We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

We LOVED our stay at the BIG HOUSE! Kitchen was well equipped for making a quick meal, baby crib was set up upon arrival with fresh linens and firm mattress. They ever had a towel rolled up on the baby bed (so cute). The space was very spacious - lots of room for some morning stretches and movement. Sauna was a huge bonus on the colder rainy days in March. We could have stayed longer if it was available. The nearby beach is absolutely stunning even on a cold sunny day. Thank-you for your fantastic hospitality!

Het huis was een fijne uitvalsbasis voor onze Fallas vakantie. Alexandra is zeer makkelijk benaderbaar en denkt heel fijn met je mee 😉. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

L’appartement a été rénové avec goût, et bien équipé. Il y a bien assez d’armoires pour ranger les habits. Nous avons également apprécié le chauffage car le temps était anormalement froid et pluvieux. Eugenia a pensé à beaucoup de petits détails pratiques qui facilitent la vie, ce qui n’est pas souvent le cas dans les locations de vacances. Eugenia est très réactive en cas de problème. Par exemple, il y avait une panne d’électricité le jour de notre arrivée et elle a tout de suite organisé une réparation d’urgence, qui s’est faite le soir même! L’appartement est situé à quelques minutes de la plage et tout près des arrêts de bus et de métro pour aller directement au centre-ville. Il y a un grand supermarché à 10 minutes à pied et des épiceries et bazars à proximité. Le seul inconvénient qui nous a un peu dérangé c’est le manque de vue sur l’extérieur. Sinon, ayant loué beaucoup d’appartements dans ce quartier, je peux dire qu’il s’agit d’un logement de qualité.

Carmen è un host eccellente, comunicazioni chiare e precise ed amichevoli. Appartamento molto accogliente, luminoso e provvisto di tutto. A livello logistico si trova in una posizione strategica, in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro oppure al Museo della Scienza. Se non si ha voglia di camminare, a 5 minuti c'è la fermata della metro che si allaccia a tutta la linea metropolita. Consigliatissimo

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

This clean apartment is in a very central location in the most touristy area by the central market and main square. Perfect for a first time visitor to Valencia. While it maybe has less character and grit than other neighborhoods, it does mean more bars and restaurants are open at all hours (translation: most places don’t take siesta so you can enjoy them at all hours of the day and night … which is convenient if you have jet-lag and are not existing on Spanish time). I should also mention the cute balcony and the strong hot shower.

Het appartement bevindt zich dichtbij zee. De binnenstad is goed bereikbaar met de bus en met de fiets. Het appartement is groot met 3 goede slaapkamers, 2 wc's, 2 douches, grote woonkamer, een mooi balkon met de ochtendzon. het was ook brandschoon. de hal van het gebouw is ook heel netjes. We konden gebruik maken van allerlei handige zaken in huis, zeep, voldoende handdoeken, brood, koffie: heel fijn! er is een vaatwasser en een wasmachine. we hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Een heel mooi en ruim appartement, centraal gelegen in een levendige buurt. Leuke attentie bij het aankomen. Wij voelden ons er meteen thuis. Lucie was steeds ter onze beschikking en reageerde zeer snel. Aanrader!

We had a great time in Valencia and Jordi’s apartment is in a great location. The apartment is basic but comfortable and perfectly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the shower nice and hot.

100% recomendable, de hecho hemos ampliado varias veces la reserva.

Great place to stay, clean, cosy, with big terrace. We had everything we needed. Central location, but on a quiet street.

We really enjoyed our family vacation at Ambrosios place! The apartment is perfect for children as it has a crib, chair and baby bath and has space to run around. The bed was also big and comfortable and there is two bathrooms and all the amenities needed. If you come by car, it also has a garage. We really enjoyed the balcony and the neighborhood - there is play area in front great for children. We would recommend this and come again for sure!

Het was een fijn verblijf in het appartement. Alles was schoon en netjes en we voelden ons thuis. Super uitzicht, met als verrassing prachtig vuurwerk op de dag van aankomst. Wij hebben alles lopend en op de fiets gedaan, maar er is ook openbaar vervoer dichtbij. Voldoende aanbod van restaurants en supermarkt in de buurt, je hoeft hiervoor niet altijd naar het (oude) centrum. Toen de batterijen van de tv leeg waren, regelde Sergio dit nog dezelfde dag.

We often choose for an AIRBNB option in the local area. And this location was again a very good choice. A very nice appartment with rooftop with everything you need for a citytrip in Valencia. From the airport easily accessible via metro in neighborhood. And also the citycentre is easy to walk on (and other interesting things by metro). Follow the instructions for nice restaurants; we had good experiences by picking some of them. And host Sandon was very communicative when we had questions (before and during our stay). So we look back on a very nice period in Valencia.

We zijn in Valencia geweest om de Fallas mee te maken. Het was geweldig, ondanks het slechte weer. Het centrum is goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. Met de Fallas heb je wel afwijkende reistijden maar de taxi’s zijn niet duur en goed. Mocht je van het strand houden (zijn wij niet geweest in maart), dat ligt allemaal op loopafstand. Er is een conciërge bij de ingang en het complex maakt een opgeruimde indruk. Het appartement bevindt zich op de 5e etage en is goed bereikbaar met een lift. Appartementen zijn altijd wel wat gehorig, maar daar hebben we nauwelijks last van gehad. Ook heb je een parkeerplek in de ondergrondse garage, heel handig. Al met al hebben we, ondanks het mindere weer, genoten in Valencia

We had a lovely stay at Gianina's apartment. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the host had provided some additional touches to make our stay easy and comfortable. There were welcome drinks of beer and prosecco in the fridge and some coffee. The soft cosy towels were an additional bonus and there was plenty of hot water to enjoy a good shower. The covered balcony was a good size and we enjoyed our breakfast here most mornings overlooking the pretty port. As the weather wasn't the best during our stay (more rain than we had expected) it was a nice place to return to and relax with the impressive entertainment system in the apartment. The apartment is in a good location with a supermarket and various restaurants on the door step. We chose to use the public transport which again is nearby. One bus will take you into Valencia with a 10 min walk into the old part of the city. This is a great place to stay for adults, away from the city. Would definitely recommend.

Het appartement was helemaal wat de advertentie beloofde. Super mooi en proper. De host, Wilfried, is zeer aanspreekbaar en behulpzaam. We hadden een fantastische vakantie, voor herhaling vatbaar.

The rental unit is a perfectly designed with pristine kitchen/bathroom (important for us), comfortable living area/bedroom and small outdoor balcony area with table. The building itself is very well kept up, with a guard for part of the day. The underground parking spot in the building itself is a big advantage for those with cars. Obviously, the choice is to be near the beach as opposed to in the middle of the action in Valencia - but the beach has its own vibe as you walk (e.g., ran across a fun volleyball tournament). Neighborhood is quiet at night and has typical amenities nearby- restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, etc. Finally, Emma (and Christina) were terrific hosts. Many thanks!

Eva es una anfitriona de 10. Ha Estado atenta en todo momento de que estuviéramos bien en su alojamiento, el cual está muy limpio y cuidado. Tiene todo al detalle y está al lado de la playa. Si volvemos no dudaremos en alojarnos allí. Recomendable 100x100!!!! En definitiva ha sido una estancia MARAVILLOSA.

Together with my husband and our 3 year old daughter we visited Alboraya and stayed at Jose Luis's place. It was well equipped, it had everything in good condition and was very clean and beautiful. Jose Luis even prepared a travel cot and toys to play in the sand for our daughter! The apartment is close to the beach and the neighbourhood is peaceful. Jose Luis greeted us when we arrived and provided us with instructions. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place especially for families with children!

Toni molto ospitale e simpatico e ci ha saputo dare tutte le indicazioni che ci servivano per i giorni di Falla. La casa molto bella e puoi raggiungere il centro in mezz'ora, consigliatissima!
