We had a fabulous stay! The place was clean and well stocked with basic kitchen cookware, including tupperware. Coffeemaker and blender and double toaster were all on the counter. The beds (all 3) were all in great shape - comfortable and clean. The couch bed and Murphy bed were very easy to set up. The facility itself is very clean and aesthetic. There are free old school video games downstairs and a foosball table. The sauna, steam room and gym are 24 hours and the hot tub and heated outdoor pool were open 8am - 10pm. It doesn't matter that there's no restaurant in the actual hotel, as it's in the Village so there are tons of food and entertainment options. The front desk was great with providing dining options and they also gave us a list of places that provide a discount.

Great home base for our weekend ski trip. Short drive up to Heavenly's parking lots and walkable to many spots around town and to the lake shore. The space was clean and homey.

Four perfect nights of amazing access to Heavenly and Lake Tahoe. Our studio condo was easy to check-in/out, the amenities were accessible, using Marriott is easy as can be. The location couldn't be better, everything from ski rentals to a coffee shop is at your door-step. The location truly made our stay extremely special a father/son ski vacation. My 13 year old and I are very grateful for your hospitality and cannot wait to visit again!

Everything was great. Beautiful unit in the perfect location. The little tv room was perfect make shift nursery for the weekend. We do wish the pool was heated, but everything else was great

Fantastic stay at Monte’s place! Strong heat in the winter, clubhouse with great community staff - hot tub, ping pong, and pool in the summer. Washer/dryer and full kitchen with essentials was great. TV with a boomin’ Sonos speaker too! The electric cooktop was uneven on some burners which caused some delays with cooking. We moved this neighborhood which was so close to Stateline. We easily found Ubers back and forth when we needed them.

Our stay at Jordan’s place was absolutely fantastic! It’s a perfect spot for two people – cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The space had everything we needed, and we loved all the unique touches that made it feel special. From the comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen, everything was top-notch. The location was also ideal – quiet enough for relaxation but still close to local attractions. Jordan was a wonderful host, providing clear communication and helpful tips to enhance our stay. If you’re looking for a charming and comfortable place for two, this is it! We would definitely stay here again.

Very easy check in. Beautiful views from the condo. Had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, couch not so much. There is only one ceiling fan above the dining room table and one floor fan so if you need fans in the bedrooms bring them. We did and it helps since there is not any a/c. We opened all of the windows and by the evening time it was like an a/c blowing through the condo which made it really nice. Had a great time!

Folks- this place was unbelievable!!! The condo has a wonderful living space, the kitchen was very nice (high end appliances, pans, knives, plates, etc), bedrooms and bathrooms very welcoming and elegant, everything was clean and the little details were all there. The location to Heavenly gondola was fabulous, loved being right in town, hot tub was so nice after a day on the slopes and Zalanta building is wonderful with lots of amenities. Travis has been very responsive and accommodating and we’d definitely come back to his place. Our week was filled with great snow, an amazing home, wonderful meals at the condo out to eat and memories for a lifetime. Thank you Travis for your hospitality and going over and beyond. Emily

Wonderful, clean and extremely convenient spot. The unit fit the 6 (2 kids) of us comfortably. Dorothy was helpful and communicated well. The unit overlooks the pool at the Marriott Grand Residence but very quiet; the location is central to everything you want to do in Lake Tahoe. The only thing to remember is that the cleaning fee is not included in Dorothy's price but is an additional charge of about $145 by the Hotel; add that fee on to get complete cost of the unit per night. Still a good price and value for a beautiful condo. We really enjoyed our stay!

House was perfectly located within 5 minutes of skiing and casino's. Quiet street, parking in driveway, beautiful fenced in yard perfect for our dogs to run around in the snow!!! House was very clean and Don was very responsive to any questions we had. We brought our entire family up over the Holidays and Don was kind enough to put up a tree for us and left us ornaments so we can decorate for the Christmas Holiday. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely book again for next year!

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb and it was wonderful! The place was so cozy, nicely decorated, and stocked with what we needed. Jennifer was very quick to respond to any questions and gave very clear instructions. This location was perfect for our trip to Heavenly and had so many things nearby. Our group absolutely loved it, especially the location. We loved going down to the dock on the lake and the hot tub after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home. Very welcoming and responsive host. The home looks just like the photos and is great for a small family with kids, plenty to do. Had a wonderful time would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin for my dad’s 60th birthday! The space was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The game room, fireplace, and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing, and we loved having sledding equipment available. The kitchen was impressively stocked with plenty of plates, utensils, and cookware, making it easy to prepare homemade meals. The fire alarm was a bit sensitive and went off a few times, but that was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic stay. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing trip!

Reasonably priced in a great location. The house itself was in decent condition (dated but comfortable). Kitchen was stocked with most things 2 families would need (we cooked most of our meals during our stay). The location was conveniently located near plenty of hiking trails and the lake. 20-25 minute drive to Palisades. Overall the house provided a great place for 2 families to spend time together at an affordable price.
