Perfect for our week long stay!

chocolocos place was amazing! it was in a really good location, across from a super market! his place was so comfy and cozy! we really enjoyed ourselves! it was such a great time! would love to stay here again in the future! Definitely book. you will not regret it! He went out of his way to treat my boyfriend and I like family! Such great vibes!

My family needed a place to stay in San Juan for our summer vacation. Troy's place had everything we needed--covered secure parking, washer and dryer, multiple bathrooms, and most importantly, a location in the lowest-crime area in the San Juan area. There was plenty of room for the four of us (our kids are 22 and 20, so four adults), and the powerful air conditioning kept us nice and cool despite the sweltering weather.

It is a very clean & quiet apartment and has all utilities you need. Wilson is very responsive to my request and even recommends local restaurants and attractions. Building is away from beach, and better to have a car to get in and out.

This place was amazing, super cozy, private and easy to find. Yara Lee is an amazing host. I stay there for two nights because I had a Graduate School interview and wanted/needed a quiet place close to the school. Her apartment was perfect and the neighborhood was very quiet as well. Thank you so much for letting us stay there!

Had a lovely stay at this unit. Equipped with solar panels so I never had to worry about losing power and you are 10-15 minutes away from everything in the metro area. Groceries, bars, restaurants, parks, shopping centers and even a hospital all within walking distance. Hosts were extremely kind and responsive if you have any questions. The garden is beautiful and you even have local parrots you can enjoy nearby. 10 out of 10, would do it again!

Belisa was a wonderful host, she answered any questions we had within minutes. She provided us with fantastic amenities that we didn’t even think of to ask. If you’re thinking of going anywhere else I would say stop now and book her Airbnb it’s perfect for accommodating large groups even with smaller groups I’m certain they would love it. I would love to stay at this wonderful location again. Thank you again Belisa, you’ve helped make this trip quite memorable🫶🏽

Great stay, affordable, clean, many amenities and close to all local things to do and airport 10/10 highly recommend! The host handled all concerns quickly and made me feel at home while visiting family in PR!!!

Victor and Eileen’s place was beautiful, it felt like a relaxing retreat. Communication was great any time I had a question I had a response quick! They were both very nice and sweet, my family and I definitely had a great time here. The neighborhood feels safe and it is a great location not far from everything.

The Airbnb was in a great area, close to a lot of restaurants, the mall, and freeway. Lots of things to do around! The place was cozy and well equipped. Thanks so much for hosting me and family!

if we were in a budget that limited us to cooking vs buying meals then the kitchen utensils were not adequate. 2 blue plastic cups , 2 blue plastic plates perfect for children yes there were pots for cooking but no class in the kitchen wares no encouragement to cook no large knives for making a meal no large spoons

The Airbnb was just as what the description says. Close enough to the main attractions but also the peace of enjoying the outdoors. The Airbnb was also big enough to accommodate my group of 10 which was very nice. We enjoyed the place. Thank you!

Harold’s place was lovely and perfect for a special week in PR. The outdoor patio was a highlight and we so appreciated being able to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. Highly recommend!

Location & Value for Location! What a value! Leon’s place is clean, well organized & equipped with everything you’ll need. It’s located next to the Old San Juan hotel giving you access to amazing restaurants just a walking distance away. You walk out to the pool, a park and the beach right at your footsteps. There are Jet ski rentals on the beach, and a fun beach restaurant just 2 doors down to enjoy cocktails or a meal. There are beach chairs and umbrella rental available on the beach but no worries because Leon also provide chairs. We really loved this place and would love to return. Thanks Leon!

First time in Puerto Rico - everything was made smoother based on Dakota's responsiveness, location to beach, restaurants, car rental, etc. Condo staff was very good when needed. Full kitchen and very comfortable beds. Supermarkets are a bit of a walk but manageable. Great experience and look forward to my next visit.

Tania's place exceeded our expectations in every way! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with everything we needed within walking distance. We highly recommend Tania's place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience!

My family of 6 stayed in the Pent House and it was perfect! The building felt safe, people were kind. Direct access to the beach and the house had everything we needed for the beach! I have 3 small children and they loved it. Watching the waves and the sunrise were priceless! Tons of things walking distance.. , Walgreens, fast food, Asian food, pizza, not far from a lot most attractions. Can’t wait to come back!

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

This is a stunning, well-appointed apartment tucked into the heart of Old San Juan. You simply cannot beat the location. It was a luxurious space with ample room for 2 people. The kitchen was fully equipped, the master bedroom was very comfortable, and we also enjoyed the TV room and courtyard with water fountain. We would certainly stay here again.

Beatrice’s apartments are always the best to stay in. They are very comfy, in a great location and always clean and inviting. She has everything you need in the apt. If there is ever an issue, she answers back right away and takes care of the issue but we have never had any bad issues while staying in her apartments. We love staying at Mar Bella apts and looking out over the beach! Beautiful views! Another great stay vacation!

We had a really wonderful time here! Rufo was extremely helpful with local recommendations, communication, and instructions. The complex was excellent - the pool, the security, the cleanliness, the very convenient location. Rufo left us some bottled water in the fridge, a selection of sunscreen, and the use of pool toys and beach chairs. The futon was all set up to use as a bed. The little restaurant downstairs - El Batey - was amazing! Our 3-day stay was exactly what we needed, and I highly recommend Rufo and this unit. Thanks, Rufo!
