Great airbnb. Beautiful and cozy!

They accepted our stay with very short notice (within 3 hours of arriving) which was a load off my shoulders. When we arrived at the house it was absolutely beautiful and a very quiet neighborhood The décor was not only beautiful but very functional. It was very spacious and extremely clean. Wonderful backyard and board games galore.. they even had a Christmas tree up with the lights on for us in the large front window it was very welcoming. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this place to anyone needed accommodation. Clean, safe area, very comfy beds, nice host. If you’re considering staying here just do it, you won’t regret it. Will stay again if I ever find myself in Sacramento area again

Really great stay at Casa Natomas. We had an event nearby and wanted to gather the family and pups. Alejandra was very gracious and great with communication. Nice, safe residential neighborhood with park nearby. Clean and new home was perfect for us to unwind after a busy day after our event. Thank you, Alejandra!!! Karyn and Family

We were very grateful to find the rental exactly as described. Plenty of space to spread out and a beautiful kitchen with everything we needed.

We had a nice stay with another couple and two dogs. Jacque left us cute notes and treats/beds for the dogs. Everything was well thought out and very comfortable. Would consider staying again if it was a little less expensive and closer to the snow!

Excellent location, excellent hosts, fantastic accommodation. This is the type of place you hope every stay will be like on Airbnb. We had everything we needed. They created a whole experience thoughtful in design and offered above and beyond service. Water and bubbles when you arrive. The kitchenette has everything you'll need down to the honey for your tea. Every toiletry you'd need in the bathroom including cotton rounds, travel Tylenol, and even feminine products and makeup remover towel. There's ear plugs, local recommendations guide and even postcard for you to write home! The backyard is beautiful and they give you free range. It's safe and secure, well lit, and it's perfect if you have a furry friend. Laundry was also located on the premise although I didn't have a need. The living space is modern and updated. 10/10 recommend and will be back!

Anastasiya's place was fabulous. There were 3 of us traveling for work and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen, veranda, and family room were all great places to hang out. Loved the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked so we cooked in quite a bit. Everything was perfect! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing stay! The cabin was spotless, beautifully designed, and so cozy. The highlight was definitely the stunning view from the living area—huge glass windows made it feel like we were right in nature. Everything was well-maintained, and the place had a warm, inviting feel. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Definitely an architectural Oasis! Olga was friendly and there to greet us when we arrived. A very walkable and comfortable neighborhood. Our favorite Sacramento restaurant, Danielle's Creperie, was a short 2 block walk away.

We had a great stay, with two families and really enjoyed this cabin, which was exactly as pictured, every square inch of space was used well The bar around the kitchen was great for adults to hang out while someone was cooking. Our two boys loved sleeping in the loft upstairs and built an epic pillow fort around the reading nook. We hadn't realized that the downstairs bathroom was not only ensuite from one king bedroom, but also a 'Jack and Jill' setup from the other hallway with queen and king. That was a pleasant surprise because that meant no one had to climb the stairs to use their bathroom! All in all a great stay -- definitely enough room for 2-3 couples, with 4 twin beds in the loft upstairs for kids.

Lindsay provided us with a perfect place to rest our head's. Especially after the long drive and birth of our grandbaby (all in the same day). Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Thank you Suz for the great stay! The location was cozy, dog friendly, and in a great location for visiting family in Folsom. Suz went out of her way to decorate for the holidays for guests and was friendly and proactive. We appreciated the large dining table, games, and amenities.

Wife and I checked in at 4 as directed and found the place clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Kindling and wood was pre-prepped making it easy to start a fire in the wood stove to get the place warmed up. Didn’t take long. The hot tub was super clean..looked brand new. Very conveniently located on the deck and easy to get in and out. Very much appreciated. We stayed for 4 nights and made several trips up to the ski area..about a 20 minute drive. Neighborhood was very quiet. Will use this place again.

We really enjoyed our stay here — it was a perfect getaway for our family of 4 + dog. The house is comfortable, clean, and has what you would expect for basic needs. We loved the big, fenced backyard which our kids and dog loved to play in. We also had nice evenings cooking dinner and sitting on the big couch watching movies — a perfect option when it snowed all day. Madison was incredibly responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend staying here and would love to return.

Great cottage close to kirkwood. Host was responsive and the place was well stacked with firewood. Would stay again. Driveway is a bit steep so be careful if its icy out
