persona. en cuanto a la casa increíble, tiene todo lo que necesitas, funciona todo a la perfección tiene todo lo que pone en el anuncio y la zona de jardin y piscina un lujazo,piscina muy limpia y grande dos adultos con colchonetas XXL y sobraba piscina, vamos una maravilla de lugar, pasamos más tiempo dentro de la villa qu visitando sitios de lo bien que estuvimos. por supuesto si tenemos oportunidad volveremos sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias José Luis por darnos la oportunidad de disfrutar de tan fantástica villa

We stayed 3 nights with my family of 7 people. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area is really quiet and the position is great! Just a little walk to the center. The area offers great and authentic restaurants. The check in was smooth, Karina was great. The assistance also was reactive and we didn’t have any issue. Perfect for a group of people.

Borja is a wonderful host and he was extremely responsive during our entire day. The house feels very much like a home— it’s comfortable, well appointed and very relaxing. The beds are super cozy and the bedding is really nice. I absolutely LOVED the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. We stayed for an entire month, so it was nice to be able to unpack and be really organized. The location is great because it’s very close to the city, but it’s in a nice and quiet suburban neighborhood. We were able to walk our dogs and there are several parks close by. We’d love to come back and we definitely give this home a five star review.

We spent a week at Teresa’s place with our two children, aged 4 and 2, and we greatly appreciated Teresa’s kindness and helpfulness! The house is practical, located in a residential area about 20 minutes from Seville. Teresa kindly provided us with a small space heater, which was very much needed given the cold morning temperatures! It was winter, so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool (note: it doesn’t have a cover). The children loved the outdoor toys and picking lemons in the garden. Thank you so much, Teresa, for everything you did for us – the kids are still talking about you!

Rocio was excellent, very helpful & friendly. would love to return. The pool was a big win for our son. we really enjoyed our stay. Rocio went over & beyond to be helpful. totally recommend this place.

Alojamiento limpio, zona tranquila, cerca de Sevilla, con mucho espacio en el jardín y bien equipado. Yolanda estuvo siempre muy atenta en todo momento.

Notre séjour chez Isabel a été formidable, le plus bel air BNB que nous ayons fait ! le jardin est paisible, une oasis de fraîcheur au milieu de la chaleur de seville. la piscine et la terrasse sont très agréable, la maison est jolie, bien meublée et agréable à vivre. la literie est très bonne, et la maison reste fraîche quand il fait 34 degrés dehors. Isabel est une hôte très gentille, de part sa disponibilité et ses attentions, ainsi que son chien duque qui a été de bonne compagnie pour nous et notre chienne. il est facile de se garer dans la rue, et le bus est a quelques centaines de mètres, qui mène au métro rapidement. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement, que nous quittons à regrets.

I had a wonderful stay at Rafael’s place! Looks exactly like the photos and the family were very helpful and kind. No complaints whatsoever!! In terms of location, having a car would be really helpful but not needed. The bus and Uber’s are available but know it can sometimes take a while for an Uber. All in all def recommend if you’re looking to stay in outside of the tourist areas in a quiet neighborhood.

We loved staying in this beautiful home with our family. Great location and all you need to spend time exploring Seville. Lovely and quiet at night and a responsive host who made some great recommendations.

Manuel is a great host. He greeted us personally and showed us around the house. He also sent us a lot of recommendations beforehand and was always responsive. We had our 2-year old with us and he left us with baby tub and high chair. The house was big and clean and in a quiet residential neighborhood. We didn’t spend too much time in the town as we drove into Sevilla. Location was pretty convenient.

Nuestra estancia en la casa de Eduardo fue excelente. Viajamos dos adultos y cinco niños, y nos sentimos muy cómodos. La casa está súper equipada y perfecta para una familia. Es recomendable contar con coche para moverse con más comodidad al centro. Eduardo fue un gran anfitrión, siempre atento a que todo funcionara bien y tuvo el detalle de dejarnos juguetes para los niños. Muy recomendable!

Casa con mucho encanto, es dificil plasmar en palabras la magia que se siente al estar dentro y fuera tambien, la piscina maravillosa. Mucho gusto y cariño en cada rincon.

Ana's place was perfect for our trip to beautiful Sevilla. It was very central and it's position allowed us to walk easily around the whole city. There were lovely restaurants and shops on our doorstep and Ana gave us lots of recommendations. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a short stay. The roof terrace was an added bonus and was a little sanctuary in a busy city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you so much Ana.

Huis is een ouder maar mooi rijtjeshuis met twee verdiepingen in rustige wijk. Hartelijk ontvangen door de Co Host Veronica. Ze heeft ons veel nuttige tips gegeven mbt openbaar vervoer, horeca, ect. en veel tijd genomen om onze vragen te beantwoorden. Kreeg zelfs alle informatie tijdens het gesprek van haar via wats app doorgestuurd, erg praktisch. In alle drie slaapkamers waren de bedden super netjes en schoon opgemaakt, ondanks dat we maar 2 personen waren, hartstikke aardig. Er was koffie, thee, olie, specerijen, suiker en heerlijke verse sinaasappels op tafel. De twee kleinere slaapkamers liggen aan een drukkere straat en de grote naar voren en rustig. Gratis Vaste Parkeerplaats meteen voor de deur is goud waard. Grote supermarkt met goede bakker (bakker op zondag ook open) 5 minuten lopen. Het enige nadeel is in mijn ogen dat het huis (rijtjeshuis) gehorig is en je hoort de buren en hun hond. Maar dit neemt niet weg dat ik de accommodatie zeker zeer aan zou bevelen

Alles war super! Die Lage ist perfekt, um Sevilla zu Fuß zu erkunden – alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in kurzer Entfernung erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war sehr proaktiv und aufmerksam, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten. Klare Empfehlung!

todo mejor de lo que esperábamos, una casa amplia, limpia y mejor incluso que en fotos. Sin problemas para comunicarnos con los anfitriones, con instrucciones claras para entrar y salir. La casa muy equipada y el sitio perfecto. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias!

Stayed at Inma’s place for a week. Beautiful gardens, well looked after and so private. The pool is clean and good size. House is very spacious and clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good as next town is less than 5minutes by car. Inma is a very friendly and helpful host. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for peace and quiet, enjoy the silence and privacy.

Juan Manuel fue un huesped super atento y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier duda que tuviesemos. La casa era tal y como se anunciaba, con un monton de cosas que hacer y con un huesped que nos animaba a hacerlas. Nuestra estancia ha sido un autentico placer y esperamos volver mas veces!!

Our stay in Seville couldn’t have been better – this Airbnb was perfect! The location was ideal, close to several tapa bars and grocery stores. From here, we can take bus to the stunning Seville Cathedral, the lively Plaza de España, and all the beautiful, winding streets of the old town. Taxi ride is about 10 euros. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of life, yet the apartment itself was peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Fernando went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We were welcomed warmly and given so many great tips on local spots to check out, from authentic tapas bars to lesser-known gems that I would have missed otherwise. Communication was flawless – they were quick to respond and made me feel at home right away. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is beautiful with a pool.

Don’t know what to start with but here you go: location, property, communication was top quality!! We had our flight early in the morning and I forgot my luggage as I was in a hurry with the taxi waiting outside. When I got to the car I realised is something missing. I have texted into the chat before 5 in the morning without no expectation for someone to see it for obvious reasons 😅 however I had hope! I was extremely distressed because of the situation and didn’t knew what to do but I had to go to the airport with my friends. Few minutes after my text ,Mikel contacted me and I have explained what happened. He offered to go to the property, collect my backpack and bring it to the airport, all in less than 40 minutes. I cannot describe how relieved and overjoyed I felt as what Mikel did, is not something that someone usually does on a Sunday morning before 5:00.. The backpack had sweets & souvenirs for my children therefore Mikel brought joy for my daughters as well😊 Highly recommend
