Irina’s Tahoe Home was perfect for our trip! Spacious and has everything! The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfy, coxy, clean. In a quite neighborhood and bigger in the inside! Didnt have to worry about anybody tripping over one another because there is plenty of space to spread out. Easy to find things and great for a pretty sizable group to make dinner and play cards without being squeezed together!

Great place with very accommodating hosts. It’s bigger than you might think from the pictures and tucked away in very peaceful surroundings. Will definitely keep this place in mind in the future when heading out in that direction.

Such a wonderful stay! This was the best air b n b we have stayed in. The house was very clean upon our arrival and fully stocked with all the things you don’t want to run out of such as towels, TP, dishes, etc. There were even things you don’t always see in a rental such as aluminum foil, plenty of cooking ware, sandwich bags, etc. Hauserman was excellent at communicating with us! A winter storm had blown in right before our arrival and we were so worried that the roads were impassable. The Hauserman group was so wonderful by checking all the highway cameras and local weather to ensure we could arrive safely. Check in, check out and rules were clear and easy to understand. The location was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here!

Eric’s place was really beautiful. From the family room and deck, where the hot tube sits, is a beautiful view of the mountains and a bit of the lake. Just a 7 min drive to one of the Heavenly lift points and not much further to restaurants and shopping. We had four adults and one baby. They provided a pack n play for the baby, which was so helpful! The fireplace was super cozy and we felt right at home in every room.

We loved the Tahoe house! A perfect spot to share with another family with amazing amenities. Janel and Kevin were fabulous hosts and provided a cozy comfortable space with great amenities. The space was perfect for two families, we cooked dinner and all had plenty of space. My kids loved the thoughtful touches for the young crew and us adults were grateful for the comfortable beds and linens. They’ve done a wonderful job of making their home feel cozy and inviting. Thanks for a memorable stay!

The home has an old world charm but not lacking any amenities. We enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed. Kitty was responsive to any questions we had, such as the set up of the home. This was helpful to plan where each member of our party would sleep before arrival as we did not arrive on the same day.

It’s a nice place to stay in winter. Location is close to California lodge parking. The house is clean and spacious, has everything you need for a short stay. The heating system works well and without any noise (which was a problem in a few other places I stayed in the area before). Edrene was always available to answer our questions.

Great location. Walkable to stagecoach lift especially if snowboarding. It’s a bit of a long hike if you are in ski boots. We like to get an early start so we actually just drove up and parked at stagecoach. The place was spotless and very well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches. Mykal even gave us an early bird check in without us asking. To ski rental places are close by. Fox and hound restaurant which is very good is easily walkable. Overall, I would highly recommend Michael’s place.

This is a great home ! My first stay with Ashley and I would stay here again. The home was exactly as in the photos, it was clean, well stocked, and centrally located to everything I needed to do while in town. Ashley's check in is easy, the door entry very simple operate and there was an instruction book that answered all my questions. Ashley was quick to respond to me when I had a question which I really appreciate. This is a comfortable home, the bed was comfy, the sheets were clean, plenty of seating, and the TVs were easy to operate.

this place was oerfect for my family snowboarding trip. shamus booked us and got us into the room in just a few hours as this was a last minute booking. walkable to stagecoach lift was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here with our daughter, son-in-law and baby. Felt very clean even for crawling baby. Loved the gas fireplace! Walking distance to Stagecoach lift. Enjoyed our stay!

Omar was extremely responsive and helpful. He lets us park our cars early and gave us lots of recommendations. The house has very spacious bedrooms and it was quiet. The view from the deck is spectacular.

We came for the week to ski and this was perfect for the three of us. Ski in/Ski out must mean different things to different people, we weren't able to do that. If it had snowed when we were here, perhaps that would have been possible. We drove to the parking lot nearby, VERY nearby and that worked for us. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen was sufficient, and the unit was well stocked with extra blankets and supplies. Loved the boot/glove dryer!

Kevins place is great. The common spaces are clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the equipment is looked after. The bathrooms are spotless. Its walking distance to heavenly and downtown. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Eric and Lisa’s home. I’m a host myself and was really impressed with the amenities. I didn’t think anyone can outdo me but i think I met my match… hope to visit again soon!

This is a beautiful house in Pollock Pines. We were two families with a couple of toddlers. The house has a lot of room for them to spend their energy and offered a lot of activities to play and engage with. The kids room with books and bunk beds was a hit. After Skiing during day time, we loved spending the evening in the living room around the fire. Nicole is a very proactive host and took great care of us during our stay. We recommend this place.

First, Jen was very kind and generous in helping me to reschedule my stay when my kids got sick. This place is exactly as described in the listing, and it was perfect for a quick snowboarding getaway for two. Jen was a very responsive host with excellent recommendations--Basecamp Pizza was delicious! I loved the peaceful neighborhood and location, which was close enough to the busier parts of Tahoe for us to drive 10-15 minutes to Heavenly, while being removed from the touristy casinos (not my thing). The hot tub literally three feet from the door after a day on the mountain was as good as it gets! About 35 minutes to Kirkwood was clutch as well. When I come back to Tahoe, I will definitely come back here.

It was a great place to stay. The instructions are clear! I especially admire that Donna prepared a lot of stuff that was not defaultly included. Cookware, spices, cleaning tools and even instant noodles and popcorns!

Great cabin in a quiet developed neighborhood. Maybe seems small at first but is actually quite spacious and plenty of room with the 3 bedrooms and extra room. Very well appointed for everything you need for the stay, for games, and for cooking, and a very good collection of hot sauces. Great access to Tahoe's lovely west shore. I tried some gravel riding on the Rubicon and in Sugar Pine - there's a lot here to explore. Once I figured it out with Scott's responsive help, the Sauna was great. The sauna in the snow after a day skiing would be a real treat!

Our stay at Tom and Patti’s place was fantastic! They are great communicators and made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. There were even homemade brownies in the kitchen! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Our pups loved playing in the snow in the backyard. After hikes and sledding, it was so nice coming back home to enjoy a cozy dinner while watching the snow fall. We would love to stay again!

This place was perfect for what we were looking for. We had a large group of 13 and used both units. We all fit comfortably. The shuttle stop for ski access is about 300 yards from the place to stagecoach lift and only 25 yards to go the other way toward the village.

We had a great and memorable stay. The place had many amenities that I have t really seen in other Tahoe AirBnBs. We went for a day of snowboarding. And it is super pleasant to come back to a place with heated floors, a sauna, a massage chair, and much more. The massage chair is very underrated as well. The location is about 1/2 a block to Ski Run Blvd. So it is very much walking distance to restaurants. The place was extremely clean as well. Also the selections of furniture and appliances show that the host really cares about the place.
