Gazda a fost foarte receptivă, a fost acolo la ora întâlnirii, totul a fost impecabil în casa. Aveai tot ce ai nevoie, chiar și un cărucior de cumpărături și în bucătărie toate ustensilele de care ai nevoie pentru gătit. Aproape multe restaurante , stație de autobuz, plaja, tot ce ai nevoie pentru un concediu reușit. M-am simțit bine și probabil vom mai reveni.

Enrique là một chủ nhà rất thân thiện. Cô ấy luôn phản hồi nhanh chóng các thông tin cần thiết. Tuy nhiên, việc tìm chỗ đậu xe khá khó khăn với chúng tôi. Các chỗ đậu xe xung quanh gần như luôn luôn đầy. Nếu bạn đi lại bằng phương tiện giao thông công cộng thì đây là sự lựa chọn tuyệt vời hơn bao giờ hết.

Très beau logement avec grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Super bien équipé et surtout très propre. Nous avons y passé une semaine fin juillet, et sûr ; nous reviendrons.

Der Aufenthalt bei Joan war klasse! Das Apartment ist wunderschön! Die Lage ist erstklassig! Bus in die Innenstadt liegt auch quasi vor der Tür. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Der Beach Club hat uns gar nicht gestört. Im Schlafzimmer hat man überhaupt nichts mitgekriegt. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit einem 9 Monate alten Baby da. Joan hat ein Baby-Bett bereitgestellt, obwohl wir gar nicht danach gefragt hatten. Das war sehr aufmerksam! Vielen Dank, lieber Joan! Es war ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank Joan!

Я в восторге от балкона и видов. Это было лучше, чем я ожидала. Апартаменты уютные, чистые, но вид с балкона лучше, чем я ожидала. Также я в восторге от Феррана и его жены — это прекрасные, милые, добрые люди. Спасибо большое за теплый приём, и помощь. Ферран и встретит с вокзала и отвезёт обратно, если вам нужно. Также он предлагает показать окрестности. Интернет в аппаратах отличный, мне было это важно для работы и никаких проблем. На диване спать было неудобно, чувствуются пружины, но 2 просторные кровати в спальне очень удобные. Расположение апартаментов отличное: рядом 2 небольших магазина. Немного подальше есть крупные магазины. Также много мелких магазинах с фруктами, хозяйственными и пляжными товарами, с одеждой. Шикарная набережная, рестораны, бары, мороженное. Я довольна жильём и хотела бы вернуться ещё.

Excellent location, right by restaurant and shops. Tourist information is right by the apartment. Excellent views from the lounge, you won’t find better. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Cullera. We visited the castle, port and town, all within easy walking distance. We got the train from Valencia and a taxi to the apartment from the Cullera train station €7. Would highly recommend staying here & the host was great with communication & recommendations.

Magnifique séjour en famille. Logement très propre et bon équipement. Idéalement situé face à la mer et proche commerces. Une piscine très agréable au pied de la résidence. L 'hôte est très acceuillante et très réactive. Je recommande à 100%.

We verbleven last minute bij Pilar en dat was zeer aangenaam. Het huisje was zeer proper, modern, uitgerust met alles wat we nodig hadden, en gelegen aan de zee. Pilar was erg behulpzaam en gaf ons tips voor de streek. Wanneer er een probleem was met de boiler, werd dit de dag zelf nog opgelost. Bedankt!

Alles war wunderbar. Paula war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Lage zu Fuß 1-2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Wohnung wie angegeben, alles Tip Top. Garage mit Tischtennis war eine gute Abwechslung und hat viel Spaß gemacht 👍🏼

Wir haben einen Aufenthalt im Winter über mehrere Wochen in dem Haus mit unseren 2 Hunden verbracht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns persönlich empfangen. Der Ausblick auf‘s Meer vom Panorama Fenster aus war atemberaubend. Der morgendliche Sonnenaufgang vom Fenster aus zu beobachten, war fantastisch. In ein paar Minuten Gehzeit ist man an der wunderschönen Küstenpromenade der Punta Negra. Die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber waren immer zur Stelle, wenn wir was gebraucht haben. Vielen Dank an Veronique und Basil Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

We can’t thank Javier enough for an awesome stay. The house is just as described—beautiful, modern, and right on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a few shops within walking distance, so everything you need is close by. Plus, Oliva town is only a 30-minute walk away, with hundreds of shops, restaurants, and cafes, and there are always fiestas on the weekends. If you’re feeling lazy, Just Eat will deliver right to the house! For those wanting a day trip, Valencia is just about an hour’s drive away. And honestly, with Oliva living up to its reputation for having some of the best beaches in Spain, it’s hard to leave! Thanks again, Javier, for being such a great host. Can’t wait to come back!

L’appartement a été rénové avec goût, et bien équipé. Il y a bien assez d’armoires pour ranger les habits. Nous avons également apprécié le chauffage car le temps était anormalement froid et pluvieux. Eugenia a pensé à beaucoup de petits détails pratiques qui facilitent la vie, ce qui n’est pas souvent le cas dans les locations de vacances. Eugenia est très réactive en cas de problème. Par exemple, il y avait une panne d’électricité le jour de notre arrivée et elle a tout de suite organisé une réparation d’urgence, qui s’est faite le soir même! L’appartement est situé à quelques minutes de la plage et tout près des arrêts de bus et de métro pour aller directement au centre-ville. Il y a un grand supermarché à 10 minutes à pied et des épiceries et bazars à proximité. Le seul inconvénient qui nous a un peu dérangé c’est le manque de vue sur l’extérieur. Sinon, ayant loué beaucoup d’appartements dans ce quartier, je peux dire qu’il s’agit d’un logement de qualité.

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

Een gezellig huis in een relaxte buurt op loopafstand van het strand. Communicatie was perfect!

Das Appartement liegt zwar ausserhalb von Valencia, ist aber sehr einfach zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Haustüre fährt ein Bus in dir Stadt. Habe es sehr genossen, nach langen Ausflügen in der Stadt an diesem gemütlichen und ruhigen Ort zu sein. Mein Highlight war es, dass man heizen konnte! Das wäre im März sonst sehr kalt gewesen.

Martinez’s place is amazing. Very well described and looked exactly like the photos. Loved that we had a supermarket directly opposite. Martinez was a great host, always answered messages quickly and gave us recommendations and very helpful and clear instructions on the public transport. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you Martinez for a great stay.

Die Bilder der Wohnung werden von der Realität noch übertroffen. Vor allem können sie nicht das Meeresrauschen wiedergeben. Bei Bezug war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Auch mit 6 Erwachsenen gab es genug Platz. Die Ausstattung war optimal. Ich habe das erste mal in einer Ferienwohnung Küchenmesser gehabt, mit denen man arbeiten konnte. Nicht ganz günstig aber für uns den Preis wert.

We had a lovely stay at Gianina's apartment. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the host had provided some additional touches to make our stay easy and comfortable. There were welcome drinks of beer and prosecco in the fridge and some coffee. The soft cosy towels were an additional bonus and there was plenty of hot water to enjoy a good shower. The covered balcony was a good size and we enjoyed our breakfast here most mornings overlooking the pretty port. As the weather wasn't the best during our stay (more rain than we had expected) it was a nice place to return to and relax with the impressive entertainment system in the apartment. The apartment is in a good location with a supermarket and various restaurants on the door step. We chose to use the public transport which again is nearby. One bus will take you into Valencia with a 10 min walk into the old part of the city. This is a great place to stay for adults, away from the city. Would definitely recommend.

Una estancia increíble! Precioso apartamento y un lugar idílico!! El mejor sitio de la zona!!

Una muy buena opción para conocer Xàbia. El apartamento es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La cocina está muy bien equipada, tiene todos los útiles que pueden necesitarse. La planta de arriba está toda reformada y la casa está decorada con muy buen gusto. Además, Vladi da instrucciones muy claras y es muy atento y simpático. La verdad que todo en conjunto es perfecto.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung und würden auch immer wieder kommen. Alles hat gepasst, wir waren sehr zufrieden 😊

Wir haben zu dritt die Unterkunft von Rosa Mitte September gebucht und waren happy. Vom Balkon war das Meer aus zu sehen, morgens mit schönem Sonnenaufgang. Salud hat uns herzlich empfangen, und auch bei Fragen stets mit Rat zur Seite gestanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Unten gab es einen Pool den man nutzen konnte und das Meer war direkt vor der Haustür. Kühlschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrte. Das einzige Problem war die Anbindung zur nächsten Bahnhofsstation. Busse fuhren nur bis 18/19 Uhr. Taxiunternehmen haben Anrufe entweder nicht entgegen genommen oder im Gespräch aufgelegt. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Salud war so freundlich und hat uns am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof gebracht und uns auch die Gegend gezeigt. Großes Danke an Salud!!🥲 P.S.
