La casa estaba impecable y con todo necesario. Pasamos dos días perfectos desconectando y relajadas. Beatriz muy amable y disponible en todo momento. Nos permitió salir más tarde de la hora prevista. Repetiría mil veces !

El alojamiento es tal cual aparece en el anuncio, si bien diría que mejor en la realidad. Muy limpio. Buenas vistas. Tranquilo. Decorado muy bonito y con detalles, menaje y detalle de bienvenida. Totalmente recomendable.

La comunicación con Eduardo fue muy rápida y ágil desde el momento de la reserva. Nos ha gustado muchísimo, repetiremos sin duda

Fantastic location in a beautiful setting, the house is homely and comfortable with some lovely pieces of art on display, the location is fantastic with great restaurants within the local area, the beaches are within easy reach. A really enjoyable place to stay with lots to do and located that allows visiting some of the areas fabulous locations, the cities of Cartagena and Murcia are a must to visit.

Todo lo hicieron muy sencillo Julián y su esposa. No tuvimos ningún problema. La casa preciosa y una vistas privilegiadas. Si volvemos a la manga será ahí sin duda.

L’allotjament es exactament com a les fots, l’unic que hem trobat a faltar a sigut el forn de la cuina! Ens hem sentit com a casa, molt acollidora i molt neta! La terrassa espectacular! Laura encantadora i molt bona comunicació! Si tornem a Santa Pola, tornarem a aquesta casa!

в сентябре 2024 года были в Испании, в Сан Педро Дель пинатр мы второй раз, но в этот раз очень удачно нашли апартаменты у хозяйки Remedios. апартаменты отличные, чисто, удобно, всё для проживания есть . Хозяйка даже организовала нам трансфер с аэропорта и обратно. нам очень всё понравилось, если приедем ещё, то только эти апартаменты будем снимать.

This villa was a perfect location for the beach, shops and reataurants

We had an amazing trip as a family of 5. The location was perfect, we rented a car to get around and used the car parking space. The community was safe and secure. The pool was beautiful. The Villa was clean, comfortable and felt like a home from home with access to all apps via the tv and a great kitchen / dining area set-up. Restaurants, supermarket and beach were within easy reach. Check-in and out process was easy and smooth with host meeting us on arrival to show us around. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

We had a 12 das stay at the Villa, check in and check out was Very easy, we always had someone to Talk to if we would need something, great Villa Very nice Looking and clean, the area is chill we really enjoyed it and hope to visit again. Greetings from Germany

We chose Eduardo's place for a recent family holiday, my wife & I, our youngest daughter and my wife's elderly parents. The accommodation was perfect for all of us from ground floor, accessible shower, sleeping facilities, close to many amenities like restaurants, shopping plaza, local shops etc... Eduardo was very responsive throughout from prior to arrival, during and after, often checking proactively if all was ok and any assistance or help needed. I would definitely recommend Eduardo's accommodation for any family looking to spend time in Playa Flamenca / La Florida area in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Nicola and Pierre’s house. The place was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. We particularly liked the outside spaces and the outside kitchen. Their villa is the closest to the swimming pool which was great for the kids but not the most private. They had left toys for the beach and pool which was great. Nicola was very helpful with recommendations of the area and she booked us a taxi from the airport, nothing seemed too much. We would definitely her place. Thank you for a lovely stay x

Sehr schönes Reihenhaus. Super Lage.

We had a fabulous stay! Very spacious, clean modern house with fantastic views to the sea. So many places to sit, relax, read and have a drink as the sun goes down. The pool is bigger than it looks on the photos and creates a very relaxing and private space. Cristin was so attentive and helpful both before and during our stay. And Denise gave us a warm welcome and a useful tour of the house and information about the local area. We took a taxi from Alicante airport and walked to the supermarket, beach and local restaurants. We now need to find a time to come back!

Un sitio acogedor,limpio. Todo genial. Nos fuimos con ganas de volver.el bungalow muy bien cuidado con todo lo que necesitas. El dueño superrrr amable,comunicativo,... Vamossss no tengo palabras de agradecimiento.. Repetiremos seguro.. 100% recomendable

Ana fue un anfitrión increíble. Nos recibió con una cálida bienvenida y estuvo siempre disponible para responder a nuestras preguntas. Su amabilidad hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa, el sitio era cómodo y tenía todo lo necesario. Lo único a mejorar sería el calor en la planta de arriba, sobre todo durante las noches. Nuestra estancia ha sido estupenda. Maribel es muy amable, no nos ha faltado de nada. El apartamento es muy amplio, ideal para un grupo numeroso, con zonas comunes muy cómodas. Es una zona familiar y tranquila, a menos de un minuto de la playa. Muy bien conectada, para hacer turismo por Murcia y Alicante. Repetiremos :)

We had a very nice stay at Jolandas place. She was waiting for us to check us in and her partner came to check us out before leaving the place. The house was well equiped and meticulously tidy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood area. I would recommend this place for adults more than families with little children. The common swimming pool was just a few minutes walk away and we enjoyed it a lot. The water was warm, there was also a smaller pool for little kids. The garden area is beatiful and there is a kiosk. The beach is a walking distance away but the road is busy. Note that you need a car to get anywhere.

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung mit viel Platz und guter Ausstattung. Wunderschöne Aussicht aus allen Zimmern, 2 Gehminuten zum Strand. Ana ist eine sehr nette und freundliche Person. Sie hat immer schell auf die Nachrichten reagiert. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft von Ana.
