Lucas's apartment was a perfect place to spend 3 weeks for me and my friend. I was there to ride my bicycle, so the location was perfect to just hop on the bike and get moving. The amenities and comfort of the apartment were great. The kitchen was amazing, with all kinds of devices for prep, cooking and storage. There aren't enough superlatives to describe how happy I was with my stay at this apartment and in Rionegro in general.

Pasamos unos lindos días con mi familia en el apto de Juan Camilo La ubicación nos encanta cerca a Centros Comerciales , restaurantes o si deseas conocer los hermosos municipios cercanos es genial. Gracias por la amabilidad y estar dispuestos siempre a contestar nuestras inquietudes. Don Carlos en la portería es sumamente amable, a las otras dos Señoritas les falta algo de tacto y colaboración en el momento del check in. Sería de gran ayuda encontrar algo de productos básicos ( sal, azúcar,café)para hacer un café a nuestra llegada, llegamos tarde y estaba lloviendo, sabemos que no es obligación pero lo valoramos mucho. El apartamento bien dotado de mantas, toallas,básicos de aseo ,artículos de cocina y electrodomésticos ,lavadora, Lo recomendamos 💯 % Gracias Juan Camilo por hacernos sentir muy cómodos.

Andrea's apartment was perfect for 2 people who want to stay near the airport. There are plenty of places a short drive away. Her place is well kept in a nice building.

Great place, great location, the place is exactly as advertise! Personally the only inconvenient point is that the community has amenities that are not accessible to the Airbnb renters, this was made clear from the beggining and I appreciate the transparency, I did not mind this because my brother lives on one of the tower so we did get access to the pools and the other areas.

Desde el inicio, apenas hicimos la reserva, fueron muy amables y así hasta el final. Siempre respondieron rápidamente y el lugar estaba impecable, muy organizado e igual que las fotos. La ubicación es muy buena para llegar a los restaurantes y discotecas, regresaríamos sin duda!

This may sound cliche, but! Our stay here was everything! Location: central to everything. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. The house itself: We were just so at home here. So much thought went into this home - the layout, the decor (BEAUTIFUL cultural artwork and woodwork), the amenities, the extra considerations. Looking out at the backyard - the essence of peace! Staff: lovely, very kind and thoughtful - host, staff, everyone. Very communicative and easy to communicate with. It's only been a few days, and we miss it already.

Excelente alojamiento, vale la pena cada peso gastado, cómodo y muy amable el Sr Kiel, increíble vista desde la casa desde las habitaciones y el jacuzzi lo máximo, volveré!

El lugar coincide exactamente con las fotos, el anfitrión muy servicial y atento a nuestras inquietudes previas al viaje y Gustavo la persona encargada de la casa, siempre estuvo muy atento a nuestra llegada y salida.

Loved staying here! Big, well-planted yard is incredibly beautiful, especially at night when all the lights turn on the trees around the property. Private jacuzzi was amazing and clean. House is big enough for 4 people comfortably or 2 couples. My husband and I brought our 2 dogs with us and they had the time of their life! So much grass to run around on and the property is full enclosed and private. Cons: Wifi could be a bit spotty as we also worked from here - House is very comfortable to work at as well which made it the wifi not so bad to deal with. The property is close to the highway so the highway noise was a bummer but it wasn't too bad, just sounded like background noise after a while. There is also a building being built right behind the house. If you rent on a weekend, there is no one there working there except on Saturday for a bit. Hosts are SO amazing! Lovely people and very communicative. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful spot. My family (2 adults and 3 children) had a wonderful stay. Mona the dog was a highlight for the kiddos. They also enjoyed playing down by the water. Thanks for hosting us!

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Spotless spaces, beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was clear and responsive. Great location close to a lot of places yet peaceful and relaxing. The garden it's amazingly designed. We felt like home. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

This place is amazing 10/10. It’s a 3 minute walk to the marina for jet skis and wakeboarding. It overlooks the lake. It has an outdoor fire place, grill and sauna. The jacuzzi on the deck is amazing. So relaxing! When I posted videos online, 5 people asked me to send them the listing so they could also book it. Highly recommend I’ll be back!! Thanks!!

Tolle Wohnung, genau wie beschrieben. Es fehlt an nichts. Gemütliches Ambiente. Vor allem der private Aussenbereich mit Jacuzzi ist toll! Tolle Gastgeber, Kommunikation sehr gut, alles unkompliziert, wie es sein soll. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen, eine der besten Unterkünfte für mich in Medellín!

The view was absolutely magnificent - location was very walkable to Provenza (for breakfast, lunch, and/or going out). Because we stayed with a group, it was also nice to have a code to be let into the apartment, so that we didn’t have to pass one key back and forth.

Juan Carlos is a great host, very helpful and responsive. it was very easy to access the apartment. everything matched the pictures and plenty of the necessary materials- towels, bedding/ pillows, toiletries, kitchen accessories. highly recommend for your next stay in Poblado!!

I have been to Medellin several times. This is by far best space for one person. You have a full kitchen, a whole office with printer, washer and dryer, king size bed, great bathroom and a walk in closet. Location is very nice. 2 dollar uber to provenza and Parques Lleras. Amenities are nice as well. Rooftop pool and gym

What a perfect spot to explore Medellín, and an incredible view. It’s the perfect walking distance from the hustle and bustle in an incredibly designed building. Loved it!

Conrad was an excellent host! He made check-in incredibly easy and seamless. His place is in a great location with incredible views. My wife and i enjoyed slow mornings in Medellin on the balcony with coffee and a book. Conrad's place was spacious, clean, and well furnished. He even provided some light snack in the condo. I will certainly stay here again
